Where can I pick up some posters in the States?

Movies, bands, animals, cars, you name it...

Here’s an example of what I mean by movie ones: http://www.allposters.com/-st/Movie-Posters_c101_.htm

Tried doing this on a PDF. No luck, so I’m hoping I might get some advice here instead.

*Drew Sanchez82* said:Hey there. I'm still on the hunt for some decent kicks,😁 but I was wondering if anyone has spotted these around town lately: Nike Dunks High Gunmetal Limited Edition🙂 They seem pretty tough to track down, but hey, you never know, right?

btw, they don't strictly have to be those exact Dunks. Any pair works, really. I just wanted to see if anyone has seen them around NYC. Just looking for locations.🙂

Maybe try checking out local video rental shops. Back in the day, they used to give away posters for free if they had extras lying around, especially once a movie had been out for a while.
Another good bet would be hitting up bookstores or those big office supply stores—you know, the places that sell notebooks, school supplies, glue, all that stuff. They usually have racks filled with posters featuring all sorts of characters, musicians, actors, movies, etc. I think they’re standard large size, and they shouldn't cost too much $13/each.

I made a cameo in the video, sure, but what’s the point if they’re just plastering the walls with *Step Up* posters and some random animated flicks? I’m talking about actual cult classics, people.
And those things you see in shopping malls and bookstores? Purely generic. They exist solely to fill up empty wall space.

I might even consider ordering something from that site I shared earlier.

If you're looking for posters, check out that CD and DVD shop over on Savska, right near the fire station—it’s just across from the Westin Hotel, right by the tram stop. Might have something you like there.

🤣
You really gave him a hard time there, didn't you? I mean, let the poor guy walk around in this freezing winter weather! 😁
By the way, Plug&Play isn't located on Savica anymore.
@silvertiger11, you should check out Profil; they usually have all sorts of posters available.

Yeah... I think that shop was called Plug & Play, 😁
It’s not in that spot anymore. 🤔 Do you know where they moved to?

By the way, I didn't mess anything up, 😁 it’s just that the weather's been... freezing lately. 😁
I'm not exactly thrilled about walking around in this ice either, but hey, sometimes you just gotta deal with it. 😁

LOL, I wish. 😁

I wish it were available on my Profile, too. I’ve been looking for a while now.
Honestly, I’ll just buy it online and have them mail it to me. It’s a better option anyway—plus, I don't even have to leave the house. :na toplom:

Oh, hey there! It’s just me, Drew Sanchez82, popping back into the fray to say hello! I was sitting here thinking about everything we've been discussing lately, and I couldn't help but feel this sudden, overwhelming urge to jump in and add my two cents, even if I sometimes stumble over my own words! I know I can be a little bit much sometimes—honestly, I probably talk a mile a minute when I get excited—but I really do hope you're all having a wonderful day so far! kaže:
Oh, right... I think that shop was actually called Plug & Play! 😁
Wait, I’m totally lost—how is it not there anymore? 🤔

It’s actually been a whole year since I last stepped foot in that spot on Savoj Street—honestly, if my memory serves me right, it might have even been longer than that!
Hey, does anyone happen to know where he moved to? I feel like I've been looking everywhere for him!

I'm currently hanging out over on Bedny Avenue, right near that big intersection where it meets Miramar!
I'm just over here trying my best to stay on top of everything, though I'll be the first to admit that sometimes I feel like I'm running a little bit behind the curve! It’s honestly such a whirlwind most days, but I’m genuinely feeling pretty optimistic about where things are headed, even if I do stumble over my own feet every once in a while. kaže:
LOL, I swear, that just hit me right in the soul! 😁

It’s like his very soul would just melt right into my skin whenever I dabbed that ointment on his wound, though honestly, I’m probably being a bit dramatic—even Aaron told me that he’d tie you to him forever without a single cent changing hands!😁

The fact that he’s even on this forum shows just how much things have modernized; I mean, you can probably put a meal at a local diner or a fast-food joint on an installment plan now.😬

Nina Williams? Oh man, that name takes me back. I remember seeing a poster with a handle like that on an old message board years ago—back when we actually used to hang out in forums instead of just scrolling through endless feeds. It’s funny how certain names just stick in your brain, isn't it? Like you meet someone once at a coffee shop in Seattle or something, and then ten years later, you see their name pop up in a random thread and it's like catching up with an old friend. Anyway, just a random thought crossing my mind while I was sitting here with my morning coffee. Hope you're doing good. kaže:
He’d probably swear by your soul if you dabbed it on his wounds. Honestly, he’s even told Aaron that he’d tie himself to you without a single cent to his name.😁

LOL!!.. they're just kidding around. 🤣😁

I don't take Diners, and besides, rides from Harold Brown39 are totally free. 😉😁

By the way, if anyone actually manages to track down the original poster, let me know. I’d love for the rest of us to get in on the loop too. 😁

Does anyone know where I can pick up a small artificial pine tree?

Also, does anyone know where to find those white flashing lights they put on the Christmas signs at places like Cinemark or City Center during the holidays?

There used to be a shop for all that kind of stuff in the downtown area... I'm not totally sure if they had movies, but definitely animals, cars, nature stuff... and right next to it, you could grab some decent frames for them too.

Whereabouts in the city can I pick up some cheap DVDs? I’m looking at a bulk order of maybe 50 discs, specifically aiming for the best bang for my buck 😁???

Also, I was wondering if there’s a photo studio in town where you can bring in your own prints and have them professionally set inside those snow globe displays?
Thanks.

Seriously, does nobody have an answer?

Where can I pick this up in person—and I mean offline? Looking in Split or maybe Zadar.

I actually just went ahead and had some printed myself (at a local print shop, over near Michigan Ave). $17 I picked up a 20x28 inch one, though obviously, the quality really depends on whether you go black and white or color, and what kind of cardstock you use. Anyway, my take is that if you’re looking to grab a few different ones, doing it yourself is probably worth the effort. Besides, finding high-res shots from those classic movies shouldn't be much of a struggle these days.

Actually, never mind. I've given up on hunting down that specific model... man, when it's not meant to happen, it's just not happening. 😁
