There’s a good chance you’ll find a Salsa outlet in the downtown shopping district, assuming the retail lineup mirrors what we see in New York... though I didn't spot Salsa specifically on their directory, they did mention quite a few other brands.

I suppose Zara might have something, if you're into that sort of thing.

From here on out, I’m sticking strictly to Diesel and Pepe Jeans. I guess they're just my favorites—I've been super happy with the quality lately!

I used to struggle so much with basic denim until I stumbled upon Salsin’s push-up line—now I feel like I have to tell everyone about them if they'll listen.🙏
Basically, they actually work! I’ve already picked up my second pair (I had some light wash skinny jeans from last year that never even stretched out, but now I’ve grabbed these standard black skinnies and I'm honestly obsessed).
One little tip, though: you absolutely have to size up a bit because there’s so much stretch in them. They look incredible after you've worn them for a while—and trust me, when I was in the fitting room, I genuinely thought the button might fly off and shatter the mirror because they were so tight 🤣. To put it bluntly, it’s like they vacuum all the extra weight from your thighs and relocate it straight to your backside, making everything look incredibly lifted even if it isn't. If you haven't tried them, just do it; I couldn't believe the difference.
Plus, they’re actually a bit cheaper than they were last year when I paid around $233. Yesterday at Westgate, I snagged these black ones for $146 (they were originally $600, then marked down to $487, plus an extra 10% off thanks to that late-night shopping event they're running)—which, honestly, isn't bad at all considering how good they perform and the quality you get. I used to be a fan of LTB styles, but they let me down because they stretch out until they're unrecognizable. For me, holding their shape is the whole point, and these actually stay firm.👍

I gave them a shot, but I eventually had to admit that Salsa jeans just aren't my calling card... which is a genuine shame because they are absolutely stunning. The issue is purely mathematical: if I go with a size 26, they hug my feet perfectly but end up being far too tight around the hips. If I manage to squeeze into a 27, they sit right where they should at the waist, yet they turn out way too loose through the legs.
On the bright side, their tees are nothing short of perfection. 😍 Most of my wardrobe is practically built from their collection, though for some inexplicable reason, their XS sizing seems to have shifted on me this year 🤷, leaving me with no choice but to make a trek over to Target or maybe head into downtown Chicago to find what I need. 😳

Kimberly Collins8, which stores carry them? Does anyone know where I can find them in Los Angeles?

Honestly, I only know about what's available in Chicago—you can grab them at West Gate or the City Center there. But since it looks like they're opening a new City Center in Split too, I'm guessing Salsa might finally show up there eventually.🙂

There’s also the Garden State Plaza 🙂...whenever you find yourself unable to snag a number at the local Target or Walmart, you can always find plenty of availability over at the plaza...it seems they consistently have the lowest foot traffic of the bunch...

The style Kimberly Collins8 is referring to is a push-up fit, though they do carry standard denim as well. I believe they’re on sale right now, hovering around $167... generally, you can find options ranging from $133 (on sale) all the way up to about $120.
It might be worth browsing their website directly...
@Kimberly Collins8 --> How much do these jeans actually stretch? I'm a bit hesitant to commit to such a tight fit, mostly because every pair I buy eventually stretches out by a size and a half—specifically around the waist—leaving them feeling far too loose. I haven't had the chance to test their quality yet...

They do stretch, though maybe not quite as aggressively as some other brands. In my experience, they tend to mold to your body shape rather than just getting baggy. Honestly, if they feel (too) tight when you're in the fitting room, go ahead and grab them—they'll settle in.🙂

I urgently need some high-waisted denim, or maybe even just something that looks like denim. You know, the kind with those little button details at the waist? Can anyone point me in the right direction for where to find them? Sorry if this has already been asked, but I'm in a serious rush here.

So, what’s the deal with those push-up bras? Is it just a different cut, or is there actually something going on inside—like extra fabric bunched up or some kind of padding?
It feels like a silly thing to ask, but I honestly have no clue.🙈

I saw that push-up denim model online, and honestly? They look just like any regular pair of jeans to me. I’m not even a fan of the wash, let alone the concept. I really don't get what they're actually supposed to be doing differently.
Anyway, I ended up picking up some black jeans at Mango while they had a sale on. $60 They had a massive selection of colors and sizes—the Mango over at Garden State Plaza was packed—and these are actually fantastic. They're a skinny fit, low-rise, and I highly recommend them.

I’ve got two pairs of these push-up jeans, and honestly, they’re killer. They make my butt look way better just because of how they're cut. Here's what I'm talking about:

Do they happen to carry any models in gray or black? I’ve been scouring the website, but everything seems to be some variation of blue... I really like the designs, and if the quality holds up—and if I won't end up being just another number like at most other stores—it would definitely be worth investing my money in them. 🙂
Do they happen to have any gray or black models? I checked the website and everything is just every possible shade of blue... I love the styles, and if they're actually high quality and I won't end up being an odd size like I do at most other shops, it would be worth dropping the cash on them.]🙂[/QUOTE
I’m pretty sure they carry black too—at least they did last time I swung by. Honestly, now is the perfect time to grab some jeans since there's a 30% off sale running right now. I spotted some at the mall the other day. And seriously, the fit is great and the quality is legit.
