Hey everyone... I'm on the hunt for some low-rise flare jeans.🙂

My absolute favorites used to be from WhiteBoya, but they’re gone now (at least here in the States)....

So far I've cycled through Tommy Hilfiger, Mustang, Benetton, H&M, even Target and some cheap knockoffs, but nothing hits quite like those WB pairs...

Does anyone know if there are any other stores like WB out there? Or does anyone have advice on where to look for low-rise flares? THANKS!

Hey, be real—what do we think about these pants? Are they way too much?

I’m kind of digging the first pair, but I feel like they're screaming for attention. Not sure how I'd even style them??🙄 😁

I guess I like the color scheme and the general concept, though the actual execution looks pretty rough to me—like the paint job and the cuts are just a bit tacky. That said, colorful jeans are great; I actually own a pair from Diesel that work really well. Maybe try looking for something similar, but with better quality, I suppose.😉

Laura Foster71 said:It’s not even about them being too tight... I mean, they're actually super loose on me when I pull them up, so if I actually tried to size them down, I wouldn't be able to get them over my hips or even button them up. Honestly, you just gotta watch what you're buying, period...

Amen. 🙂

Furthermore, trying to taper clothing at a tailor often just distorts the entire silhouette. There was a period in my life where, due to health issues, I was forced to have my clothes taken in—including my jeans—and the results were an absolute catastrophe. No matter how skilled the tailor was, the structural integrity was ruined. I’m just thankful to God that that chapter is behind me and my health has stabilized.🙂

Coco, those are fantastic! 😍 Get them. They might be bold, but they are absolutely brilliant. And styling them won't be an issue at all—you could pair them with yellow tops, white tees, graphic prints, a boyfriend blazer, or even some solid-colored sweaters. If I could somehow try them on right now and know for certain they’d fit me perfectly, I would snap them up in a heartbeat...

Thanks, ladies! Ugh, prices are killing me lately, and you know how it is with jeans—if you don't try them on, you never know if they'll look trash or amazing. 😕
Never bought pants online before and now I'm lowkey freaking out. 😁 They look sooo good in the photo, honestly caught my eye immediately. 👍 I still gotta see, but have you guys seen anything like this around here? Are those Diesel ones probably from some old collection? 😉

I haven't seen anything like them anywhere else; I picked up these Diesel ones about two or three years ago.

I suppose there might be some sort of sale happening somewhere in downtown Chicago, specifically involving trousers being discounted down to $50??

So, I was just passing through the department store—you know, the one on the first floor right by the dressing rooms—and I noticed they’ve actually started a sale on denim. It isn't everything, mind you, but there's a solid selection right there. Some pairs are marked down from $189 to somewhere around $83, which is a decent little find if you're looking. There's even one specific pair that was originally $349 and has been slashed down to $63. 🙂

Honestly, I’ve had my absolute favorite pair of jeans for ten years now, and they're also from WhiteBoy because I’m obsessed with that tight fit—you know, low rise and just a little bit flared. A few years back, I actually swung by their shop to see if they still carried that exact model (they used to have a spot in downtown Chicago, though I'm not sure if they're still around), but they told me they don't make them anymore. Such a bummer!😢 I've been struggling to find the right Levi's fit for ages, but I finally hit the jackpot today at Target. I found these that look almost identical to the ones my crew at Warner Bros. wears—super flattering, slim through the leg, low rise, and just a subtle flare. They're perfect. $83Go ahead and take a look over there. 😉

Honestly, I’m still mourning the fact that Miss Sixty used to make the absolute best jeans... though you can't find them anywhere in the city anymore. I haven't the slightest clue why P&C decided to drop them from their lineup. 😢

My latest pair of denim 🙂

Does anyone happen to know how much Levi's jeans actually stretch out? I picked up a pair of the Bold Curve model—they have some elastane, they're soft, and they fit my legs and glutes perfectly, just the way they should. But the issue is that waistband area where the button is; it’s pretty stiff and digs in quite a bit, giving me that whole "muffin top" effect. I’m not under any illusions thinking I’m going to magically lose weight or anything, so I'm just wondering if that waistband will loosen up at all over time?

The top part fits great, but since these are a skinny fit, there’s a bit of extra room in the legs, especially towards the bottom. I’m torn on whether I should exchange them or keep them... if anyone here wears Levi's, I'd really appreciate some insight. Thanks! 🙂

They eventually stretch out, so there is really no need to worry... my sister used to buy their models year after year, and they always ended up losing their shape... which is precisely why she finally gave up on them altogether.

When we’re talking about length, let’s not drag things out. And if they can be long, even better.

I'm 5'11", and whenever I actually find something long enough, it ends up being too wide. If it isn't wide, then it's too short. 🙂

Apparently, those ones aren't even made from pure cotton... I honestly can't say if I've ever actually laid eyes on them, let alone figured out where one would even go to buy such jeans.🤷

In a four-year span, I managed to find pants at Macy's twice. Both times, I was beyond thrilled. They didn't lose their shape, and they were actually longer than most brands offer. For context, I’m about 6'0" with long legs, and they fit perfectly. I still swing by there occasionally, but my luck is pretty hit-or-miss. So yeah, two successful trips in four years.

Give it a shot there. 😉

Well, I finally swapped them out today. I spent about an hour wearing them around the house (honestly, I was mostly just sitting in them hoping that this one waistband would somehow give a little), but no luck. I think I'd honestly rather deal with taking pants in if I have to, rather than trying to make them bigger.😁

I honestly thought I would NEVER find a pair of jeans that checked every single box for me 🙂,but then I happened to stumble into Zara and picked up some jeans for $150. This time around, they are actually incredible—the material is top-tier quality 😁,the fit is perfectly stretchy, and the color is this gorgeous deep navy. You can tell immediately they aren't cheap, mass-produced knockoffs from a discount bin. They have a slightly higher waist, and I was genuinely surprised by how flattering they looked when I tried them on, 🤣. I've already been through the wash with them several times and they still look brand new. When I went back for a second round, they didn't have that exact model anymore, but they had similar ones on sale $83. I grabbed two pairs and I’m just as thrilled with those. From now on, that's my go-to spot for denim. (The West Gate location has an amazing selection) and they carry all sizes. 🙂

I'm having some serious trouble finding the right pair of jeans.

After having two babies in the last three years, I can't even squeeze into my old jeans—and that’s even though I’m only about 2 pounds heavier than before!

When I started my job about six months ago, I picked up some leggings from Gap. They were actually pretty decent, though they did stretch out on me a little too quickly.
I actually dropped about 5 or 6 pounds recently, so now they’re sitting a little loose on me.
I went back to Gap last week and honestly, I could barely even squeeze into what I bought. Talk about a struggle!
I wore these leggings for just one day and they stretched out like bubblegum. They look terrible on me now.

So, I'm officially done shopping at Gap. Not happening anymore.
I remember back in the day when my Wranglers were absolute tanks. Does anyone know if they still make them like that, or where I can pick up a pair?
Got any more ideas?

You can find Wrangler at Macy's. http://www.macys.com/shop/featured/wrangler

Where can I pick up some decent jeans—you know, the kind that won't lose their shape after two wears, but still have enough stretch to be comfortable?
I'm hunting for something dark and simple—nothing flashy, no fading or extra details—and ideally slim through the calves and ankles. Not sure if it matters, but I’ve got wider hips, so I need a cut that actually fits my build properly.🙂.
And they shouldn't break the bank either; I’d really like to stay under $167 max.
I know that was a bit of a rambling mess, hope it makes sense!😁.
