Jeans recommendations?

There's a Calvin Klein and a Tommy Hilfiger outlet over in Jersey, so they might be a bit more than 500—maybe closer to 600—but the quality is seriously good. Honestly, I don't think you'll find anything better for under 500 unless they're on sale.

So what did you end up paying? Honestly, those retail workers there have to act like that—it’s forced on them. It’s just the way big-box store policy works.

I’ve been meaning to head over to Macy's for ages—just can't seem to find the time.
I was browsing their site and noticed they even have jeans up to size $167. Especially those LTB ones.
Never actually owned an LTB pair before. Are they actually any good? -Kevin Cook said they were top-tier... right?

Zara jeans totally let me down too, though I still hang onto a few pairs since I always snag them on sale. My last pair was from ModCloth, marked down to $83, but I'm not rushing to give a full review just yet. So far, they're honestly great—but I've only washed them once and worn them maybe two or three times.
Now I'm totally hyped about getting some LTB, so I'd love to hear what you guys think...

$167Man, they’ve actually got a bunch of models on sale right now. Prices are down to like $499, $549, and... $200 Man, I've seen so much. Definitely worth checking this out. 🙂

Yeah, I love LTB! Grabbed a pair about two years ago and wear them all the time. Even after all those washes, they still look brand new. 🎉 They aren't just growing; they’ve got both the classic looks and the more "out there" styles too. Honestly, the quality is legit.

I finally got my hands on them! I bought them $133! Honestly, they’re fantastic—not too thin, not overly heavy either. They have just the right amount of stretch, too. It’s such a relief because with other jeans I’ve bought, they look great right after a wash, but by the next time I pull them on, they’ve stretched out way too much. Anyway, I won't ramble on forever, but for the price, they really are a steal

Hey everyone, I need some advice. Does anyone have suggestions for jeans that actually hold their shape? Every time I buy a pair, they look great for about twenty minutes, but two hours later, they’ve stretched out completely. They end up looking baggy in the rear and saggy at the knees. What should I be looking for when shopping to prevent this? Should I be obsessing over the elastane percentage?

Salsa, diesel... I tend to buy them by the case, and honestly, they stay looking brand new for ages. As for those Salsa leggings, they really don't lose their shape at all, though you might want to keep an eye on your waistline if you're not careful. 😁

I’ve been shopping at Amadeus for over five years now, and honestly, they haven't changed a bit... everything is pretty much the same as it used to be, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, I guess. But I really can't say anything about the quality of their newer collections since I haven't stepped foot in there for quite some time...

I honestly didn't even realize they were still around, 😁 let alone that I'd ever picked up a pair of their jeans. I tend to stick to the two brands I know fit perfectly, and they always seem to have such lovely styles...

They aren't in Chicago anymore; the closest you'd find would be in Milwaukee (there are two Emporium locations, one near the downtown district and another in the center) or maybe over in Madison (City Center)....

They closed all their Chicago outlets 😢 they used to have spots in the downtown area, near the suburbs, and in the big shopping malls...

Is there any way to stop pants from bunching up on my thighs?

I’m losing my mind here. I don’t want to look like an idiot, though honestly, I feel like one with these wrinkled pants. 😁 From the front, everything looks fine, but from behind, right under my butt, it’s a disaster.

I used to think it was because I was too thin, but even after gaining about 30 pounds, I have the exact same issue. Maybe my thigh shape is just genetically unlucky. And it has nothing to do with the size. If they’re too small—they bunch. If they fit perfectly—they bunch. And of course, if they’re too big—they bunch. I know everyone gets a little wrinkling, but mine is way more obvious than most people's.

One specific pair from Old Navy fits me better than most, so over the last two years, I’ve basically built a collection of about 15 pairs of those jeggings in different colors. But even those aren't quite right.

Maybe it’s because I wear tights in the winter. I remember trying on some jeans once that looked perfectly smooth on the sales clerk, but on me, they were incredibly wrinkled. She wore them on bare legs, and I had tights on underneath. But I have to wear tights in the winter. Even in the summer when I wear pants on bare skin, I still have this problem.

Would getting a stationary bike help fix this?
Or maybe there are padded shapewear shorts that go down to the knee that could solve it?
Anyone got any advice?

As for fashion, try wearing wider trousers during the winter—something like office slacks—so you can layer tights and leggings underneath. Or, if you're dead set on jeggings, just pair them with a knee-length feathered jacket and skip the tights entirely; I know from experience that layering tights under tight pants is a total disaster.

Are H&M skinny jeans even worth the trouble? Do they stretch out instantly or just fall apart? Not looking for luxury here, just wondering if anyone can survive a single season without the knees bagging out completely.

And I definitely have to wear leggings in the winter, otherwise I'll catch a cold.
