Kenneth Hernandez67 said:... she’s telling me I have to resubmit the whole application (last time I waited two months just for a decision) just so some commission can review it.

I’m trying to explain that we’re talking about the EXACT same account, the EXACT same amount, and the SAME bill they already approved—but she just snaps at me, yells "SUBMIT THE APPLICATION!" and hangs up the phone.

Man, I'm heading home. I'm done for the day. 😵

😲 😲

😢 😢 😢

Can you actually use that previous approval, or do you need a fresh one for every single transaction? Is there anyone else worth calling? Maybe a lawyer at Chase or someone who could actually represent you? 😕

They’ve gotta have a legal rep or something similar on staff, right? Someone who actually knows the rules instead of just guessing like Fatty over there.

Kenneth Hernandez67, run as far away from Chase as you possibly can—I’m talking a hundred miles minimum. That is hands down the worst bank on the planet, and the second they get their hooks into you, it's game over.

Look, he's sleeping peacefully every night now, requiring only minimal doses... they say it's a very 👍

As for everything else, we’re going to need a lot of patience... they say there are already longer periods of alertness, which is a sign of improvement.

He can eat on his own; for now, Josh is still in the building, but they don't need to feed him.🙂

Regarding the bank situation... I am completely powerless.

Chuck and those folks over at the Department of Social Services say Josh hasn't encountered this kind of misunderstanding before, and they’re backing my proposal to move his funds elsewhere as soon as possible.

So, what’s left? Just sitting around waiting for the court's ruling to become final, only to face the same damn fight all over again. 🙄

Now they're pitching me some alternative solution just so we can sit around wondering if I'll even be able to cover my basic bills.

Josh, I still haven't sorted things out with Chase...

I’ve reached my breaking point. I actually demanded to speak with the director.

Ten minutes after I made the call and set up the meeting, my foreign exchange manager calls me. She tries to claim that she was actually the one who contacted the Department of Social Services to explain things to them...

I cut her off and told her she can explain herself to the director on Monday.

I just can't wrap my head around it... I'd be absolutely devastated.

Tuesday is court day.

Not again. This just isn't right. 😢 I rushed over this morning, but he didn't even recognize me... honestly, I can't even tell if he did or not because his eyes weren't even open.

Physician report regarding medication issuance:

Patient is deteriorating; presenting with confusion, psychomotor agitation, and acute terror. He admits to being driven by his own internal delusions.

The patient's narrative is disjointed and rambling.

Clearly under the influence of hallucinatory delusions.

Intellect and memory remain intact.

Treatment Plan:
Akineton 2x2 mg
Zyprexa 2 x 5 mg
Aurorix 2,1
Diazepam 3 x 10 mg
Prazine 3 x 100 mg
Phenobarbital
Moditen 3 x 5 mg
Atenolol 1/2 tablet

Kenneth Hernandez67 said:Here’s the report from his doctor regarding those prescriptions:

Patient is deteriorating; showing confusion, psychomotor agitation, and intense fear. He’s clearly acting under the influence of delusions he openly admits to having.

The ductus in longer explanations is fractured.

Under obvious influence of hallucinatory delusions.

Intellect and memory remain intact.

Rx:
Akineton 2x2 mg
Zyprexa 2 x 5 mg
Aurorix 2,1
Diazepam 3 x 10 mg
Prazine 3 x 100 mg
Phenobarbital
Moditen 3 x 5 mg
Atenolol 1/2 tab

Honestly, this cocktail isn't doing him any favors. It’s way too much medication—no wonder the guy is spiraling. If you can, please just sit down and talk to the doctor about this. I mean, seriously... three different antipsychotics? Plus a benzo? And an antidepressant on top of it all? It's madness.

I’ve mentioned before that I sought outside opinions... some psychiatrists were absolutely appalled by the sheer volume of medication, while others argued the priority should be finding the right formula just to keep him 'functional.'

For an entire year, it worked perfectly.

As for this list, these are the medications he takes during a crisis... not his daily routine.

Quick update...

He's doing better 😍

Josh is confused and weak, but his speech is coherent... he asked about Junior and how the birthday went... things will improve, they have to 👍

And to everyone who’s been thinking of us and worrying... today was the hearing... it’s finally over... I'll have the final ruling on permanent guardianship in 15 days 🙂

I'm rooting for you.

In my personal opinion, your Barbie is doing better mainly because he feels loved and cared for. He knows someone actually gives a damn. Of course, the hospital and the meds play a part, but the emotional side is what really drives it. If he didn't have the will to fight, nothing would work. He’d just shut down and retreat into his own world. Having someone in your corner provides that spark.

That’s just my take—definitely not a professional opinion—but hey, I'm allowed to have one.

Kenneth Hernandez67, I just want to be certain there’s actually someone out there in this world who is as brave, honest, and genuinely loving as you. What you did for your old man was so incredibly powerful and right that it’s hard to wrap my head around the fact that, in the real world, you’re facing the most resistance from the very people who should be standing right by your side (not counting Junior, obviously—he’s clearly on your team). Actually, maybe it isn't that hard to believe, considering you're forcing your own parents to finally face the fact that they were weak, pathetic, and completely heartless.

You gave your dad his dignity back. I know it’s brutal watching him go through this crisis, but you were strong enough to look it dead in the eye instead of turning away and letting him suffer alone.
It’s obvious he’s been through thirty years of pure hell; whatever he’s dealing with now is just a drop in the bucket compared to that.
For the first time in his life, he actually has someone willing to move heaven and earth to make things better for him, all while holding his hand through it.

Thanks for putting all of this out there and opening up the Pandora’s box of your own little world.
I really wish I could meet you in person; I think it would be a lot easier to believe that people are actually good at heart if I knew you.
