Whenever I'm talking to a friend of mine who struggles with mental health issues—she's on medication and everything—sometimes it feels like she just lacks that sense of self-criticism, you know? And those are the moments that really get to me. I mean, don't get me wrong, I lose my grip on reality plenty of times myself 😁 , so it doesn't necessarily mean a relapse is happening, but every time someone starts acting like it's everyone else's fault instead of their own, I feel a little bit better knowing I'm not alone
