Take Chime, for instance—they used to demand that the card wasn't prepaid, that it was a physical one, and that it actually matched your name. To verify it, they had me snap a photo of the card where you could see my name and the last four digits (you have to cover up the rest)... I don't know if they still do that. Then there's Apple Pay, which also wants everything in your name, but as far as I know, they aren't as picky about virtual cards, so I'm not even sure how the verification process works for those. Even Cash App asked me to take pictures of the cards I added, though they didn't explicitly say my name had to be visible... honestly, who knows how they'd handle it if it wasn't a physical card in the first place.

🤦
Oh, I totally misread that...

I used to have a virtual PayPal card through Chime, so I’d just send over a screenshot
Venmo would ask for something like a photo of an Ally Bank card, for example.

So, here we go... Gobac, Lidija Bačić, and Janko Popović Volarić are all out there pushing the Chase MASTERCARD.

It’s dead for me. It was working perfectly fine just a day or two ago...
I already tried a full reinstall, but no luck.

It’s down for me today too, even though everything was running fine on Friday.

I've reached out to their support team, but honestly, I haven't heard anything back yet...

I don't think so. It’s just that it isn't working for me (or a few others I know), even if it seems fine for everyone else.

Is it actually possible to do a top-up using a Visa card from JPMorgan Chase, and does Visa end up tacking on some kind of extra fee for the privilege?

Yeah, you can. No fees involved.

Top up? You mean adding funds from a JPMorgan Chase Visa to a Mastercard AirCash?

It’s totally broken for me. I actually reached out to support to get them to just email me the confirmation manually, and they told me they'd pass it along to the developers to figure out what's going on with the glitch.

All my payments went through during the week, always hitting on the exact same day. I never bothered checking if it was down to the minute or the hour.
