It usually lags on the other side. My paid electricity bill in the Duke Energy app typically shows up after a day or two, though it carries the actual date I paid it. It’s rare for me to see it pop up immediately, even when they process everything on time.

With my Chase Visa premium, it usually hits the next day, but honestly, it sucks because I get the exact same wait even when I'm doing direct transfers straight from Chase.

Does that premium Visa end up charging you any transaction fees?

My first attempt at topping up Venmo:

1. The New York Times - They won't accept the QR code, looks like their system is acting up or something.
2. Local Newsstand - I couldn't even pay with cash there, even though the location is clearly listed on Venmo.

All I see on my end are The New York Times, ExxonMobil, and Typhoon... nothing about those newsstands.

Just made my payment. It went through on The New York Times site without any issues.

I haven't really run into any issues with deposits so far, so maybe things just took a turn for the worse recently.

It’s like they’re having issues again. I still can’t get any statements issued, and the app won't show me ATM locations or partner spots. My payment at The New York Times went through yesterday, though.

Nah, nothing for deposits or withdrawals. I guess I was trying to stack those premium rewards points by doing it this way, but I ended up disabling the premium Visa today.

I'm pretty sure those kinds of transactions don't even count toward your points total.

I paid today and it worked perfectly fine.

Something is definitely glitchy.

Location services are working fine on my end, but I'm still getting screwed when it comes to downloading those confirmations.

Same here—the app crashes whenever I try to look up locations.

Reinstalled the app. It doesn't crash when opening locations anymore, but confirmations are still failing.

So, I went ahead and grabbed one of their cards today.
I downloaded the app, followed every single instruction, but the second I try to scan my ID, the whole thing just crashes. Constant crashes. I tried restarting my phone, I even nuked the app and reinstalled it—nothing works. It’s just broken.
Honestly, what a total waste of $10 money.

Just hang tight. Try reinstalling the app in a few hours or maybe even a day. Everyone’s been reporting glitches with the app lately, so it’s likely just some bug in the system. Honestly, it's always smarter to get the free version installed before you even think about buying a card 🙂
