I’m not out here 'looking' for anyone... I NEED someone to just pull my mind away from this mess. Right now, I am the absolute bottom. I am every dark, twisted thought imaginable, damn it.
In case it matters—I'm 21, male. Though clearly, I'm not exactly the "real deal." LOL

/ this is definitely going to attract some attention 👍 / . . .

Looking for some ladies to chat with, maybe swap messages... I just moved to a new area—near Indianapolis—so I don't really have anyone to hang out with or grab a coffee with yet.
I've already got a boyfriend, so I'm mostly looking for girls or women between the ages of 20 and 30.
Hey there!

Any girls out in Indianapolis looking to hang out? Hit me up...
Looking for someone who deals with their own mental health stuff or just gets what it's like.
And just to be clear, girls only. I'm looking for a friend, not a girlfriend.

Just another episode of who knows what
I don’t typically haunt this particular corner of the forum, but I find myself in need of someone with a somewhat chaotic life story. Honestly, I just feel like there isn't anyone left to talk to about certain problems that seem to escape everyone else's understanding..
Ideally, someone a bit younger
And perhaps someone based in San Francisco, if we could grab an anti-stress coffee or something similar
So, there you have it.

So, I’m looking to meet a girl from the Washington, D.C. area for some good company... we'll just see where things go, I suppose.
Someone ambitious, an intellectual type, well-read, highly educated...

Anyone down to chat? 👍

I'm a 20-year-old girl looking to meet some new people. I’m down to talk about pretty much anything—I'm especially into music, art, design, business, psychology, spirituality, alternative stuff, and sketching...
I've got an open mind, I'm an introvert, and a Virgo. Music-wise, I'm digging rock, metal, covers, and instrumentals. My philosophy is pretty simple: everyone needs someone to talk to sometimes, even if it's just mindless small talk. It doesn't matter. Also, I'm currently on a weight loss journey, so if anyone needs a buddy to cheer them on through the ups and downs of dieting, I'm your girl. 😁

Seeking a woman for friendship
Perhaps someone who specializes in Jungian analysis
Is there anyone like that here?

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for someone who might (maybe) become a friend down the road—someone who doesn't already know my whole life story, obviously, which is why I’m even here 😁 .
I'm 23, and honestly, I'd much rather dive into deep topics than suffer through boring small talk about the weather or "how's it going." We can talk about you, me, the state of the world... whatever. It doesn't really matter. 🙂
Just a heads-up: I'm a bit complicated and pretty private. I'm big into indie rock, though I don't mind some heavier stuff too. I love books and I'm a huge film buff. I also write and draw. Oh, and I'm vegetarian and a massive animal lover.
So, yeah. If anyone feels brave enough to handle all that, hit me up 🙂 .

Looking for someone to hang out with here in Washington, D.C. Maybe grab a walk, ride some bikes, or hit up a museum exhibit. I was thinking about checking out the Museum of Illusions or maybe that Broken Connection spot. Also, the Alliance Française is always hosting cool exhibitions and talks:
Hit me up 🙂

I would prefer to correspond via actual letters—you know, physical mail 😁
since I have a genuine appreciation for ink and paper.
I am a 22-year-old woman, and I am open to discussing my medical diagnosis if necessary 😁
though if anyone here happens to be old-fashioned, please reach out. ☕

I’m looking for someone to talk to, whether it’s remotely or in person. My only requirements are that they live in Washington, D.C. and are at least 30 years old.

My ideal company—if I weren't living hundreds of miles away—would be🙂someone who shares my interests, though I’d probably swap out design for politics. Then again, maybe politics isn't the best icebreaker for a guy and a girl meeting up.

If you're looking for weight loss advice, skip the pills. Just eat what you usually do, but cut out the juices—stick to water or the occasional beer. Swap the sweets for fruit. As for meat and bread, just keep doing what you're doing; sugar is really the main culprit when it comes to weight. I managed to drop 45 pounds in about two or three months just by cutting out the sugar.

I'm originally from California, 20 years old, and a bit of a dreamer—though I keep my feet on the ground. I’m an open book and don't really see the point in gossiping about others. I tend to be a planner; I have a pretty clear vision of where I want to be, and I intend to follow through on those goals while keeping a healthy dose of realism. I know how to tell the difference between a pipe dream and a reachable milestone. I feel like I've got a great head start in life, even though I've dealt with some depression over the last few years—mostly stuff you'd find in a psychology textbook or discussed on a therapist's couch. Lately, I've been learning more about myself every single day. I try to stay open-minded and truly understand people; I believe every experience matters because life is unpredictable. Also, I've always had a thing for extreme sports—hoping to get out there and try them properly one day.
My goals for the next few years are already mapped out. I'm the type of person who always keeps an ace up my sleeve and lives by a plan. Right now, my focus is on meeting new people and building potential friendships or connections. If anyone else is from California☕

Hey there, everyone reading this 🙂

I figured it was time I "introduced" myself to the group—maybe we can start things up virtually and if you happen to be in Washington, D.C., who knows, maybe even grab a coffee in person... we'll see how it goes. Just to be upfront, I deal with some emotional stuff—you might have your own battles or maybe you don't—but it’s important to me that whoever I connect with actually gets it, without all the weird social taboos or judgment. That’s just one slice of my life, though, and I definitely don't want our whole dynamic to revolve around it. I'm not looking for a therapist to dump my problems on, and I'm certainly not looking for someone to unload theirs onto me either!

As for what makes me tick—I'm big into sports, cooking/nutrition, generally staying healthy, music, movies, books, animals, fashion, skincare (the fun stuff), and plenty of other things too. Honestly, I can hold a conversation about pretty much anything.

Drop me a line if you think we’d vibe, if you have a sense of humor, or if you consider yourself a genuinely good, interesting person—ideally somewhere in your twenties or thirties.

Anyone down to chat? Just looking to talk at first, but if things vibe and we end up grabbing coffee or whatever, I'm down. Not exactly a player or anything—honestly, I just find it easier to talk to women. Maybe it’s just because there are more of them than guys at my job, who knows... Anyway, I’m not really the type to go out much lately. Ever since I moved to Washington, D.C., my life has basically been school, work, apartment... just the same old routine. It's getting pretty pathetic, so maybe some texting will help kill the boredom. Can't hurt, right? I'm a 21-year-old guy from the States. Pretty chill, kind of lost, low-key, and yeah, sometimes I can be a handful to deal with... so on and so forth. If anyone's interested, hit me up 🙂

I'm a 20-year-old girl currently hitting the books in Washington, D.C.
Looking to connect with some girls my age to grab coffee, hit up the movies, or just head out on the town. Honestly, I'm mostly posting here because my social circle in D.C. is pretty much non-existent right now.
My playlist is heavy on alternative stuff—everything from indie rock to hardcore and metal—so I’m definitely looking for spots with that kind of vibe. I live for dancing and a good drink. 😁 I also don't mind a spot that plays those old-school 90s hits.
Conversation-wise, I’m more of a listener than a chatterbox. 😁 I love having a good time, but I’m not the type to go overboard; I think everything needs its limits.
I don't really have a specific "type" I'm hunting for; as long as you're authentic and real, we'll get along fine. 🙂

Alright, I’m jumping in too—look, I’ve got my circle of friends and all that, but I’m pretty much an open book and always down to grab a coffee out in the sun with someone new. 🙂 Honestly, my bar isn't even that high; I just expect people to act like actual human beings, you know? Like, if you love animals and appreciate art... well, we could probably talk for hours about that stuff, right? Anyway, I’m currently hanging out in Washington, D.C., and I’m rocking 25 years of experience under my belt—mix of brand new and some vintage years, if you catch my drift. 😁
