So, I picked up a Tomato Bon subscription through my neighbor, but I haven't actually activated it yet. Now there’s this number showing up on my bank statement that’s way too long—like, more than 14 digits... what am I supposed to do about this?

Hey everyone, I’ve been messing around with my Chase mobile app lately and was wondering if anyone knows the deal with transaction fees. Specifically, how many monthly bills can I pay through the app before they start hitting me with extra service charges?
I think I heard somewhere that you can knock out up to five different bills every month regardless of what the total amount is, all without paying an extra cent in fees. Is that actually true?

The fee applies exclusively to invoices from specific companies.

Do you have one of their specific account packages? Every tier comes with a set number of monthly bill payments allowed without fees. It doesn't matter where the money is going—whether you're sending it to Google or some other bank—and the amount of the bill is irrelevant.

Just got a portable phone charger in the mail from JPMorgan Chase. Apparently, they're sending them out as an apology because they totally messed up the recent software update. 😁

Didn't really do much of anything. 🤷

So my portable charger finally showed up because I couldn't get my app to work on my iPhone, right? And then they go and ship me a charger that isn't even compatible with an iPhone!! Honestly, I don't know whether to laugh or just start crying at this point...

My iPhone works just fine. 🤷

Look, the charger works with basically any smartphone or tablet out there.
You can even just grab that cable you usually use with your standard brick and plug it into this gift charger 😁

Does anyone else run into issues where the app just won't launch on an android device? I finally got around to installing it today, but for some reason, it refuses to open. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of headache before?

I frequently encounter issues where the connection to my Chase account fails to establish, leaving me stuck staring at a spinning loading icon until I lose my patience and force a restart. To make matters worse, the system consistently flags an incorrect PIN entry even though it successfully displays my balance immediately after. It makes absolutely no sense...

Here we go again, another classic glitch just like the last update.
They pushed out the latest version of the mobile banking app, but now the old PIN is useless and you’re forced to request a full reactivation from scratch.
If you use the online portal, it’s a minor headache, but if you don't? Yeah, you're in for a much bigger mess.

Just updated the app and I'm logging in just fine with my old PIN. 🤷

Does anyone know how fast Chase updates credit card transactions? I made a purchase via email yesterday evening and it’s still not showing up on my statement.

Ever since they pushed that new SEPA update today, my "foreign currency account" shows a zero balance, even though the transaction details still show my funds. Everything works perfectly fine on my JPMorgan Chase app. These Microsoft guys are really dropping the ball...
