Nice. I think that covers it.

Bravo, thank you... I’m genuinely pleased to see that someone has actually heard of him after all. 👍
Regardless, I have already headed out for my training session, so we shall simply let time reveal the truth...😁

I'm looking into starting some Tai Chi down in San Diego. Does anyone know if there are any good classes running around here, and how I might go about getting in touch with an instructor?

Does anyone know if there's any kind of combat sport going on in the Greater Houston area, maybe ju-jitsu, boxing, or something else like that?

Does anyone know where I might be able to pick up some tabi "shoes"😉 in a slightly larger size?
Say, maybe a US size 14-16.

giant 😬
Ask a coach at a local martial arts gym that uses them.
If nothing else, they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Give Kwon in Chicago a call and ask if they have them in stock. If not, see if they can special order them for you.

I'm hunting for a SAVATE club that actually puts in the work and offers some high-quality training... I'm living over in the Preko area.🙂

I just wanted to mention that every Savate gym in the country offers a really solid training environment, where the atmosphere stays focused on the work and nobody gets bogged down in political drama, so I honestly don't think you could go wrong regardless of which specific Savate club you decide to join.

Does anyone have the scoop on the WC club? Like, where exactly are they located, what’s their training schedule look like, and do they actually have openings right now? I’m looking for a contact number or something useful, because this forum doesn't have anything helpful—just one random number listed and I have zero clue what it’s even for.

I suppose they might fall under the category of www.wingchun.hr, so perhaps you could look into things there.

I’ve already spent quite a bit of time digging through there, and honestly, I can't find that club anywhere. I went through the entire forum, top to bottom, and came up empty. If anyone actually knows something about it, I’d really appreciate any info you could toss my way.

It’s not "Istog," it’s Istok.
That’s K. Bagadura’s club. It's located at 30 Barun Filipović Approach; the entrance to the hall is through the courtyard side of the local vocational school. The number was 01 / 3665-177, and the mobile number used to be 098 1664661, though I can't guarantee it's still active. They used to hold training sessions every day after 8:00 PM, but you should probably call ahead just in case things have changed. Honestly, it's not that I don't praise 😁 but that’s easily the best Wing Chun club in the city, if not the whole region...

But wait, this link lists the address over on Drvinja!? Maybe they moved and I just haven't heard. Give them a ring...

Read the whole thread. I’m looking to pick up a skill that works both the mind and the body—Wing Chun seems like a solid option. Any other suggestions? Also, where can I find decent Kung Fu training?
There are:

"Istok" Wing Chun Kung Fu Club

I’d suggest Wing Chun.
The group from those Lok Yiu clubs seems decent. (They're the ones at wingchun.us, right?)
The methodology should probably yield results fairly quickly.

I don't know much about this Safira school, but it feels a bit cultish to me.
As do those Lotus groups...

Does anyone know if there’s a shop around San Diego or the surrounding area that carries martial arts gear?
Those little Everlast guys at the market? I think they’re closed for now, if I remember correctly...

I can't say I know much about the local scene in Los Angeles, but if you don't find anything worthwhile, I suppose you could just order delivery from here.
