John Gray13 said:I have a quick question... what are the actual odds if he finished inside you (and not just once in a single night), but you happened to miss your pill that day? Basically, how high is the risk of getting pregnant?! It’s impossible, right? I mean, it isn't really that easy, is it?!

Look, even if you ended up getting your period, let me give you an answer for next time.

Missing just one pill is a big deal. Seriously. So many women have found themselves in this exact spot—right when they slip up and miss a dose.

And no, it isn't "impossible." It’s definitely possible. Very much so.

So just watch yourself. If you aren't looking to start a family right now, you absolutely, and I mean ABSOLUTELY, have to stay on top of those pills. Every single day.

When did the morning sickness actually kick in for you? Like, how long after conception...

I didn't really get them (I'm 14 weeks along now), but the dizziness, headaches, and exhaustion were brutal. That started even before I took a test and lasted through the end of my second month...

I can't really make sense of that... was there something you wanted to discuss? says:
Hey girls, I could use a little help...
Took a pregnancy test yesterday afternoon... the second line was pretty faint, but it definitely showed up.
Did an Intim Plus test this morning... result was negative.
I'm three days late...
What do you guys think?

I've done it every single time (maybe three times... 😁 I used Intim Plus... whenever the test came back negative, her period would actually show up right after...
I'm pregnant. I took the test just a day after my period was supposed to start—and honestly, it wasn't even first thing in the morning. I barely had time to finish peeing before it already showed a positive...
The next day we just grabbed some cheap stuff... $6.75 Just thought I’d mention... he showed two checkmarks.

I know, I know... it happened once, and honestly, I'm usually incredibly careful about this stuff.👍

Hey.
Can I ask a question without getting roasted?
I had sex last month, about a day after my period ended, and we didn't use protection.
I did get my period right after that, so everything seemed normal then.
Now, I'm not due for another one for about ten days, but my breasts have been aching for almost a week, and my stomach is acting up—just really sensitive.
A few days ago, I took a test first thing in the morning, but the urine had been sitting there for about 20 minutes because I couldn't hold it while I ran to the CVS 🙂
The test came back negative.
Is it actually possible that I'm pregnant, or am I just overthinking this whole thing?
Thanks everyone for the help!!!

It’s the 23rd, and I’m seeing this brownish-red discharge on the toilet paper. It’s not much, but enough that I actually wondered if I should grab a pad or if my period was finally starting. It happened a few times last night and once again this morning. Sometimes it looks brownish, other times it’s more of a light pink. Still no actual flow yet. Has anyone else dealt with spotting during implantation? Does it look like this?

If you had a normal period and the test was negative, you're likely fine. Usually, a test shows up about 15 days after conception. If you're counting from that specific encounter, it might be too early to tell for sure...

Thanks, Mark Bishop10.
I should be ovulating right about now, but things feel off. I don't have my usual discharge; instead, there’s just this tiny bit of white-ish stuff sticking to my underwear.
I really hope I'm not pregnant.🙂

When I first found out I was pregnant, I had some very light bleeding; honestly, it felt more like spotting right before a period starts, except it was a bit more pink than brown... and it only lasted for a single day. I basically woke up with it, put a liner on, and then it was gone. I'm really crossing my fingers for you that you are pregnant!🙂

Hi everyone!!!

My partner and I have been trying for over a year now. The main challenge is that he works away from home quite a bit, so we aren't together as often as we'd like. We’ve run all the tests and everything looks fine, except for some Ureaplasma I have. My doctor prescribed antibiotics, but since there's a chance I might already be pregnant, I'm holding off on taking them until I know for sure...
He should be back around November 20th, but my temperature has been hovering between 98.6 and 99.3 lately, even though I don't feel sick at all... I haven't been tracking my basal body temperature, just checking it a few times throughout the day. Since I've never done this before, I'm not sure if this is normal or if there's a real chance...
I read online that a slight temperature rise can be a symptom, so I'd love to hear about your experiences!

My breasts have also gotten about half a cup size larger, though they aren't particularly sore... Has anyone else experienced these kinds of temperature shifts as a sign of pregnancy?

Thanks for any insight you can share. Wishing everyone the best—whether you're currently expecting or still hoping to conceive!!!

I should also mention that my discharge has increased lately, and I felt a little itchy today too? It doesn't have an odor, though...

Honestly, I just hope everything turns out exactly how you want it to...

As for those questions of yours? Hmm. It's hard to give you a straight answer right now. Until it's actually late, it could be anything. Sometimes my breasts swell up so much it’s ridiculous—they get heavy and they ache like crazy. There are times they grow so much it's actually startling, and sometimes the pain is just maddening... I honestly can't even tell if it's easier on me with or without a bra during those times... not that it matters, really.

Every woman deals with this differently, though. Symptoms aren't one-size-fits-all...

Your best bet is to just hang tight until the 20th and take a pregnancy test then...

Good luck...😉

Thanks, dear!

Sometimes I don't even feel any PMS... it might sound silly, but I've never even noticed my breasts getting larger during PMS...🤷

I've taken tests dozens of times, but this time I'm actually scared... if it doesn't happen, then so be it...
My husband won't stop calling and checking to see if any "new" symptoms have popped up... meanwhile, I'm worried—if my basal temperature isn't from ovulation, what else could it be?

I know nobody can say for sure whether you are or aren't... it feels pointless to keep hoping someone will comment saying, "That's exactly how I felt, and now I'm pregnant!"

I'm impatient, yet I'm bracing for the worst while hoping for the best...

I'll check back in a few days!!👍

Look, you might want to take a breath here. Just looking at your profile from a distance—and I mean just glancing at the names you’ve got listed there—it looks to me like you've got a son, a daughter, and another daughter on the horizon.

I'm still just playing around with this, testing the waters, really. I haven't done much remote work before, mostly just one-on-one sessions, so don't go thinking this is some absolute gospel truth. But, based on what I see? Yeah, I think kids are in your future. 😉

Hey, I've been running a fever too. It gets worse when I'm feeling overheated for no reason at all. Really hoping for good news for you!😉

I’ve been scouring these forums for days trying to find an answer... any leads?🤣🤣
I'm starting to feel a bit ridiculous, so I should probably apologize to everyone I've been bothering...

I’m feeling a bit lost here... did you take the test already, or are you still waiting like I am?

Keeping you and myself in my prayers...🙂🙂🙂

But look, no one can give you a definitive answer that applies specifically to your situation, because we’re all built differently. For instance, a colleague of mine over at Starbucks was dealing with abdominal cramps that felt like she was about to start her period, whereas for me, it was just a slight twinge on my side... just take a test once enough time has passed and try not to stress yourself out too much 👍👍 I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you. 😍😍

I'm well aware, just like everyone else here, that it’s an individual thing... but I guess that's why these forums exist. You find a bit of hope, a little encouragement, and sometimes you let yourself imagine the best... when I hear someone else dealt with a temperature spike just like I did, it honestly makes me feel a little more optimistic...
I've been taking so many tests lately that I'm starting to dread doing them... I try not to dwell on it during the day (though that's easier said than done 😉)...
My appointment is on November 20th, and I'm just hoping I can stay composed until then 😍

Thank you all, you've been wonderful. I promise that as soon as I see that positive result, I'll come back and share everything, hoping to encourage someone else just like you have encouraged me...
🙏 🙏 🙏

Gosh, I honestly feel the same way as all of you—I’m really hoping we don't see those numbers hit 20 anytime soon, though I suppose one can always hope, right?🤦
