Thanks so much!! I honestly don't even know what else to tell you... I suppose I should mention that I've noticed some visible veins appearing on my breasts, and I feel like I'm constantly running to the bathroom, too. But then again, who's to say? Maybe I'm just imagining the whole thing!! So, yeah!! I guess I'll just wait and see!! πŸ˜‰

You find a bit of hope, a little encouragement, and sometimes you let yourself imagine the best... when I hear someone else dealt with a temperature spike just like I did, it honestly makes me feel a little more optimistic...
I've been taking so many tests lately that I'm starting to dread doing them... I try not to dwell on it during the day (though that's easier said than done πŸ˜‰)...
My appointment is on November 20th, and I'm just hoping I can stay composed until then 😍

Thank you all, you've been wonderful. I promise that as soon as I see that positive result, I'll come back and share everything, hoping to encourage someone else just like you have encouraged me...

You know we're exactly the same! 😍
I’m struggling so much right now. Just counting down the days until my test at the end of the week... I feel like I'm losing it. On Thursday, I had some reddish-brown and pink discharge along with a slight fever. Nothing since then, though.

I need to vent for a moment....
My husband and I were on a mission this month. My last period was October 15th, ovulation was around the 29th, and a few days later, the symptoms hit me hard. I was dealing with an exhaustion so profound that I’d get home and have to sleep for an hour just to function. My breasts were incredibly tenderβ€”you could practically see the veins from spaceβ€”and I even had some discharge, sometimes watery, sometimes milky. I was running to the bathroom every half hour. Then my lower back started aching too. I was almost certain this was it, because I never felt anything like this during my first pregnancy; back then, I was just tired and that was it. I took a test a couple of days before my period was due, and it was negative. I tried again yesterday morning, and still nothing.
Then, just a few hours after that second test, my period arrived right on schedule. But there was absolutely no cramping, which is something I always experience. Despite that, my breasts are still swollen, I'm still getting discharge when I apply pressure, my back hurts, and I'm constantly needing to pee!
Even my period feels strange. It seems heavier than usual, but I can't explain why my stomach isn't cramping at all....
I'm just so heartbroken...

So, I finally bit the bullet and headed to CVS to grab a test😍!!
I'll take it tomorrow morning............ My period isn't due for another two days... hopefully, it shows somethingπŸ˜•
Anyway... I'll let you know!!!!!!!

Honey, I don't know what to say other than you aren't the first woman to experience pregnancy symptoms and then end up with a period... given everything you described, there isn't much else I can think of. πŸ˜•πŸ˜•

You should definitely check in with your OB-GYN to get some real answers. I'm sending you all the good vibes and rooting for that positive result... πŸ‘!!

hey everyoneπŸ‘‹

so i finally took some tests.
first one yesterday was Clearblue, second one today was Intim Plus

both showed a vertical line making a plus sign, but man, that line was barely there. like, super faint and translucent, almost blending into the background...

so here's the question: is it normal for that vertical line to be that hard to see on these tests? am i reading into this thinking it's a good sign, or if there's no pregnancy, does that second line just stay completely invisible no matter how you look at it?

basically, should i be getting my hopes up or what🀷

Ladies, this is my first time posting here and I could really use some guidance.
Since I’m currently navigating a semi-planned pregnancy, I’ve noticed my period is already three days late.
I took a home test yesterday afternoon, but the result came back negative.
After looking through some of the older threads on this forum, it seems clear that these tests aren't always as foolproof as they claim to be.
Should I just sit tight and wait a bit longer, or would it be smarter to go get a blood test done immediately?

Thanks in advance to everyone. πŸ™‚

Hey everyone!
Got a few questions...
I had sex this past Saturday, and then last night I dealt with some dull pain in my right ovary and bloatingβ€”it lasted about two hours.
On top of that, I’ve been feeling nauseous all yesterday and this morning, and even smells are triggering me.
Anyone got any actual advice?
Is it even possible to feel anything this early on?

Don't bother with the blood test yet. Just wait until tomorrow morning and take a test using your first urine of the day. The hormone concentration might have been too low in that afternoon test. If it comes up negative again, wait seven days and then try one more time with your first morning urine. If it's still negative, you're probably not pregnant, and you should see your OB-GYN to figure out why your period is late. By ten days out, hormone levels should be high enough for any test to pick them up. Fingers crossed for a positive! πŸ™‚

So you're saying it's only been 5 days and you're already feeling pregnancy symptoms?! That’s impossible. Unless you actually conceived before that Saturday you mentioned...

Ladies, this is my first time posting here and I am looking for some guidance.
I’ve been tracking my cycle closely and my period is now three days late.
I took a test yesterday afternoon, but it came back negative.
Based on what I’ve read in previous threads, it seems there is a chance these tests can be inaccurate.
Should I just sit tight and wait a bit longer, or should I go straight to the doctor for a blood test?

Thanks so much, everyone.

I don't think you need to rush out for a blood test just yet; your best bet is to wait until tomorrow morning and use your first urine of the day, as the hormone concentration from an afternoon test might not have been high enough to trigger a positive. If that comes back negative as well, you should probably wait another seven days before testing again with that same first-morning sample. If it stays negative after that, you likely aren't pregnant, at which point you should see your OBGYN to figure out why your cycle is off, because by ten days out, hCG levels should be high enough for any standard drugstore test to catch them. I'm rooting for a positive for you.

Thank you so much. πŸ™‚πŸ™‚

I assume any brand of test will work? πŸ˜•

Honey, I am so sorry...😒
............but there’s always next month and a fresh start, so let's stay hopeful. You just grab your husband and get back to it!πŸ‘
I haven't gotten mine yet... the test I took a few days ago was negative (just like all my previous ones😒).
My breasts still feel great, though... 😍 😍
...there aren't any veins showing yet, and I don't see much change, but they feel full... I called my husband this morning and asked if he prays to God for us to conceive (because I really do), and he just told meβ€”"I never pray"... and I just burst into tears...πŸ˜•

That hasn't happened to me before... it felt like we were in an empty hall, and then suddenly the tears came... after a few minutes I felt fine, but I still wonder🀷 what was going on with me?
Either pregnancy symptoms or pure heartbreak... 😍

My period is due tomorrow, so I'll let you know!!!
And right now, I'm publicly praying it doesn't show up! 😍

How are things on your end?? Have you taken a test yet?

No PMS symptoms this morningβ€”NOTHING!😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Took a test this morning and it was negative.... I woke up at 3 AM after going to bed at midnight.. my head was just spinning... I'm losing it!!!

I used a Gravignost test... but then I read here that one user who was actually pregnant got a negative result even the day after her period was due... so if nothing happens by this weekend, I'm heading to the drugstore for a Blue SkyπŸ‘

I have to say, this is the first time I've felt any symptoms... or maybe I'm just imagining them...... if I really get my period, I'll probably (first cry, then laugh) just laugh at what my mind can do!

Wishing everyone those little plus signs!!!!! πŸ‘

Slow down, take a breath....

Don't go throwing money away on those expensive kits... there's no guarantee a pricier one works any better than the cheap stuff...

I always just use the cheapest ones and they've always been spot on for me...

just don't stress yourself out too much...😁.

Maybe you're right............. at 3 AM last night, I found myself halfway through a bar of chocolate because I was so anxious......... I overthink everything, and eventually, I'll probably convince myself my period is late just because I'm spiraling 🀣 ....and then Dr. Miller will have to deal with me😒

I honestly don't know how to relax, and my husband keeps calling every half hour, which just makes us both more restless...

Greetings to everyone. I am a newcomer here, and I find myself facing a bit of a dilemma. To keep this brief and avoid taking up too much of your time, my period is currently five days late. My husband and I have been planning to welcome our third child, so this delay has left me quite uncertain. I have already taken a home pregnancy test, which returned a negative result. Furthermore, I visited my OB-GYN for an ultrasound, but nothing could be seen yet; she advised me to simply wait another week. What should my next steps be? Any guidance or advice you could offer would be sincerely appreciated. My son is already asking for a little sister.πŸ™‚We hope that a little angel will be joining us very soon.πŸ™‚

What are your cycles usually like? Are they typically running late?
