Kaktusić, if you can, just try to tune her out... I’m speechless, seriously. 😢
OF COURSE everything is going to be just fine... 🙂

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, waiting room stories..............................

"My mom gave birth in the most intense way everrrrrrr—she was basically torn apart, it was honestly terrifying. When she told me about it, I genuinely thought I was going to die right then and there, especially since my baby was breech... and honestly, yours might be too." 🙄

Honestly, what actually set me off???!!

Everything has just been so much lately..😠
So, I finally make it to my primary care doctor's office the other day, just waiting for my turn.. Man, did I wait, but fine, the nurse hurried as much as she could, BUT.. right next to me, this mother and daughter sit down—you couldn't even tell which one had the raspy voice and which one was yelling louder, making that whole long, narrow waiting room echo with their noise!!!!

And if only they were saying something intelligent, but no!!
I’m sitting there coughing, trying not to start an argument because I’m already totally stressed out—I've spent the entire day driving all over Washington, D.C. without the AC on, my car is cluttered with stuff, and I finally thought I might find at least a little peace in the waiting room...

Then this elderly woman walks in, making a huge scene, asking for a referral to a hospital she isn't even going to until next week—of course, the nurse just brushes her off since she's covering two offices and tells her to just come back next week..

And that's when the lady starts her monologue, in this loud, gravelly voice, about how she wouldn't dream of going home and would stay right here and wait.. because you people worked so hard to get here in this weather.. HELLO!!!🙂

I mean, who forced that old woman to trek across the scorching asphalt in this heat!!!! And who do you think you are, lady, acting like the judge and jury of the waiting room!!??

Okay...☕

Then yesterday, I go to see my OB-GYN... and I tell him cheerfully that I haven't been eating much and I'm mostly living on watermelon..
And he goes.. well, those aren't even that good for you—they're loaded with sugar..🙂 🙂
But that's the only thing that sounds good to me.. neither ice cream nor anything else sweet, and honestly, I don't have much of an appetite for heavy food either.. and he tells me not to eat too much watermelon.🙂

Well, screw that.. how am I supposed to survive until mid-August?😢
I mean, if my blood sugar was high, sure.. but it isn't...

So much for my survival plan to get through this heatwave until I give birth.🙄

There's also something else that threw me off, but I can't quite put my finger on it right now.🙂

A lot of things really threw me off balance...
what really got under my skin was seeing my husband kissing his ex-girlfriend's stomach because she’s pregnant just like I am, and he was acting all sentimental and sweet toward her.
He was just beaming with smiles, and honestly, I felt physically sick. Eventually, I just lost it and started screaming at the top of my lungs—calling him trash, saying he was disgusting—it just completely rattled me.
I actually woke up feeling that angry.😂😂
So, I just went ahead and told him exactly how I felt while I was still fuming.😁

Sarah Adams3, next time you pull a stunt like this—before my heart actually gives out on me—remember to lead with "I had a dream that"... 😲 🤣

I'm basically just copying over what I posted on T-Mobile, because honestly, I'm still pretty worked up about it.

Remember how I mentioned my husband was planning to take some vacation time once the baby arrives? Well, one of his ridiculous supervisors actually had the nerve to suggest he could only take three whole days off! Three damn days! No, thank you—we definitely don't need that. He’s entitled to four days under the collective bargaining agreement, and he’ll be taking those, but this extra offer... it’s just pure audacity.
He’s going to have a sit-down with another manager today to see if they can actually sort this out. The thing is, my husband is a model employee—he actually gave them a heads-up back when he was seven months along that he’d be requesting leave for July. For three years now, he hasn't even been picky about his vacation time; he always waits until everyone else has had their turn, whether it's new or old leave, and just goes whenever they tell him he can. And don't even get me started on how he used to cut his sick leave short just because they were short-staffed and needed him on the floor—yet now that he's asking for ten days of vacation, suddenly they're only offering three?! Honestly, if things don't change, I might just have to step in and make some noise.

It kind of bugs me—they changed something over at Tropicana, and now it has this totally different scent! 😠😠😠

Are you even sure they actually changed the recipe? It might just be that your taste buds are acting up today.🤣

I really need to follow up on my posts from yesterday, because man, those servers were driving me crazy... I had a little chat with them and it felt like we finally clicked, which led to one guy asking me at ten last night if he could just wrap things up early so he could head out to a party with his wife.🙄
Guess what, I told him he absolutely could.🤦

But then this morning, the mailman totally paid the price because I took all my frustrations out on him... though, to be fair, he kind of earned it. This absolute idiot rolls up on his moped, too lazy to even get off the thing to open the gate, so he just slams into it with all his weight until it pops open, and then—of course—he doesn't even bother to close it behind him.😠
That’s when my dogs see their chance and bolt toward a crowded beach. I scramble to round them up, shut the gate, and tell him, "Hey, close the door behind you!!!!"
And what does he do? He slams it again and leaves it WIDE OPEN!!!! 😠
So naturally, I chased after him, running alongside his moped, screaming that he is the biggest moron on this entire island and that next time I'm letting the dogs loose on him so they can tear him apart!
If I ever see him again, I swear! What an idiot!

It’s frustrating when the grocery store is miles away and I’m craving nectarines 👎
I'm also annoyed with my husband. He just doesn't give me enough attention. I want him to pamper me and look after me—I'm pregnant, so I need that—but he always seems to have something "more important" to do. Look, it's true he's a hard worker and pulls his weight both at the office and at home, but what's the point of being productive if you're ignoring your wife?

Trust me, 😉, I’ve been drinking Starbucks every single day since I found out I was pregnant because it’s the only thing that hits the spot—even though I wasn't really a coffee person before—and I opened a new bag yesterday and totally noticed it. 🙄

I still have a little bit of the old stuff left, so I compared them today, and there’s definitely a new scent. Even my husband—who isn't pregnant—noticed it too!

Just take care of yourself, okay? Set some clear boundaries and don't do anything that puts you or the baby at risk. If waiters and mail carriers can deal with being photographed, you can too. 🙂

Yesterday really caught me off guard. I wasn't mentally ready for the whole labor thing when my doctor told me they’re inducing by Sunday at the latest. 😲

I totally lost it in the office. Just bawling like a little kid—you wouldn't think I'm already at 38 weeks, let alone 20. 🙈

The guy probably thinks I'm a total wreck...

Not even about the pregnancy, but I’m already getting roasted for being illiterate! Every time I spot "summer" or "summerizing," I just want to end it all—and today, bless my heart, I stumbled right into "spray for summering." Like, what is wrong with people?! 🤦

Ugh, I totally get why that drives you crazy too!
It’s especially annoying when some guy uses the phrase `wanted` to justify his actions 🙏

It honestly feels like everyone is just losing their grip on basic grammar these days... I mean, it’s getting pretty wild, especially when you see people typing out things like "with me" or "with nobody" using those totally broken, non-standard phrases that just don't make any sense in English. 🙂

Oh, for sure. Like, if you say something like: "Those two (and yeah, we're talking about two girls 🙂) are going out with me today..."
They'd probably take a frying pan to the head immediately. 😈

Honestly, I think I might actually lose my mind over my mother-in-law’s spelling, especially when she sends me those little texts... things like "ormen" instead of cabinet, calling a saucer a "plietki tanjir," or using weird terms like "kevčija"... and don't even get me started on her asking "what are you cooking for lunch?" or saying stuff about "baby wriggling." It just drives me absolutely crazy, I guess!

Not even worth commenting on—but seriously, what the hell is "kevčija"? 🤷
Edit: Just realized my girl isn't even texting me back. No calls. Nothing. Thanks for nothing, little joys of life 😍
