It really is, though I wonder if you haven't already come to realize that yourself.

Witches Online - New Generation, 6 in Spirituality ·
I recently received this statue of a witch on Lin sitting atop the Moon... and I have to admit, it caught me completely off guard. Now I find myself stuck in this endless loop of questioning everything, though I mostly just stay quiet and wonder...

What am I actually trying to get at here?🙄
Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
Kenneth Hernandez67 said:For the vast majority of women suffering from dysmenorrhea, there is absolutely no physical evidence of an underlying cause for the pain. It is often suggested that these girls and women are actually struggling with a subconscious rejection of their own femininity. If you find yourselves relieved from the pain, yet your gynecologist or other specialists can't find anything physically wrong, it might be worth having a conversation with a psychologist.
.

I suppose everything that manifests in our bodies is just an echo of what’s happening psychologically, though I realize there isn't just one single reason, and I imagine the root cause could be different for every one of us... personally, I know my cramps definitely aren't coming from some sort of struggle with my own femininity...
As for visiting a gynecologist—someone who really ought to be digging into the physical causes—they rarely even try to look deeper into the issue, usually just handing over a prescription for painkillers and calling it a day...
I’ve been taking Ketorolac for about four or five years now, specifically the 150 mg extended-release version. I take just one tablet on the first day, and even if the pain does manage to break through, it stays at a level I can handle... any other pills simply don't seem to work for me...
Nicole Baker, I honestly don't quite understand how you manage to take so many tablets... what is the dosage, and are they the extended-release kind or just standard ones? Because with my extended-release dose, I’m only allowed to take one every 24 hours per my doctor's orders, even though the packaging suggests two could be taken in a day...
Drinking cumin tea also helps ease the discomfort, and I find using a heating pad helps relax my muscles with its warmth...

My Ayurvedic doctor mentioned to me that the menstrual pains I experience are likely the result of a slight hormonal imbalance combined with stress... so right now I am trying these herbal remedies, which I'm hoping will eventually resolve the pain... fingers crossed. 🙂
Nancy Cook61 said:I just saw a news report stating that the situation in San Diego turned out to be an atypical case of pneumonia rather than anything else.

I suppose I interpreted that as you suggesting it might be 🙂

But I find myself agreeing that if certain things are meant to happen, they will happen regardless of whether we end up living in the middle of nowhere with the Eskimos.😁
But Nancy Cook61, the real thing to keep in mind is that they haven't actually confirmed it's an atypical pneumonia yet. They did mention his family has been dealing with the flu, so there's a chance it's just that, though since he arrived from China, the hospital decided to admit him for observation just to be safe. Now we just have to wait and see what the results show, but I think we should try not to panic before we know for sure. 🙂

I find myself agreeing with all of you 🙂... though I suspect that until we truly reach that level of consciousness where we perceive everything as Unity and find our purest joy in the simple act of giving, we shouldn't perhaps strive for such spiritual sophistication too aggressively... regardless of how limited our earthly grasp of giving and receiving might seem 🙂

It really just comes down to constant, steady remembrance, over and over again...
and above all else, it is about giving, giving, and more giving. 🙂

When those i Love say, ‘You are bad for me’ they have signed my death warrant - and no matter how, intellectually, I know it to be untrue, those words I use as the rope to hang myself. For, if I am no good to those I love, then I am good for nothing. I have no life and I deserve none.

I'll just take a moment......and hide into my introspectivity 👋 [/B]

I find myself unable to agree with this at all...

It is my belief that any spiritual seeker must eventually reach a level of consciousness where they can perceive the entire world and its relationships as mere fragments of an illusion or a dream; once that threshold is crossed, one naturally attains a state of Unity and a profound love for everything and everyone, which eliminates the need for external validation or acceptance, because ultimately, everyone is part of the same whole... and in that realization, the distinction between giving and receiving dissolves, leaving only the act of pure GIVING.
The quote above feels so profoundly heavy to me, and there is such a palpable absence of love within it that I feel a certain reluctance to even share it here, but here it is....

Ghost Dance: Behind the Facade of Normalcy in Spirituality ·
"Kuako lano lano maote
hayano hayano hayano"

(let me be one with the infinite Sun
forever, forever, forever)

I can still vividly recall the songs we used to sing together; I remember how, while singing, I felt as though I had become the wind, the fire, or perhaps even the entire prairie itself, until there was no longer any distinction between my own soul and the spirits of my ancestors—we were all simply one essence... There was this indescribable sense of pure joy that just washed over my entire existence during those moments.
Ghost Dance: Behind the Facade of Normalcy in Spirituality ·
I have these lingering memories of being a little girl, following my father through the wilderness while our camp and my mother, who was busy gathering whatever the earth provided, stayed just behind us.
I can still see that journey clearly, accompanied by this vision where I felt as tiny as a grain of rice... In the dream, I wasn't a child anymore, but someone wearing colorful braids just like the warriors of our tribe used to wear; I found myself inside some strange, unfamiliar tent, tracing my fingers over something unusual while staring at a peculiar rock filled with moving images...

I honestly can't bring myself to agree with any of those points at all.

I consider myself to be at a Level V, which I personally call the Lavender level.😁

It’s not about rejecting reason as the sole guiding force in our existence, though it remains vital...
Rather, it's about not strictly adhering to organized institutions—especially religious ones—that try to dictate a specific set of values; instead, I prefer a kind of syncretism, blending my own sense of morality, dharma, truth, and all those other spiritual perspectives we happen to gather along the journey of our own lived experience...
And of course, the whole thing is seasoned by what I believe is the most noble pursuit of all: recognizing Unity within diversity through that sublime essence we call Love.😁

Sean Lee9 said:I believe that one's character is something that evolves and deepens throughout life, becoming increasingly refined and strengthened through every experience we encounter.

It isn't just limited to a single lifetime, either—it spans many more than that.

I've never really cared for following the crowd or just doing what everyone else is doing, like some Joe Smith follower. I much prefer embracing our own unique, everyday selves, because I think we all possess something special and interesting within our individual characters if we just have the heart to recognize it in one another.

Larry Moore49 said:I frequently run into individuals who ask deep, searching questions while hunting for the truth, yet they seem to be part of this modern spiritual trend where people struggle with a profound lack of identity.
I can't help but wonder how much of a struggle this really is for them, or where they actually fit within the spiritual landscape. It feels like this relentless pursuit of truth and God is often just a way to justify a supposed "enlightenment" that they can't quite put into words, relying instead on abstract concepts of love and the path of Jesus to mask what is essentially an empty spiritual core.
“.

When it comes to the truth, there are so many people nowadays caught up in this constant search, and sometimes, instead of actually letting their ego die, they end up inflating it even more, completely unaware that they're just on a massive spiritual ego trip.
I don't think we should judge them, though, because as annoying as it might be, we have to realize that this is all just part of the journey—a process that some people never seem to finish, while others move through it quite easily to reach a higher state of being.
Ultimately, we are all meant to move past this and become a true reflection of God through our own selfless love.🙂
