tip: Excuse me. It's Two Russians are staying here. Do you know which floor they're on? recepcioner: Yes, I know which floor they're on. tip:(hands a specific amount of cash to the receptionist) And which floor would that be? recepcioner: (takes the money) We've only got one floor.
That’s your godfather right there. He’s not just any godfather, he’s the one and only. 😁
They planted that idea in his head by using the whole "We gave him an offer he couldn't refuse" cliché, but their actual goal was to make sure he felt like he truly had no choice in the matter. 😁
I believe I'm third, if we're going by Lord of the Rings (Galadriel says) . Let me take a shot at this:
1. Good, bad, I'm the guy with the gun.
2. Satan : They're amazing the things they do. They're inventing themselves now. Artificial intelligence and cybergenetics and sol on Jesus: It's impressive, I admit. Satan : Well.... I agree. Jesus: Now that's just stupid. Satan : Well.... I agree.
And one easy one for the road: 3. You can't go arround killing people! Why?
And honestly, Kronk is at his absolute best when he's hanging out with the Angels 😁 Devil: "Number one: he’s carrying around that dainty little musical string thing," Angel: "We have discussed this repeatedly. It is a harp, and you know it!" D: "Yeah. It's a harp. And that's a dress." A: "IT'S A ROBE!" D: "Number two: check out this move!" (Balances on one hand) Kronk: "What does that have to do with anything?" A: "Actually, no, he’s making a valid point right there."
It’s just like when Leslie Nielsen suddenly bursts into the cockpit and tells the pilot: Leslie Nielsen: "They're all going to die soon" Pilot: "But, surely, there must be something you can do..." Leslie Nielsen: "N/A. And don't call me Shirley"
silentharbor88 said:Both films are absolute lunacy. The first one earns that title by being inherently absurd, while the second manages it simply by adding William Shatner to the mix. It’s actually one of those rare Hollywood productions that avoids drowning in sentimentality or dragging through mindless filler (though the sequel does stumble slightly in 😢). But seeing how William parodies his own persona... it is insanity squared! And now that teaser for the third installment... "That is exactly what they would expect from us," delivered with the quintessential flair of James T. Kirk. As for that bit where the screen turns out to be a door... I honestly can't get over it.
What kind of teaser for a third movie are we talking about? I missed it?? How? When? Where?
I am fairly certain that Ice Age isn't actually a Disney production.
As for the films that truly belong to the Disney catalog, I would highlight these as exceptional: Monsters, Inc. The Emperor's New Groove Robin Hood Jungle Book Mulan
I trust there are others in the mix, but these are the only ones currently coming to mind. If we are looking at the more recent era, I’d point to The Emperor's New Groove; it is quite frankly a phenomenal film.😉

So, what’s your take on "War," lonescout2? 😁
To me, it feels like Jakov sedlar meets Stjepan Sabljak meets Chuck Norris. Honestly, some scenes bordered on pure parody.
"Some"?? 😁
In my eyes, the movie is basically a Michael Bay production 😁 (okay, fine, maybe not quite that bad). But I really think an Arnold Schwarzenegger-style entrance would have elevated the whole thing. For instance, it would have been perfectly fitting if that British woman said to Aslan (right at the start when he lets her go): "I'll be back." 😁
On the bright side, as far as action movies go, it’s perfectly decent 😁, but I didn't head out to Napa Valley specifically to watch Chucky-style action flicks. If that’s what I wanted, I’d watch Walker every single day on PBS.
That being said, I wouldn't stoop so low as to compare it to sedlar; sedlar is in a completely different league altogether. 🙂
I’m genuinely kicking myself for missing the chance to see Punch-Drunk Love. Both that and Lilja 4-ever were high on my watchlist, yet somehow I missed out on one from the jump and completely whiffed on the other. It’s honestly pretty pathetic. 🙄 There will be other opportunities, so I won't dwell on it too much—especially since I’m about 90% certain they'll turn up eventually, if not at the cinema, then at least on a streaming service here in the States.
Come on, man, tell me which movies you actually haven't seen yet. Now I’m curious—which two are we talking about? I’ve watched pretty much everything within my budget, specifically: >, >, >, >, >, and I think there were a few others, but I can't recall them off the top of my head right now...
