The only thing remotely redeeming about The Cosby Show is the man himself. Honestly, even those newer episodes would be worth watching if they just cut out every single scene where he’s on screen. 😬
Not everyone agrees, though. Take Bill Cosby, for instance—he’s easily one of the most laid-back, low-energy comedians out there. Every time I tune in to watch him, I get this weird impression that the guy was actually born as a fifty-year-old man. 😬
I’ve always had a soft spot for dub and stuff in that vein, but honestly, the only thing I’ve ever heard from Thievery Corporation was that one track on a swamp-themed compilation years ago, and it just didn't hit the mark for me. Maybe if I actually listened to more of their catalog I’d have a real opinion, but right now I’m just jumping into this thread to hear myself talk. 😛
I can actually remember most of the characters, which I guess is a good sign! With Tango & Cash, I distinctly recall there being a ton of bodies flying everywhere... Hmm, yeah... Honestly, I wouldn't mind revisiting that one 😈
Ugh... I can’t for the life of me remember the actual plot of that movie, and I’ve definitely seen it at least twice... It must have been something special 😬
The first part is fine, but what really gets me is how unsettling it is at the start when Josh has absolutely no clue what he’s getting himself into. And then, out of nowhere, you get that line: "FREDDY'S HERE!!!! AND HE IS SOOOO SCARY!!!!!!"

Look, we’re talking about movies with great musical scores here, not just soundtracks. To me, those are two completely different things. There are plenty of films where the music fits the vibe perfectly, but that doesn't mean I actually want to sit around listening to the soundtrack on my own time.😳

Look, we all joked about it after 😂 came out, but if they actually made a "realistic" version of the Odyssey, those guys would have just rowed straight home and never run into a single monster.😂

I was honestly just going to drop a comment about how I hope they made Chuck Jones a comfortable, rotating recliner so he can spin around peacefully in his grave. But now that you’ve brought up Joe Dante, I’m actually feeling a little bit conflicted. Still, I was definitely looking forward to seeing that on TV. 😛
Religion is an addiction, plain and simple—just like food, breathing, sex, or popping pills. And let's be real: your biological makeup pretty much dictates whether you're wired to be an addict in the first place. Sure, there are always those annoying little outliers, like kids of alcoholics being more prone to sexual compulsions or drug abuse, but those are just tedious details at this point. 🙄
