edit: On the Democratic Party forums, internet access is disabled for img tags by default. I have no clue why they do that, but there are plenty of other subforums just like it. Still, since people manage to post images just fine, I don't see why it should be an issue.
I honestly can't follow your train of thought. You really need to try explaining your process and your end goal with a bit more clarity. By the way, Imgur is having issues with forum embeds lately, so you might want to look into using a different hosting site.
