Look, everyone, let’s be serious for a second. With this meningitis outbreak going around, people are panicking over every little thing. You get a slight fever and suddenly you're sprinting to the ER for throat swabs and head tests... it's honestly getting ridiculous. My advice? Just stay put. Avoid going out for the next few days—maybe even fifteen days if you can manage it. It's better to just lay low and deal with whatever virus is floating around.
It’ll pass, honestly. It always does. You hit a crisis for a day or two, things settle down for a bit, and then it starts all over again... anyway, I haven't smoked in a month and ten days now. I'm actually quite proud of myself! 😁

A friend told me today that a semester of yoga classes in Vienna goes for about $15.🙂 If you're a student, I really think we should start something similar here in the States... maybe start with students first, then expand later. I am interested in this too..
Well, since the weather is finally turning nice, I think I'll just spend all my free time out on my bike. Besides, I’ve been wanting to get some more gaming in lately. Honestly, the idea of spending my downtime stuck in a gym just doesn't appeal to me much at all...
Listen here, Jonathan Palmer :P haha, congratulations. As for me... I've made it one month and three days. I went into my workout yesterday just wanting to go all out; I was honestly a split second away from breaking, but I held my ground!!🙂))
Regarding the weight gain, I really don't know what to tell you. I'm doing my best to eat less.🙂

Well, I do eat it, but then I get hit with this sudden wave of weakness :d and I immediately feel like I need a full meal.😬 But if I were to try... just fruit in the evenings... is there anything specific I should stick to?? Or... is everything okay...
swiftscout8 said:You don't even need to follow Atkinson's diet that strictly. Just cutting back on carbs and getting some exercise should do the trick. Instead of eating half a loaf of bread every day, maybe just stick to two slices. And honestly, cut down on the beer—it’s terrible for your health and your waistline.
No matter how effective a diet might be, overdoing it is never a good idea.
🙂
Ahem... so, what, I just survive on two slices of bread? I'm at a loss here. If it isn't bread, what am I supposed to eat to actually stop feeling hungry?🙂
By Valentine's Day, I'll officially be one month smoke-free. 👋
I have to admit, though, the cravings haven't quite vanished. They hit me after a meal, while I'm sitting at my computer, or when I'm having coffee... even just walking through downtown at night.
