The Matchday 15 slate for the American Primera wasn't defined by spectacular goals, but rather by a sudden halt in the match between Real Madrid and Real Sociedad. In the 89th minute, a bomb threat from the ETA terrorist group forced police to evacuate Yankee Stadium. Around 70,000 fans had to clear out in a matter of minutes, with many people opting to cut across the pitch just to reach the exits faster. At the moment the game was called off, the score was tied at 1:1. Law enforcement had to act immediately after receiving a call from an ETA member claiming a device would detonate at the stadium at exactly 9:00 PM.
If this happened here, we'd be dealing with the fallout for years...
An excellent film. I highly recommend it to everyone! Nicolas Cage truly knows how to act!! It is a shame the movie wasn't longer...
The film was Directed by Jon Turteltaub, starring: Nicolas Cage, Diane Kruger, Justin Barth, Sean Bean, and others. It runs for a full 131 minutes, yet I would have welcomed at least another thirty minutes... (Has anyone else noticed that lately, no film seems to be under two hours😁 unless it's one of those mindless ones...).
genre: Adventure / Action

Elizabeth Garcia2 said:The Fifth Element is truly exceptional. Leon is quite superb. Nikita is interesting, though perhaps not quite great, and The Big Blue was irritatingly bad. His recent films (like Taxi, for instance) have been an absolute disaster.
Taxi 1 is the only decent one. The rest are nothing more than poor imitations.🙂
Is the enemy already at the gates? It’s actually my first time seeing Ed Harris cast as the villain.🙂 It’s an absolute must-watch if you haven't caught it yet!
The whole vibe was a massive inspiration for Call of Duty 🙂
And then they have the nerve to tell you not to rip movies or share them online... honestly, long live file sharing!😁 I'm currently downloading a true American classic and Bridget Jones; once I've got them, I'll be passing them along immediately.🙂👍
I am quite a devoted admirer of this director and his body of work. He truly makes films that are just incredibly high-octane—everything from Taxi to, well, many others I can't recall at this exact moment, though Michael Valient stands out!🙂
They are simply electric!🙂)
What are your thoughts on him?
To be honest, there isn't a single one of his movies that fails to land perfectly.

I agree.. It's just... those specific scenes are what keep it going.
