The Omen in Movies ·
This was honestly one of those rare horror movies that actually landed for me 👍 👍

If you’re thinking about diving in, wouldn't it be better to just binge the first few installments since they flow right into each other? 😁
Gothika in Movies ·
This movie was honestly such a letdown!!👎

And don't even get me started on that song at the end 👎 (though if you must know, it's actually Fred Durst singing—but honestly, he’s just as much of a disappointment as everything else about this film)👎 👎 👎

electricdriver78 said:It’s definitely an allergy.

That was exactly how it started for me about seven and a half years ago.

I'm allergic to grass, dust, maple, jasmine, ragweed, and even cats a little bit—though I'd never give up my cat!

It’s so true!

Mine started out just like that, and now I've developed allergies to dust and ragweed too.
I'm also reacting to certain molds, and just a few days ago the skin on my palms actually started peeling, but honestly, I just can't bring myself to go see a doctor right now.
Krsto Papić: The Deliverer (1976) in Movies ·
I’ve watched it a few times now, and I honestly think it might be the best American horror movie we’ve ever produced, if we even have any worth mentioning at all.

Yeah, I remember seeing something called "Sunken Grave" or some title like that in a video rental shop once, but I was actually too scared to even check it out—not because I thought it would be terrifying, but just because of the vibe.🙂 😁
W.A.S.P. in Music ·
I'm honestly surprised 😕 that nobody has brought up L.O.V.E. Machine, Widowmaker Blind in Texas, or Widowmaker yet 😁 😁
Resident Evil: Apocalypse in Movies ·
I honestly feel like any installment of Resident Evil: Apocalypse should really be at least two hours long, mostly because that's the only way you can actually build up the kind of heavy atmosphere a movie like this deserves.
Everything feels a bit rushed right now, doesn't it? It all moves so fast that nothing seems to stick, and we lose that sense of genuine anticipation that makes a horror story work.

By the way, the clinic is located right near the factory.

Actually, I know someone near the factory too, and if we're talking about the same person, I can tell you he's a true master at what he does, so if anyone is dealing with dental issues, shouldn't they definitely go see him?
ZZ Top in Music ·
If you guys are such huge fans, then you really shouldn't miss the ZZ Top tribute show happening at the Hard Rock Cafe on December 26th, if I recall correctly.
Ephedrine in Health ·
If you take two adult-sized bottles of ephedrine and mix them right into a small glass of beer, 😲 wouldn't you just love to see the rush that follows? 👍 It’s definitely not worth wasting your time by slowly sipping it like some amateur, since that won't get you anywhere either. 👎 You might as well just grab some OxiClean instead, or perhaps just use it for that first trick I mentioned.

banderas said:They're a great band, but if they ever roll through your neck of the woods on tour, please don't make the mistake of buying a ticket because their live show with this current singer is honestly terrible. It actually made me lose my love for their songs after hearing them live.

I wouldn't go around giving out bad advice like that, especially since I don't think this "new" guy changes much from how The Rolling Stones sounded back in the day; isn't it true that Paul is just as wild and unhinged as Cornwell was, and they practically sound identical anyway?😕
Maybe you're just biased because you thought Cornwell was hot, right?🙄

Just a few favorites of mine.👍

Tattoo removal advice? in Health ·
So, about a week or two ago, I picked up a business card from this new boutique studio here in Washington, D.C.
They specialize in bio-tattoos, which isn't something we really heard much about until they suddenly became the talk of the town, and honestly, what can I even say to you? If you actually want me to sit down and type out their phone number for you, just let me know and I'll gladly get that written down.
Personally, I don't think I could ever commit to a permanent tattoo because my personality tends to shift quite a bit—I guess you could say I just go wherever the wind blows me... if that makes sense.

With a bio-tattoo, the ink lasts maybe four or five years, and if you choose to put it on a part of your body that stays covered by a shirt most of the year, the fading process won't even really start until the third or fourth year, which seems pretty manageable, don't you think?
Dealing with hemorrhoids in Health ·
It’ll pass eventually, I suppose, but there's absolutely no way I'm heading to the doctor because of these hemorrhoids.😲 I haven't gone myself, but a close friend of mine went once and had a pretty miserable experience with a medical exam swab.😲 😢 😁
Glue issues in Health ·
It isn't actually that bad, and I wouldn't say I'm sleeping all day or anything, since I usually get about six hours of sleep on average, but the real issue is that I just can't find the motivation to do anything at all, so I end up just sitting at my computer or watching TV, and honestly, what's the point?
Glue issues in Health ·
I don't think this topic has been brought up yet, so here goes:

So, over the last year, I've really let myself go; I just spend all my time sitting around, lying down, and sleeping. The weird thing is, all that extra sleep actually makes me feel even more sluggish, and then I end up feeling completely useless if I happen to wake up after noon...

Does anyone know if there are any remedies out there for a massive energy boost when I'm feeling exhausted or just lazy—you know, some kind of quick fix or old-school remedy?

steelviper6 said:That’s a pretty old-school gothic group if you think about it. I believe they started up sometime in the early 90s and have put out quite a bit of music over the years, but as they once mentioned on their website—which I haven't visited in ages—they rarely release anything unless they actually have the downtime, mostly because they view making music more as a personal passion rather than a way to make money like Britney Spears.😁 ).

I mean, I already know who the Sisters are, so I wasn't even asking about them anymore. But what's actually going on with all those posters for the listening parties and concerts?
Sisters of Mercy in Music ·
I noticed some posters scattered around the city lately, and it really got me wondering if anyone here might know a bit more about what they're all about?
