Honestly, it wasn't even that bad. If this flick were pure fiction, I’d say it was basically impossible. But, you know... They didn't really dive deep into how he pulled off all those tricks. Maybe they just didn't think it mattered for this story? Personally, I think it should have.
My childhood favorite 👍 I look back at it with pure nostalgia rather than the critical eye I have now. It’s the reason I fell in love with action movies and, of course, Schwarzenegger. (Though I eventually grew to hate him, and the whole genre for that matter)
A bit of a weird movie. Not even that funny, though. Honestly, it’s more boring than anything else. Maybe it would've actually worked if they had just fixed the script!
The Blair Witch Project. Total playground stuff. Thank god the hype and the whole craze this movie started died down so fast. I'm talking about all those cheap clones that popped up. Everyone was obsessed for a second, but then it just vanished. And honestly? Good. Let it rot in the dustbin of history where it belongs!
Absolute trash movie. Total disaster! So dumb. The plot was non-existent. I’m usually not even into rom-coms, but this was painful! Zero logic. Just awful. I must have drifted off at least six times in the theater. And honestly? I only woke up out of pure politeness. I tried to stick it out, but man, it was just too bad to stay awake. And then it happened again! Thank God it finally ended.
Now I'm running from this movie like it's a horror flick.
Honestly, I thought it was kind of meh at first. By the next day, after a few scenes started sticking in my head, I totally changed my mind. Turns out, the timeline isn't strictly linear like I originally thought. There’s actually some pretty deep meaning here. It all leads up to this massive turning point in how the Queen views her world—her duties, her job, her family, the public, and just regular people in general... See, up until that point, she basically saw herself as God's messenger for the UK (at least according to the movie). She treated tradition as the ultimate priority and something divinely ordained, since her ancestors never strayed from it. She wasn't doing what she wanted to do, but what she felt she had to do. She kept her own identity, her opinions, and her feelings completely separate from her role as the Queen. She never let the two overlap. That scene with the deer is the real turning point. She was admiring the deer, almost "falling in love" with it. She felt so bad when they killed it, yet she didn't even argue with her husband when he was happy about the kill. But still, she decided to check if they actually killed "her" deer. And they did. She was heartbroken, but she still congratulated the hunter who took it down. That's when it hit her: she can't—and shouldn't—go against her own heart.
And Blair? He didn't turn out to be the saint everyone thought he was. He wasn't defending the Queen out of pure empathy; he was doing it for his own gain, hoping for a favor down the road.
Classic American propaganda. The effects feel dated. Throwing in a dull love story doesn't just make the movie feel more mainstream; it barely saves it from being terrible. The propaganda is way too obvious and heavy-handed. They forced a romance into a pseudo-war setting where it just doesn't fit. All those romantic subplots feel like some cheesy soap opera, and honestly, the whole movie stays at that level. The characters look like they stepped straight out of a Rose garden.
You can tell Gear isn't even dancing. I'm not really into musicals, anyway. But hey, it's just a movie, right? But a bad movie. Totally illogical, shallow, and just... meh! Nobody's going to remember this one.
The movie drags on way too long. It’s just way too much filler. I honestly doubt things actually went down like that in real life. John Kerry is just trying way too hard to show off his "assets."
The only movie from Austria I've ever checked out. It was alright. Really dives into some social issues facing modern-day Austria. That lead actor definitely has potential.
Just your classic American rom-com. Honestly, it’s my least favorite genre—and let's be real, this specific subgenre is easily the absolute worst part of it!
What a total disaster of a movie. Pure garbage. Hands down one of the most boring, mindless things I've ever sat through. And trust me, I’ve seen some pretty bad stuff. The whole concept was just stupid. Honestly, I can't stand dumb themes, messy plots, or characters this poorly written.
