I should probably point out that it isn't exactly a walk in the park—moving out, working enough to afford an apartment that doesn't leak every time it rains, all while trying to finish school. Maybe you could just take out a loan and head out?
Alternatively, you could just grind it out for another year. Once you graduate, finding work to fund a move will be a lot more manageable.
