I have a quick question... How does this Reddit app actually work? I downloaded it onto my phone, but I’m still a bit lost... What’s the trick to syncing the app with this forum? 😕

Is anyone there? Nothing?
Surely someone knows a contact who might have what I need... Please!
Forgive me for dropping into this thread like a skydiver, but I’m hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction. I just started a new thread titled ''Urgent, urgent!!! Treatment in China!!'', so please take a look at what I’ve posted there to avoid any unnecessary repetition. I’d be incredibly grateful if you could let me know if you have heard of any specific cases where people were actually cured over there. The reason I'm asking is that a group of patients with multiple sclerosis is currently preparing for a trip to China, and my brother-in-law is planning to go with them—he isn't suffering from MS himself, but he is battling another serious illness. Word on the street is that they’ve successfully treated quite a few people dealing with sclerosis.
If anyone has even a shred of information, please help.
Here is the situation... My brother-in-law is battling a very severe illness. He’s undergone numerous surgeries here in the States, but nothing has worked. Since our doctors couldn't find a solution, they sent his medical records over to France for potential surgery, but that didn't yield any results either. He even tried some therapies from a specialist in the Philippines, which provided only minimal relief for the time being. Through a news report, he learned about Dr. Plamenka Profeta from Washington, D.C., Dr. Ming, and the Lu Shan clinic in China (the National Federation of the Blind has been coordinating patient treatments there for over two years). He reached out to them, and they’ve guaranteed a full recovery within two months—for a price tag of $55,000. Given that he might only have about two years left without this, the stakes are incredibly high. They claim to use a combination of meditation and acupuncture, backed by what they call cutting-edge technology to monitor disease progression. Their philosophy is that serious illnesses stem from the malfunction of one of the five vital organs—kidneys, liver, lungs, etc.—and they treat it using their specific methods. That $55,000 covers everything for those two months: lodging, specialized organic meals, a translator, all treatments, and access to their tech. We’ve heard claims that they successfully treat even the most devastating conditions like bone cancer, MS, and blindness. In preparation for the trip to China, my brother-in-law has been attending daily sessions in Washington, D.C., involving meditation and similar activities. To be honest, he feels their sales tactics are quite aggressive; they constantly push testimonials and "proof" of recoveries, which leaves him feeling like this might be a scam. So, here we are. He is currently raising the funds, but in the meantime, we are reaching out everywhere to see if anyone has heard of these types of treatments in China, or if anyone knows someone who has actually been cured there. $55,000 is an enormous amount of money. If he is truly cured, it’s an investment; but if this is just some elaborate fraud... Please, we need your help. He needs to have the funds ready by January 31st for a February 1st departure. We aren't looking for financial assistance—just any information or firsthand accounts you might have regarding this.

She suggested Prevenient is the better route for us. Honestly... I stopped taking it a little while back, and lately, I've been feeling utterly wiped out. Just total exhaustion, aching bones, sore muscles... I'm at a loss. I probably need to get some blood work done because I really am feeling pretty rough.
I forgot to mention... Every four weeks when my husband works the afternoon shift (Monday through Wednesday), I'm flying solo with the little one all day. Between tackling the entire mountain of housework—you know exactly what I mean by 🥳—and trying to keep a toddler constantly entertained, I barely have a second to grab a bite to eat. It’s exhausting. My immune system just takes the hit every single time; I end up feeling like I'm coming down with a nasty case of the flu. That kid absolutely runs me ragged! 😁 😁

My immune system seems solid. I used to end up on antibiotics at least twice a year, but during pregnancy, nothing. Now, I’m nearly 11 months into breastfeeding and haven't caught a thing (knock on wood). I'm not sure if it's the prenatal, but my diet is pretty much the same as it was before.
That makes two of us! I only grab my prenatal when I remember. Before, I was constantly fighting off nasty sore throats and high fevers, but during my pregnancy, I stayed perfectly healthy. My eating habits haven't changed much either, though I'm only about 4.5 months into breastfeeding. Also, I used to struggle with chronic anemia, but during and after pregnancy, my iron levels were through the roof. It really makes you think those prenatal vitamins are doing some heavy lifting!👍

But then I spent the entire night with that same pain in my lower belly, and it’s still happening... though only in the evenings. For the last three days, it hasn't been intense, just a really strange sensation. I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with something similar? Sorry if this is a bit much, but help...
I had those exact same pains, and it turned out I was pregnant. 😍
It might be something else, though. You should probably grab a test or check in with your doctor.

Exactly! 😂 If you really want to lose any remaining nerve, just browse the threads about episiotomies on this forum; it’ll certainly help you decide whether or not to start a family. 😂

Linda, did you post this in the wrong thread? Wasn't this meant for your new discussion about vitamins?
I could really use some advice here. My husband has these two tiny skin tags on his neck—they’re small, translucent, and barely seem attached to the skin. A few days ago, he accidentally irritated one of them, and it turned red almost immediately before turning completely dark later that same day. The surrounding skin was pretty inflamed too. I applied some propolis to the area, and within a day or two, the tag just fell right off 😲 . However, the second tag is still there, and it’s looking irritated, slightly larger, and the skin around it is red as well. Should we be seeing a doctor about this? Honestly, I’m not even sure how to convince him to go; he hasn't stepped foot in a clinic since he was a baby. Has anyone else dealt with an injured skin tag or something similar? Any help would be appreciated.🙏

Well, I do have my own doctor! But he’s in private practice and every single checkup $133, and since I'm pregnant now and will need frequent visits, my guy is going to be a bit too pricey. So, I'm looking for other options.
Hi there! I actually posted a similar question over on the pregnancy forums, but I couldn't get a straight answer because nobody there was from the Midwest. Now, you all might have already covered this, but honestly... I don't have the patience to dig through twenty-five pages of comments just to find what I need! I'm looking for recommendations for a reliable social worker or a private therapist in Indianapolis. It’s pretty urgent!!!
