I thought it was hilarious when I couldn't tell if he was actually singing a song or just rambling on about nothing while everyone else was busy tuning their instruments.🤣
well, that's exactly why I'm telling you they were boring.😛
I can't even begin to explain why that band was on the lineup at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the first place, let alone why they ended up skipping half their set list.😛
Honestly, I think they might be the most boring little band on the planet.🙂

Suddenly he's all concerned about alcohol consumption, yet he fought tooth and nail to keep that drunk Finn in what can only be described as a total circus of a team. I suspect that after half a season, Fernando will be looking to pull a move similar to what Jenson Button did at Williams.
👍
I suspect that after half a season, Fernando might try to pull off what Jenson Button did with Williams.
He won't. I mean, I think drinking is the last thing on Fernando Alonso's mind, even if he has a drink once in a while. It's probably not going to stop him from chasing the title. He just seems like the type who doesn't let that kind of stuff get in the way. He's maybe too focused on the big picture for that.
It’s all true. I remember reading this massive critique about it—it was actually a comparison to NASCAR from a couple of seasons back, maybe at the start of last year in an American edition of a major racing mag. They absolutely tore the Formula 1 management apart regarding that whole issue, in that classic, blunt way 😁.
I mean, Bernie has known for years that their broadcasts are garbage. Honestly, I think we should just be grateful we have guys like Jergović, Blažičko, and Novak to keep us entertained 😬. All they’ve really done is timidly introduce something somewhat interesting, like team radio, only to cut it back so much that when it actually happens during a race, I feel like I’m losing my mind with joy. Then Kimi just says "OK" 😛 and the radio goes dead again.
The FIA changes the rules every single season. To me, it feels like they’re just messing with the fans, forcing us to wrap our heads around complicated—and usually pretty stupid—new regulations every year. And if they aren't bored enough, they change them right in the middle of the season. I mean, what other sport does that??
It isn't a coincidence that the most popular sports in the world are the ones where the rules almost never change, or if they do, it's minimal. It would be like if someone decided in football that a goal counts for two points instead of one, or if they suddenly got rid of offsides, or made penalty kicks from a weird angle or something. 😛
Years go by, and still nothing. Now they're talking about Bernie wanting a night race. Sure, it would probably be attractive, but let's be real: it's dangerous. When will we see it? Maybe in three seasons. If we're lucky. Instead of firing everyone involved in the TV production and hiring actual directors who could make even a boring race look exciting, they should just finally commit to team radio. They could even ditch those damn starting lights and have some famous celebrity drop a handkerchief to start the race...
Et cetera, et cetera.
If you ask me, Bernie is basically just a huge risk-avoider and a coward. And he's old as the hills, literally.
Come on, come on, it's Sunday. We still have a whole week left before everyone stops caring about the betting lines because they'll be too busy with Easter egg hunts and all that other stuff... 😬
And if he actually does leave, things are going to get messy. I don't think people realize just how much control he has over F1—like, he basically holds the whole sport by the throat (or his wallet, anyway). It all really comes down to whoever steps into his shoes.
The first one is definitely my pick. I think his sense of humor is just better, and he isn't nearly as hard to watch as the other guy. 🙂
The second one has some lines that honestly sound like they belong in a better movie, but man, there are so many gaps where people are just yawning. I know, I know—you aren't supposed to yawn when Johnny Depp is on screen 😁—but it’s still pretty bad. Plus, the plot feels kind of thin and those gross scenes are just too much. It doesn't even come close to the first one.
