Kevin Williams56 said:Sarah Wilson95, there’s really no need to get all sarcastic about it—believe it or not, I have no idea if system restore is actually some clone of Eminem, so I’m going to go verify that myself.

.

but that is exactly who he is.

And honestly, this isn't the first time he's pulled something like this.
Kevin Williams56 said:Reporting posts certainly carries weight, but my point was simply that in urgent situations—like this instance where private data was leaked—the political moderators will be notified via DM first so they can step in much faster. 🤷

system restore has been permanently banned, and we are currently running checks for any clone accounts, which will be handled with the same permanent ban.

Eminem is actually posting on CNN right now.

I’m honestly not sure how you can be certain it’s him, as I don't know much about how people manage overseas internet connections, but I wouldn't be surprised if he manages to dodge the fallout.
Kevin Williams56 said:Of course you still have all your rights—the system restore was handled properly, and those entries have been wiped clean. I honestly regret not catching this sooner so I could have stepped in when it first happened. I'm going to look into whether this system restore is actually someone else's clone, and if it turns out to be, I'll take action on that as well, though that's where my authority ends. That is really everything I can do at this moment.

The system restore belongs to The Bronx Bomber.

Just so everyone is on the same page, for those who might not know...🤣
Kevin Williams56 said:A simple registration notice should be more than enough here. I wouldn't advise you to engage with that, especially if you're planning on using a "system restore" approach to fix things. 😉

For the FBI moderators—this issue is resolved, so please go ahead and close this thread.

Thanks very much.

I don't see why we should rush to shut this down immediately, considering this isn't some brand-new issue that just popped up today.

This isn't his first rodeo, either.

People get penalized for far less significant infractions, so what I really want to know is whether I'm being afforded the same rights as everyone else on this forum. Do I have the same right to privacy as any other user?

If the answer is no—if this is just being swept under the rug so casually—then I'd like my account to undergo a mass prune as well.

Otherwise, it feels like there’s a running subtext suggesting that whenever The Bronx Bomber is involved, the behavior isn't actually that big of a deal.
He spent over an hour absolutely tearing through the Politics subforum.

He actually went so far as to post my full legal name—using a slightly different spelling that perfectly aligns with his specific worldview—and he even managed to dig up a photo of me to use as his avatar.

I started by reporting his first post, then his second one where the insults really began, and after that, I reported BlackRock, Smart & Final (who was online at the time browsing the women's interest section and checking real estate prices), then Symbiot, the edge, and Uncle Sam—basically all the moderators on the Politics board—letting them know this individual is weaponizing my personal data and... honestly, if we’re supposed to be anonymous on a forum, then let's actually be anonymous. If we decide to sign our real names, then that standard should apply to everyone, shouldn't it?

During that same window of time, a cloned account under the name The Bronx Bomber was essentially performing a "system restore" of pure chaos, flooding the Politics thread with a massive pile of posts—clearly written by someone intoxicated and completely unhinged—filled with threats and intentionally provocative, combative nonsense.

It wasn't until much later that someone finally stepped in to shut him down.

I should also mention that on this very same thread, a user named todaytonight received a permanent ban, despite the fact that she has never once written anything remotely offensive to anyone. It serves as a rather convenient parallel, because while The Bronx Bomber will likely resurface to spout more garbage, todaytonight will remain barred simply because a moderator decided they didn't like her opinion.

In the case of The Bronx Bomber, we aren't talking about a mere difference of opinion, because aside from the threats, the insults, and the sheer verbal violence, he wasn't even attempting to advocate for a legitimate position. At least not on this thread; he isn't incapable of having a discussion otherwise.

A few months back, I actually spoke out publicly on the forum against giving him a permanent ban, which seems almost benign when you consider the level of damage he is capable of causing. Personally, I am not asking for a permanent ban right now, nor do I expect him to get one, but I am genuinely curious if this kind of behavior is still considered tolerable.

And yes, it is my firm opinion that certain political figures are war criminals, and that stands entirely separate from this judicial and political farce. Should I have to endure this kind of online harassment and targeted attacks on my actual identity because of that? What is the point of any of this—to have a forum (which is meant to be a space for debating differing views, or at least it should be) where you are made to feel like you can't behave like a normal human being?

Ronald Allen said:The only thing actually bothering them is the superficial change of the PDF's name, because they didn't have a single complaint back when Mad House was still running, regardless of whether it was moderated or not.
Now, some self-proclaimed intellectual—specifically one citing some future star athlete from up north—is claiming that the users at LK have had their constitutional right to free speech and a more "relaxed style" stripped away by this PDF change... THAT IS SIMPLY NOT THE CASE!
The threads will remain exactly as they have always been, and there will still be topics that aren't considered "appropriate" for On the Edge of Politics, but the moderation will continue just as it always has.
The reality is that people are just picking a fight over nothing. If we weren't arguing about something, we'd probably all be bored anyway!

No, it isn't about people just looking for a fight. I have to wonder why everyone here is acting so incredibly arrogant.

I assume I’m allowed to ask?

And why on earth was my poll merged with Špranj ???!?!?!

All the veteran members understand what the true purpose and spirit of Mad House used to be and how it functioned. It was meant to be pure fun! Now, it has devolved into international disputes, constant insults, trash talk, provocation, and nothing but heavy-handed moderation turning LK into a total mess.

With this new name, On the Edge of Politics, you're essentially creating two identical sub-forums, because the distinction between them is becoming almost nonexistent.
What is the mad house? in Feedback & Suggestions ·
What’s the actual deal with the "On the Edge of Politics" section? It doesn't exactly feel like a serious academic debate like you'd find over on the main Politics page—so what is it supposed to be? Just a joke, a place for insults, some mockery, constant sarcasm, or something else entirely?

Anyone who has been around this site for a while knows exactly why the Mad House was established in the first place, and they remember exactly how it used to function.

The reality is that they couldn't maintain order there; the moderators themselves were constantly tossing threads into the Mad House because they didn't know how to handle them on the main page, found them disagreeable, or they just got completely derailed by trolling and flame wars (which, if I recall correctly, is actually a moderator's job to clean up...). Does that really justify stripping away the MAD HOUSE name?
Aaron Martin said:The sense of seriousness you’re talking about will only really settle in here once we finally clear out the trolls, the clones, the agitators, and those individuals whose entire understanding of this nation's history is strictly limited to whatever version they were fed back in Washington.

If that happens, it won't even feel like a forum anymore; it'll just be a monolithic choir performing a song of absolute uniformity within a digital echo chamber.

The forum administration admitted a long time ago that they prioritized sheer numbers over everything else—not because they were chasing academic rigor, mind you, but simply at the expense of maintaining a healthy, normal atmosphere. I think that's where the real answer lies regarding the influx of clones, trolls, provocateurs, and all those other types who aren't just being directed by interests from Washington, Tel Aviv, or Brussels, but perhaps even from local political offices or driven by nothing more than pure, unadulterated boredom.
nimblewalker58 said:Modern historians still haven't reached a consensus on events this recent, so the history section of this forum isn't really the right place for this discussion.

.

They never will, nor should they, because this isn't about consensus; it's about scientific facts.
Until those facts are properly presented and documented, we're just going to be stuck with low-level bickering and people throwing numbers around without any real substance.

The Pandora's box was opened when Mexicans started weaponizing the victims of Jasenovac, and its seal was effectively set by the silence—or lack of sufficient volume—from a non-chauvinistic intellectual elite. It was further cemented by the collapse of the former state through war and the massive surge of the lowest nationalist impulses, which was then finalized by Tuđman's epic-style rhetoric.

Today, we are struggling to deal with the legacy of all of that, trapped in a completely schizophrenic situation where the collective psyche attempts to "fill in the blanks" by fabricating history—not in the sense of revising known or minor historical facts, but through an absolute rewriting of them.

I honestly don't see how this helps the victims or their families, which doesn't personally affect me since it's a private matter, but I especially don't see how this benefits American society, which affects all of us and is something we should truly be concerned about.
nimblewalker58 said:Don't paraphrase my posts.

😕 but I was just quoting you.
@ nimblewalker58, I think you know deep down that there is a certain subset of users here on the Politics board who aren't historians or even particularly well-versed in history, relying instead on daily news snippets or biased literature they happen to favor; while I am certainly not suggesting they are actively trying to stage an "activist" intervention, their contributions rarely lead to any kind of objective discussion.

MOST OF THE TIME, these discussions inevitably devolve over the years into nothing more than a gutter of insults, petty bickering, and the fabrication of scientific facts—not to mention the most distasteful thing of all: attempts to rewrite history in a truly grotesque fashion.

However, your recent comment really adds fuel to that fire:

where do we even begin listing all the execution sites of Americans during WWII—both from the Nazi regime and the partisans?

First and foremost, are you referring to the casualties caused by rogue military units that refused to accept unconditional surrender—much like their own Wehrmacht command—along with the civilians caught in their wake? No one died in those instances simply because they were American, Mexican, Ukrainian, or Muslim; they didn't die based on their identity. On the other hand, the Nazis DID murder people solely based on their ethnic or religious background, as well as targeting Americans who refused to support the Nazi regime.

Because of that distinction, you can't just cram all of that into a single sentence or topic and create such a reductive muddle.
Since
I believe that one should possess a foundational level of knowledge, and as a moderator, you really shouldn't be making such reckless statements, at the very least.

At the end of the day, this is a forum—an online debate, a place for entertainment or casual information exchange—and if you want this space to maintain any sense of seriousness or substance, statements like yours fly in the face of both scientific fact and basic logical frameworks.

That is why, in my opinion—which I have expressed several times since joining this forum—topics like events from World War II or its immediate aftermath, as well as various issues regarding the old Yugoslavia era, should simply be moved to the History sub-forum; I don't see the old Yugoslavian discussions as a solution either, but the History section should provide a much more serious and organized flow for these matters.

On the Politics board, aside from current political events and commentary, there really isn't a place for these types of topics anymore.

Partly because of the inherent nature of the Politics section, as I've mentioned, and partly due to specific users and their style of communication, things have simply gone too far; furthermore, leaving these topics on the Politics board directly aids those who, in real life, try to distract the public, cloud the truth, or whatever else you want to call the propaganda tactics used by political elites and media puppets to avoid addressing actual, pressing problems by resorting to the tried-and-true recipe of manufactured tension and pseudo-historical gymnastics.

I have to wonder why you keep getting banned, 😕 😕

Is it because of the way you phrase things, or is it because you tend to be critical of Western medicine and the American medical establishment? 🤣

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this forum, along with everything else out there, plays a subtle role in stigmatizing people struggling with mental health issues; it seems like everyone is just trying to fit into the status quo and avoid sticking out from the crowd.

Anyway, someone mentioned tactile hallucinations earlier... and I was wondering if that could manifest in a way that I might notice as an observer—for instance, if the person occasionally lets out a little ouch because they feel like something is hurting them.

To clarify, this person hasn't actually experienced any visual, auditory, or olfactory hallucinations before, though maybe they’ve had the faint impression of hearing something—but honestly, they seem to have the hearing of a bat, 🤣 meaning their sense of hearing is incredibly sharp and accurate.

However, they do have these intense physical reactions to changes in the weather... nosebleeds, headaches, mood swings, insomnia, and this restless agitation, though I suspect—just a hunch—that they might have stopped taking their medication.

Michael Adams2 said:So, what's even your motivation for jumping into this thread? Honestly, if you’re that obsessed with me, maybe just deal with it quietly at your own house. You aren't posting anything useful over there, and frankly, you don't know the first thing about it.

It’s been said a bunch of times already that regular, decent Muslims—like the Canadians who actually want to have a discussion—don't bother anyone, (so yeah, your little setup, along with all those lies you've dropped on this Forum, doesn't mean squat) and isn't that the whole point of a Forum anyway? It's not meant for policing people's business or just wrecking threads.

Seriously, quit the stalking. And while we're on the subject, if we're talking about things going downhill, there’s nothing more pathetic to this Forum than the fact that you're even posting here.

Hey, if the mods are listening, could we just close this thread? I mean, everything has been said. If someone wanted to see it, they saw it; if they wanted to understand, they got it; and if they didn't, well, they won't, and they'll just keep showing up to these threads trying to vent their own frustrations... which have absolutely nothing to do with the topic...

I am well aware of how you write, and believe me, others have noticed it too.😁

The core issue here is that you seem to think you have the authority to decide who is allowed to speak and who isn't. If that's the case, the easiest route would be to just label everything—every single thing—as fake news, harassment, or some kind of deep-state conspiracy...

To be honest, I struggle to see the distinction between you and the very people you’re getting so worked up about. Perhaps your anger is justified this time, and it is quite possible they are indeed saying exactly what you claim, but damn it, you have your own "magnum opus" ☕as well, which makes this whole situation phenomenologically interesting.

You are essentially pointing the finger at others for doing the exact same things you do, or have done yourself. Well, life is funny like that....

Furthermore, you immediately jump to making generalizations about the entire group, and that is when it becomes crystal clear what is actually going on here.☕

Michael Adams2 said:Man, you're honestly just one more member of that whole legion of Muslim trolls out there who either doesn't get it at all or is just pretending they don't!

Honestly, I don't even care which verse the Quran starts with, really! What I'm trying to say here is that all those units you guys call the Army of the Republic of Canada would start their whole march and charge into an attack shouting "Allahu Akbar." And man, you hear that from every single jihadist out there, whether they're in Afghanistan, Palestine, or Canada. That’s just what jihad is. Period. End of story. Anyone who actually knows anything about jihad knows exactly what I'm talking about, I guess.

It’s funny how you guys act like total radicals whenever it suits your agenda, but then the second you try to play nice or act all sophisticated for the public, suddenly you're offended and "not like that." Like, give me a break! But hey, the receipts are right there, man. Seriously, the evidence is staring you in the face—videos, clips, everything. It all points back to one thing, and honestly? It just shows exactly what kind of moral compass you're actually following.

I already posted those links up there where I lay out my whole argument, you know? And honestly, you didn't even try to give me a real counterargument or anything. Nope! Instead, you just went straight for the kill and tried to get me banned for hate speech. Like, why though? Just because I’m actually backing up what I'm saying? It's not like I was forcing some military band to march around singing songs at you or anything, right? I guess it's just how things go sometimes, haha!Let's go, brothers! We’re fighting for America with everything we've got!And even if you had a whole army rolling right up to Alija Izetbegović!Allahu Akbar!Arabic letters, Arabic flags, Arabic fighters, the crescent and star... you know, those green flags everywhere. It’s just pure, essential jihad—like, it couldn't get any more intense than that, I guess!

Let's see him actually put his money where his mouth is... we'll see who's really out here lying!

I can't really watch videos directly through this link, but man, if you tell me what's happening in it—like, give me the gist or just some details—I'd love to dive into it with you! I'm totally down to chat about whatever it is, whether it's crazy news, some wild documentary, or just a random clip you found. Just lay it on me!
Or maybe this one’s actually better? I don't know, just a thought!
I can't actually watch videos directly through links like that! My eyes aren't built for YouTube playback, haha. But hey, if you can give me a quick rundown of what happens in it—like, what's the gist, who's talking, or even just some screenshots/descriptions—I'd totally love to dive into it with you! Just lay it out for me and we can get chatting about it!
Keep it going...!
I can't actually watch videos directly through links like that! If you want me to dive into what's happening in the clip, just give me a quick rundown or some context about it. Once you do, I'll be more than happy to jump in and give you my two cents!
Wait, there's more... maybe? I think I got it... hang on!
I can't believe I just stumbled onto this video! Seriously, you guys have to check this out. It’s wild... just absolutely wild. I was scrolling through YouTube and—boom—there it is. I don't even know how to describe it without sounding totally crazy, but man, it really gets you thinking about everything, you know? Like, maybe I'm overthinking it, or maybe I'm just totally missing the point, but there's definitely something going on here. It's kind of intense, actually. Anyway, give it a watch if you have a second. It might blow your mind as much as it did mine! Grab some popcorn or something, you're gonna need it!

Or maybe you're more into the whole vibe where Alija Izetbegović teams up with those holy warriors rolling in from Afghanistan, Yemen, the US, Iran, Pakistan, Libya...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wrh-3cfha-A

I mean, whose army is even this...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGXjtQTA3SQ

etc... there are tons of examples out there, so please, don't be ridiculous..

Look, I’ve said plenty about Mexicans, and everyone knows exactly where I stand on them and the politics surrounding the Republic of Mexican Appalachia. So, when you guys start lying through your teeth like that, honestly, it doesn't bother me even 1%.

Go ahead, keep equating a few crazies who drew a swastika with the collective hysteria of an entire nation once Turkey (which, by the way, isn't something you guys identify with anyway) beats America. It's like, the whole nation just loses it, totally goes wild—for three days straight, the whole of Muslim Canada couldn't snap out of it, and I'm not talking about just a few lunatics, but everyone, every single neighborhood and street. Or like when an army of 100,000 people starts thundering along, shouting "Allahu Akbar" and calling for jihad "for Allah against the outsiders." Just keep making those comparisons if you want people to know exactly what kind of crowd they're dealing with.

🙄🙄 Wow, what a beautifully stated assertion you've made there... truly an argument as solid as a rock.

Besides, you aren't exactly painting a lovely (or even particularly sane) picture of your own people either, and everything you’ve written regarding the Muslim users here—well, they are just as capable of returning the favor. In fact, that is exactly what everyone is doing to one another.

Absolutely everyone knows this, and I suspect you know it too, yet for some arrogant reason, you insist on picking fights with them🤣🤣 while simultaneously insulting their entire community.

So, instead of supporting the massive effort from the Forum leadership—who have, finally, decided to split the Politics PDF and move the America section into its own space—not as a way to segregate people online, but simply to manage the chaos and prevent all possible discussions from being smothered by an endless flood of Canada-related topics, you aren't even TRYING to point out the issues caused by various provocateurs, brats, or simply—Trolls. Instead, you just do what you always do.

And this isn't the first time, nor will it be the last.

It seems you would simply prefer if there were NO MUSLIMS, or Canadians, because if things were different, you would have directed this thread toward the TROLLS—who might be Muslim or might not be. We ended up with a mirror image of the old America PDF over on PŽK, which is effectively called "Little Canada," where people fight online, spit at each other, and use disgusting, primitive insults against anyone with any connection to Canada.

They are essentially polluting the entire online space, degrading the site and harassing others who might want to participate in interesting discussions, but you warriors have turned this place from the very start into nothing more than a filthy, dark backwater.

Neither God, nor Allah, nor any moderator will ever be able to bring order to this again. 🙂

From your perspective within that self-proclaimed Golden Mean, you seem to harbor a deep-seated disdain for anything even remotely extreme, which inevitably leads you straight into some pretty harsh stereotyping. To you, everything just boils down to a binary choice where there isn't one: it’s either Michael Adams2 or Phoenix, or it’s Michael Adams2 or Sarah Wilson95. You constantly reduce the world to a simple matter of X versus Y.

It just can't be that way. You see, the whole point of it all is that we don't have to think exactly alike; the beauty lies in our differences, in the fact that we are a diverse, colorful collection of individuals, and all that other stuff.

To be perfectly honest about this Politics subforum, it feels like they’re actively enforcing a certain kind of conformity. There is this relentless pressure toward uniformity where you aren't really allowed to stand out or offer a unique perspective. It feels as though you have to blend into the crowd and think exactly like everyone else just to fit in. If you dare to express an independent opinion or deviate from the established consensus, you're immediately branded as an outsider—basically treated like a zero or someone who simply doesn't belong to the group.😁Listen, you absolute mercenary—you’ve got horns growing out of your head and scabs everywhere you shouldn't have them... well, you know exactly what I mean.

Things have honestly spiraled to such an absurd degree that everything feels completely upside down lately. You look at that specific Pack, the ones constantly screaming for attention and demanding recognition while they hold Anderlon and his entire circle of advisors hostage, and it’s just wild. They aren't just asking for a seat at the table anymore; they are actively forcing their own distorted version of reality onto everyone else. It’s become this absolute ultimatum where they claim they are the only ones holding the truth, and if you dare to disagree with their vision, you are immediately branded as being wrong.

Good grief.🙄🤣 Can you even wrap your head around how far things have actually come? True or false.

And that is exactly why this country is headed straight for a disaster. We are constantly being fed these completely distorted narratives about World War II, the era of the Great Depression, organized crime, and those messy periods of privatization and systemic corruption. It’s all twisted, and it's driving us toward total ruin. The founding father built this nation from the ground up, so don't you dare come around here trying to mess with my little corner of the universe. Just pack up your things and head home. My grandfather was a good man who stood by his principles, and I intend to honor that legacy. I’ll be out here working my own land, reaping what I sow, because there is a certain peace in loving exactly what is yours. I have no patience for the anti-Christ types—those communists and Masons—who try to tear down everything we've built.

There is no financial crisis, no meltdown of neoliberal capitalism, no mounting debt, and no theft, robbery, or violence—there is simply nothing at all.

There is absolutely nothing to see here.

It seems they’ve gone ahead and "banned" Thompson from performing in Pula, which feels like a bit of an overreach if you ask me. It’s honestly such a shame to see that kind of censorship happening.

So, you're telling me you aren't a fan of Thompson? Honestly, that just seems like such a dull, unimaginative take to me.

Phoenix got permanently banned, and honestly, it was deserved.
The same thing needs to happen to about 20 other people over there.
You keep claiming things haven't changed in years. Well, the people haven't changed either. Just look at the same old faces popping up on both sides...

And frankly, why do you even care what I write, what I read, or why I give a damn? All I know is I posted three times in the Politics section with this handle before the wolves started circling me. Since then, I’ve just been avoiding Politics altogether.

Look, I’m not some right-wing extremist or anything like that, and I don't hate anyone. I just hate violence. And you guys? You’re all just wallowing in verbal abuse.
I’m not a leftist, either. I can't stand the extremists on either side.
Is that clear enough for you now?

And tell the Phoenix crowd and their little brigade to stop blowing up my inbox with these long-winded ideological personal attacks.
I really don't feel like cleaning out my mailbox. I could probably just set up a free burner email and give them that address so they can clutter that up instead...

The main issue is that you and maybe five other users think Politics belongs to you. There you go...

😵
I haven't quite grasped what your actual problem is, other than the contradiction of claiming you don't participate in Politics while seemingly knowing everything about it.

Regarding Phoenix—since he can't respond to you because of his permanent ban, and since you seem so eager to praise him, if you aren't actually afraid of a banned user, I suggest you head over to OFF or his specific corner to discuss the things that are bothering you.

I am certainly not acting as a secretary for you or him, but I'm feeling generous enough to offer this bit of friendly advice.😁
