Dieting, starvation... in Health ·
I stuck to that UN diet for fourteen whole days and I didn't lose even an ounce
and please don't try to tell me it isn't fasting, because I was absolutely starving myself for the entire two weeks... I can't even begin to imagine what would have happened if I had actually made it all the way to the water day...

The only thing I can really think of doing now is...

focusing on toning my body and building muscle as much as possible, while just eating normally—but, you know, following a balanced, healthy diet.

I honestly just can't deal with starving myself anymore; the very word "diet" makes me feel sick to my stomach... I'm so tired of spending the entire day famished only to grab some tiny little snack just to feel like I've eaten something, which leaves everything tasteless and dull... and I'm done with all those intense, crash diets that promise results in days, only for you to end up bingeing on things you don't even like because you're terrified of feeling hungry again...

From here on out, I'm going to concentrate on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, keeping sugar and fats to an absolute minimum, while staying active and drinking plenty of water.......

I just don't have the mental energy for anything else.

So, I'd suggest this to anyone else out there who's completely reached their breaking point, too.

I know half of you—maybe even more—are probably going to think I’m just overreacting about my iron levels...
but honestly, my numbers are sitting right at the bottom limit, and there's this specific note on my lab report regarding "iron overload"... Please, if anyone out there actually understands what that technical term means in this context, could you please shed some light on it for me... My diagnosis section specifically lists "iron deficiency anemia"...
If anyone here has dealt with something similar, I would be so grateful if you could share your experience... I have my follow-up results coming in next week, and I feel like I'm going to lose my mind waiting until then...😕

Is this for health reasons?

I don't eat or drink anything at all until later in the afternoon, and then I just have something light to get my digestive system moving... You definitely shouldn't go overboard with big meals because it can be really hard on your body. Basically, you just graze a little bit here and there, keeping it very minimal, and if you can stick to that for a few days, it’s even better... It’s much healthier for your gut...
I finally feel like myself again
Believe it or not!
It honestly feels like a miracle
even when I'm just running a load of laundry in the washing machine😁
Unquenchable thirst in Health ·
Maybe they were just sent too early...🙂
Honestly, I feel like this situation is far too serious to just sit around and wait for some random person on a forum to chime in...
I was wondering, did you happen to have any swelling in your thyroid before you went in for the surgery??
So, he actually told me to swing by next week.
I mean, he just didn't seem to take my concerns seriously at all, especially since I made sure to tell him that I’d been popping some Tylenol for a toothache right before I had my bloodwork done, and he just brushed it off, suggesting that maybe the results were slightly skewed because of that...
Now, look, I'm certainly no medical expert, so I really don't want to act like I know more than the professionals...
But I can't help but feel a little uneasy seeing that my lymphocyte count is elevated while my white blood cell count is actually running low
Yeah, I know that much
but who actually😁

Are we talking about being clear-headed?
As for me, I don't deal with high blood pressure at all
it isn't too high or too low, it just stays right where it should be...🙄
I don't think I've ever heard anything about that before...
sorry🙄
He didn't explicitly tell me why, he just gave me this firm warning that I absolutely cannot touch any acetaminophen...
I'm hoping that if I take some Vitamin B6, like pyridoxine, I can somehow get those white blood cell counts back up, though I honestly have no idea how that process actually works...
yeah, yeah, yeah...
alright🙄
or maybe I’m just losing my mind here😁
honestly, I’m having such a hard time following your train of thought... could you maybe walk me through what you meant in a bit more detail so I can actually wrap my head around it?

How certain are you about making a claim like that?🙄
boldeagle3 said:It seems like you've spent a lot of time checking out your physical symptoms, but now it might be time to take a closer look at what's going on mentally, which points toward some anxiety, though obviously, only a licensed therapist or psychiatrist can give you a real diagnosis...👋

Are you seriously trying to tell me I'm just a hypochondriac or that I've completely lost my mind?
Give me a break...
I’ve been trying to wrap my head around the whole stress thing, but honestly, I’ve dealt with all sorts of different physical symptoms my entire life... if every single one of my medical tests had come back perfectly normal, I’d probably just chalk it all up to stress, but this low white blood cell count... it makes everything feel so much more unstable...
I mean, normally you’d just take a B6 supplement once a day, but my doctor actually prescribed it three times daily, which is just...
It’s actually scaring me a little bit, and I don't even know how to put it into words...
I’m just sitting here waiting and hoping that it doesn't turn out to be anything serious...
Then again, maybe I'm just letting my own anxiety get the better of me...
I really don't know...🙄

Seriousness, if all your medical tests are coming back clear, then there really isn't any reason to worry. Personally, I deal with constant PVC bigeminy, but my cardiologist swears I'll live to be at least a hundred, at least as far as my heart is concerned. 🙂 Has this been happening forever, or is it just a recent thing? If it's chronic, it might just be some benign anomaly in the tissue conductivity. For something acute and short-term, though, the most common culprit is usually an electrolyte imbalance.

Well, not actually all the results are fine... my white blood cell count is low...
man, a hug from a professional sounds great. I honestly think Edward Green would be the one most willing to give me a hug...😁
and since you can't quite picture me, neither physically nor otherwise, you can just let your imagination run wild...😁
