And for $150 ... damn, I’m honestly gonna offload my 4GB for $53.
Plus, that Samsung 870 EVO SSD you're looking at is sitting around 480-$167 right now. You'd be getting a total steal. Just a heads up though, people sniff out deals like that instantly, so you better move fast. 😬
I was actually hunting for a GTX 770 Lightning, but man, they are impossible to find anywhere right now. 😢 So, is the MSI GTX 760 Hawk a decent backup?
Why not just wipe Windows and start fresh? If you've got two partitions on your drive, you can set it up so one stays untouched. Maybe a clean install of Windows will fix the headache... if not, then we're looking at bad installations or a shaky internet connection. It’s also possible you changed your plan with T-Mobile and they messed with your speeds. A buddy of mine updated his package, and even though he was supposed to get faster service, his connection ended up being twice as slow now... maybe give your provider a call.

I haven't quite managed to finish reading through the entire thread because my internet connection here is being incredibly slow, but from what I can gather, there might be about ten people attending, maybe even a few more... it should be a really interesting experience to finally meet everyone in person after only ever seeing their posts online. 🙂
Haven't seen you around in a while. Hope everything's going good with you! 🙂
A 3.0 GHz dual core is plenty for most games out there today, especially if you aren't trying to record your gameplay at the same time. I'm actually running an E7200, which is just a 2.5 dual core, and it handles some pretty demanding titles without breaking a sweat.
Personally, I love this track. Something always goes sideways here, so I’m just crossing my fingers for an absolute banger of a race this time around. 🙂
EVGA GTX 650 graphics card (7 months of warranty left). Seagate Barracuda 320 GB hard drive (passed a few tests, still running great). ASUS B75 motherboard. Corsair 2x2GB 1.8V 800MHz DDR2 RAM. Intel Core 2 Duo CPU + stock cooler. EVGA 450W (bought it a year ago; I've got the receipt and warranty, just can't find the original box anywhere). Creative Sound Blaster 5.1 sound card (only 2 months old). Case + CD drive. Dell Monitor.
I'm thinking somewhere around $1600 +/- $100. What do you guys think?

Heh. 😁 Look, the doctor is fine, everything will turn out okay. We'll get through this. 🙂
When I first told my doctor I was getting hit with constant panic attacks from Loquen—kind of like something out of a Freddy Kruger movie—she turned pale. 😬 Then you go online and it feels like every other person is dealing with the exact same side effects. But she just looks at me and goes, "I've never heard of that before..." 🙂
Mark Nelson said:Man, you really went through the ringer, didn't you?😢 As far as side effects go, when I first started Seroquel, I broke out in this nasty rash that was itching like crazy. My doctor tried to tell me it wasn't from the Seroquel, but honestly, the timing felt way too perfect for it to be anything else. Eventually, the itching cleared up, so I just kept going with the Seroquel. I've been on psych meds on and off since July 2011—so about three years total, give or take. I originally started on Quetiapine to deal with some depersonalization and derealization issues. It helped a bit, and I ended up doing group therapy too.
Around month three of last year, I ended up hospitalized with an F23.2 diagnosis. I actually had to switch psychiatrists because my old one works in pediatric psych, and they wouldn't admit me there since they only take patients up to 18, and I was already 19. Since I live in NYC, I ended up being treated over at the Brooklyn facility. While I was there, I was on a cocktail of Haldol, Zyprexa, and Cogentin... along with a ton of dose adjustments that would be way too much of a headache to list out right now. These days, I'm taking Lopomin, Seroquel, Lamictal, and Lorazepam. So yeah, that's my messy little history with meds and treatment..
Do you have any actual advice on how to beat panic attacks and anxiety? 🙂
I've heard all sorts of things about this med. A friend of mine was on Haldon for a long time, and on pretty high doses, too. It didn't exactly work wonders for her.
