Republican Party - General Discussion in Political Scene ·
fadedgull6 said:I truly hope this reaches the exact people who currently insist on labeling BuzzFeed as nothing more than a mouthpiece for the Republican Party. I'm sure they'll recognize themselves!

I'm not naming names, but I just saw an ABC World News Tonight reporter citing BuzzFeed in a segment tonight. You can draw your own conclusions.

By the way, you missed something in your title.

Where do I sign? I can open an account right now and wire them some funds just to cover their travel expenses.

Of course they won't, since most of those people are either part of the inner circle or family members. But at least the opposition will finally have something solid to throw in their faces whenever they start acting up—they can point out that they've been legally declared a criminal organization.
Kudos to the judges who put this verdict together.

Thanks.

As the legal successor and the political entity responsible for all its past leaders and members, the Republican Party owes the Treasury 18.4 million dollars—an actual fine for everything they've pilfered.
What a bunch of crooks.🤦

gentlestag15, have you decided to take up professional scribbling? A colleague asked for an answer and got one, but somehow you’re nowhere to be found in the story.

It’s actually two, not one. And honestly, don't listen to brightsailor17; I can't imagine how you'll
some naive amateur who wouldn't last a second in the real world.

rewrite this without losing the point.

No clue. I just rolled up on my bike.😁

Making up words won't save you. 🐔

I'm not translating a few idioms just to be stubborn for your sake.🙂

You're just throwing insults at me and acting like you've outgrown Coffee. You post some nonsense there, and then it turns into nothing more than scrap paper destined for the trash. Eventually, that mess catches up to you, leaving us all broke.
Don't try to tell me about wealth when you're barely scraping by on twenty bucks.

Let's be serious for a moment.

I've said this before... if anyone ever asks me to moderate based on someone else's whims, I'm done. And I doubt anyone else would step up either. Then the boss will end up like a lyric from a General Motors song, sitting alone in the dark trying to fix a blown fuse.
Hey Cuka, any chance of an unban? in Banned Users Corner ·
The ban has been lifted. My apologies for the delay, but trying to navigate this on my phone isn't exactly easy.

I guess you could say... let the kids have their fun. It's summer, after all—though I highly doubt they'll actually be sitting in an office in NYC this Monday 👍

New mod on Reddit is at war with anyone who disagrees in Feedback & Suggestions ·
I fail to see the point in this crusade against a fellow user, but just so there's no confusion regarding the OP's complaint, I'd issue a ban without a second thought if it were up to me. Honestly, I’d go back through the archives and clear out anyone incapable of reading a simple thread title.

I might circle back later tonight if more of these unformatted posts continue to pop up.

How hard is it to grasp that this kind of conflict doesn't belong in the Politics section—especially when the thread titles explicitly state otherwise? Seriously, how difficult can it be?

I'm locking this now, though the admins are welcome to add anything else they see fit.
Why were posts deleted in The world of Professor X? in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Whether it’s trolling, baiting, or just jumping the gun... who knows. Nothing was deleted because we didn't have anything better to do, though plenty of people got wiped out simply because they were caught in a quote chain with those deleted posts. You're free to say whatever you like, provided you stick to the Reddit guidelines.

If they didn't exist, we'd probably have to invent them.☕
The City of Imotski is handing out awards to people credited with its growth and prestige, and this year, the honor goes to former Republican minister Milan Kujundžić, who was ousted following those real estate scandals.

James Mitchell18 said:The fallout will be obvious—forum traffic drops once people realize how blatant this censorship is. Don't mistake my tone; I'm not making any threats of physical violence or anything of the sort.

I’m all for open, uncensored debate. Instead, you've made your choice by forcing us onto subforums where the moderator claims coins stick to your skin just because you haven't showered. What are we even talking about?

Time will tell. The whole world is waking up, with hundreds of thousands taking to the streets. It's likely why these attempts to censor free speech are happening in the first place... They won't succeed.

There have to be consequences for this.

Charles Fox10 wrote that, not me. He was the one asked what he meant and where the issue lies.

Anyway, the thread is locked. It won't reopen unless heaven forbid circumstances change enough to make it unavoidable.

And finally, thanks for participating in roughly 124,000 posts across 12 installments.

And one last thing regarding this mess: remember, the moderator team follows the PDF. Politics has never dictated our moderation since I joined, and it never will.

Really? You actually let this get to you? You haven't even posted on this thread in twenty days.

Larry Allen34 said:The topic hasn't even begun to scratch the surface. We’re approaching a season of massive protests across the country, and people aren't just taking to the streets for no reason. You all know that. You aren't fools. This thread is being shut down specifically because it touches on politics—which is exactly what these issues are. It feels like blatant censorship, likely born from fear or some unspoken agreement with the powers that be. I'll say it again: you aren't naive, and you know exactly where this places you. You can only hope you picked the right side, or that you won't get caught in the crossfire regardless of how things unfold. But life doesn't work that way. History is the teacher of life...☕

She gave it to us because we’re seeing 27 new cases today. Back when things were really hitting the fan, we were the first ones to crack it open, and thanks to our work, the full coronavirus pdf is now available.

If major protests ever break out here in America, we’ll certainly be following them closely, just as we have with every other significant event.
Nothing vital has slipped past us yet, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Don't worry.

James Mitchell18 said:So, you're actually banning threads about the coronavirus in Politics now? If that isn't censorship, I don't know what is.

Suppose I decided to start a thread titled "The political aspect of pandemics." What would actually happen? I’d appreciate an answer from someone.

Stop trolling. Not here, and certainly not on the PDF. It’s all just politics.☕

Samuel Turner2 said:This is my third time asking.
Why wasn't a reason provided for closing this thread?🤔

Is this some massive crime? Not that it matters much. We aren't exactly vital, which is why we’re still here on this thread, trying to make sense of it all.

An explanation might not satisfy you, but at least you have one.

nimblesurfer17 said:The disgrace continues.

Whose disgrace? Locking down a single thread on one coronavirus pdf when there’s an entire pdf dedicated to the issue??
Are you being serious? Don't even bother answering me.☕

James Mitchell18 said:Nothing. Just leak this scandal to the media. Not everyone is bought off... This needs to have some repercussions...

Go ahead, but don't just offer selective info from one topic in one coronavirus pdf. Try harder and give them the full picture.
Is that bolded part supposed to be a threat or just poetic license??

James Mitchell18 said:By doing this, they’re essentially admitting that every serious topic we've been debating actually carries weight—otherwise, there would be no need to censor us. ☕

You make censorship sound easy, as if you've never actually encountered it. It isn't just about missing one topic when dozens of others are wide open—especially when the entire PDF is right there.

Do you even remember when you registered this thread?

It was there then, and it remains today. The political aspect of pandemics is always a mess. It’s less about science and more about whoever holds the microphone at the time. Right now, I’m thinking specifically about number 15.
Why was I banned? in Banned Users Corner ·
I’m handing you a seven-day ban. After that, your next mark is a permanent PDF on the politics board.
