I feel like I owe you guys an update, so here’s the deal:

So, the same gastroenterologist who "pushed" that bit of food down on me told me—after checking things out on the camera—that the lower part of my esophagus (where everything gets stuck) is actually calcified. Instead of being soft, flexible tissue like it should be, it’s rigid. Because of that, the esophagus just doesn't expand automatically to let food pass through. To make matters worse, that calcified section right before the stomach opening is way narrower than the upper part where the tissue is still normal and stretchy.

It’s kind of like trying to force something through a tube that starts off wide and made of soft silicone, but then suddenly narrows down into a tight, hard rubber pipe.

Every single time I try to use the multiquote feature on this forum, the "system" (or whatever it is) just hangs onto it forever 🤔

It’s driving me crazy—I’ll log out, stay away from a thread for weeks, and then when I finally come back to post something new, the system automatically stuffs that old quote I selected ages ago right back into my post window 🤷

I never used to deal with this years ago, but now it's happening on two different laptops running both Windows 7 and Windows 10.
I'm using Google Chrome on both of them, too.

So, quick question for everyone—when you were first signing up for this forum, did you just use your main everyday email? Or did you go full undercover and create some random burner account just for the registration process so you wouldn't have to deal with it later?

Trust me, I know the drill—I used to be a supermod with admin privileges back in the day, so I’ve handled plenty of requests just like yours! Personally, I never just handed out someone's direct email address. Instead, I'd reach out to the person asking and explain exactly who they were trying to get ahold of and why they wanted to connect—then I'd let them decide if they wanted to pass their info along.
They weren't exactly jumping on the phone or getting back to anyone—especially not the people reaching out for the exact reasons I laid out over in post #2!

If all else fails, try posting that stuff right here—specifically in those threads where you’ve been most active or where you’ve already been chatting about this exact topic. There’s a way better shot at someone actually reading your plea that way, especially if they already know you or have a direct line to the person you're trying to reach!

You attack every single one of my posts, and somehow, miraculously, whenever I pop up in any thread, you all suddenly appear out of thin air, united in your mission to tear down anything I write. ...(How else am I supposed to interpret it if not as being followed and hounded?) - yet, curiously enough, none of you have ever been able to provide a single link proving I've actually broken a rule!

Furthermore, I find it incredibly strange that you target me so relentlessly when we haven't even engaged in a single debate, disagreement, or conflict... nothing at all. Honestly, I wasn't even aware of your handle until you started attacking me and siding with a group that has been doing exactly this for months without producing a single shred of evidence to discredit me.
So, I truly cannot fathom the root of your hostility toward me, other than... 🙂

The funniest part is when other users I talk to privately tell me that the same group of people is still attacking me, even though I can't even see their posts anymore. 😁
So, my suggestion to you and everyone else is this: reach out via DM instead of bothering the community or the threads with my trivialities.
If you genuinely believe I'm violating the rules, you know how to follow the proper procedures.

Harassment is when someone is being systematically and visibly targeted, provoked, mocked, and accused in nearly every single post they make—all without providing any actual arguments or links to prove that any rules were actually broken.

The situation with Exotericon is entirely different.
What we are dealing with here are the most blatant violations of the subreddit rules imaginable , and it is all backed up by a mountain of links clearly documenting it.
There are nearly 50 links posted so far (if I'm not mistaken), where even a child could see that this individual is being insulting to everyone around him in every thread he enters.
Is that not sufficient proof?
Do we really need another 50 links before he gets a yellow card, or perhaps even just has his posts deleted on the grounds of "the wolf ate the donkey"?

Everyone knows what a "forum" is—it's basically just a digital hangout—but if you take that suffix and look at it through an American lens, it's like saying someone is a part of the crew.

Look, people can talk all they want—especially those haters over at Alternative—BUT you’ve gotta use some common sense here and face the facts:
A nation might manage to get by without a formal government for a little while (since old laws and rules would still be hanging around), BUT without a police force and an army? There is NO WAY it works, because then neighbors and enemies alike would just do whatever the heck they wanted.

Based on that, the Alternative crowd desperately needs some "police-style" moderators. Now, sure, everyone can hunt for moderators with psychology degrees or all that other pseudo-science training (call it whatever you want!) as much as they need—once they finally find those first "law enforcement" mods, they can always swap them out or add even more "perfect" moderators later.

Bottom line: law and order comes first.

Forum has become honestly pathetic—it's just not a chill or useful place to hang out anymore.
You could basically call it a "graveyard of civility" because of how often people are being toxic and straight-up rude lately.
