Would it still be worth watching if they cut out the logic center?

Jaro, you had me on your poster a long time ago...

Maybe I was just 🙈 watching a low-quality bootleg again, so I didn't pay much attention. Time to give this movie a proper second viewing.

To be honest, I usually struggle with those shaky camera shots. It didn't bother me quite as much during Bourne..

I might give it a watch.

Has anyone here seen it yet?

It’s an absolute masterpiece and a total love letter to action movies. Check out the trailer on YouTube.

It isn't actually a sequel; they just used almost the exact same crew...
Accidentally hilarious movie moments in Movies ·
So, we're talking about those ultra-serious movies that feature unintentionally hilarious scenes?
Back when I watched Fargo, there was that moment where Peter Stormare is holding Steve Buscemi's leg... anyone who has seen it knows exactly what kind of chaos is unfolding there.

ironeagle10 said:The movie was alright. I just finished watching it, and honestly, it wasn't nearly as terrifying as I expected, though compared to the usual horror fare, I’d say it’s actually quite a solid effort. For those who enjoyed this one, they’ve already started filming Descent 2, which should be hitting theaters sometime in 2009, though I have my doubts about whether it'll even get a wide release here in the States.

The Descent... I have my doubts that fans of the first film will actually show up for the sequel. We all know how it goes—sequels rarely live up to the original.

The music is just phenomenal. Honestly, you could easily market this as the next big Batman epic or even something along the lines of Lord of the Rings...

I've been thinking lately. Did Monica ever have any nudity scenes in movies filmed outside of Europe?

Lawrence Booth2 said:Korea is currently the best country for filmmaking.

I have been reading some comments from the Korean market. It seems their local industry has hit a bit of a bottleneck lately. That said, don't mistake that for anything else; we just happen to receive only the highest quality films from them.

I see. That’s why I respect her 😁..I didn't even recognize her in that part..and usually, I don't pay much attention to those things..but I watched the movie anyway..honestly, I wasn't expecting this kind of film. They leaned way too hard into the religious themes..though we still have Wanzera (which sticks with me from Front Mission), the commercials, and that singing commander. It's worth a watch..I'm surprised they don't use those types of machines in sci-fi more often..I think the last time I saw them was in Matrix Reloaded...

Frank Moore4 said:The only real downside to the third installment is that Jolene didn't show anything. 😁

I honestly still can't wrap my head around how Paul Verhoeven couldn't convince Denise Richards to strip in the first movie... especially since we all know she did it for Wild Things.
Hmm... I won't comment on the visuals since you handled that yourself, but the voice acting was pretty rough. There’s just no emotion there, especially with the female character. As for the plot, it feels like a mashup of The Matrix, Dark City, and The Truman Show. The first thirty minutes are somewhat watchable, but once you hit the second half(that scene where a guy fights a T-Rex and wins by biting through its throat), it becomes a bit much even for me.

Credit belongs to the entire team for their incredible work making this look so convincing. The cast and crew did a wonderful job!

To be honest, the only comedy I truly respect is Wedding Singer. The rest aren't really my style... though I have to admit, I haven't sat through his last two, like Happy Gilmore or I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Dave.

I can't really speak to his comedy. I haven't caught his stand-up or his work on SNL. My main issue is that for every brilliant drama he does, he seems to film five or six mediocre comedies...
