Now I’m going to start calling out everyone whose username doesn't have "maminho" in it! 🤣

He absolutely trashed the first two pages of the archive...🤣

Honestly, I don't know—it’s pretty obvious some people still need a basic lesson in how the world works.🤷

I remember, for instance, during Euro 2008, he flooded two whole pages while using the handle Armenia, and half of that was just straight-up swearing and insults.
Or that time he actually commented saying he hoped every single player from a certain club would get horribly injured—some even wished they'd die.

stormybadger8 said:Well, Inter fans, that's it—from your 5:34 PM post onwards from this point on, this PDF and thread are amazing; seriously, just a massive collection of stunning, beautiful, and top-tier images. A perfect example , even better . It’s definitely a huge plus that Manny Pacquiao will never post about soccer again, but mostly it's for his own sake and his eyes.
If posting stuff like this is considered normal here—especially coming from a moderator—what are we even supposed to expect from a 17-year-old kid who wanders in by mistake? 🤷The behavior of the group reflects the individual. Now I get why Manny Pacquiao was totally chill in Formula 1 but went crazy in soccer; clearly, this kind of behavior is just standard practice there. 😲I first hung out on Reddit back from 1998 to 2002, then came back from 2004 until now with just one username change, and I have never, ever seen anything like this on the Formula 1 or AV Tech subreddits I frequent. I barely even watch soccer, but after this, I'm definitely done. 😱

You guys might think this is some big joke, but as a father with two little kids, I find this absolutely disgusting. 👎

Sorry, I said I wouldn't write anymore, but I couldn't just sit here and stay silent.

Oh, please! As if we actually sat him down and taught him how to be offensive, make threats, spam everyone, or act like a total troll. Give me a break!🙄
So, let me get this straight—you’re claiming that absolutely nobody on Reddit has kids, nieces, younger brothers, or sisters? Honestly, you are taking things completely out of context now and turning this into a total joke!🙂
It looks like Mommy taught you a thing or two about how to troll!🙂

Joshua Newman2 said:🤣 To add a little levity to the situation: at least they managed to cover all of Africa. 😉

The Formula 1 subforum is just another online community. And that community wants him gone.

Not quite. Reddit is an entire online community, whereas the F1 section is tiny—I’d even call it a microscopic slice of that user base. To be honest, the rest of the community doesn't want them back.
Let’s not forget that this group also includes the moderators and admins—all of whom are huge fans of Manny Pacquiao! threatened Honestly, I think God probably stepped in just to save him from getting hit with a massive abuse report—not to mention a call to the police!

Edward Howard2
It’s not quite the same thing. If Manny Pacquiao had his account unbanned, I honestly think he’d think twice before trying to run a soccer clone account. He wouldn't want to risk another permanent ban—especially one where there's zero chance of coming back—and he definitely wouldn't want to lose the support of his buddies over on the Formula 1 subforum.

It really is the same thing. In fact, I'd argue it's even more telling because nobody actually sat him down and dictated the terms to him. In that moment, he showed everyone his true colors.🙂

jadetiger25 said:nerazzurri, don't beat around the bush,

for 👍 Manny Pacquiao

Because they've been permanently banned! You really think people haven't tried helping? Let me tell you, those guys never even had half the "chances" Manny Pacquiao had, nor did they cause nearly as much trouble as he did.

And just to throw this out there: people have been slapped with permanent bans for just two or three problematic clone accounts, yet here you all are, demanding justice for a guy with over 30 clones. It feels a bit hypocritical, doesn't it?🙂
Justice for Uros 🙂 Google it if you don't know what that means.

stormybadger8 said:What’s even the issue? If Manny Pacquiao gets a partial ban on the soccer subreddit, it’s a hundred percent certain he won’t make a single clone and won't step foot in the soccer world ever again. It’s as clear as day.😉 Honestly, I don't see what your problem is in this scenario or why anyone is complaining about it. 🤷 Look, his biggest wish is just to post on the Formula 1 sub and play in the tournaments and leagues. We’ll make sure the rules include sanctions and bans from those competitions if any clones show up on soccer or if there's inappropriate behavior—basically, if he gets banned. I am 1000% sure Manny Pacquiao won't let himself lose the right to compete in championships that were literally started because of his idea and initiative.😉 There isn't even a shred of a theory that he'd actually do that.☕

He mostly made clones because he was trying to find a way back in to participate in the games. In this case, there is absolutely zero reason left for him to do that, or to even write about soccer. After this whole debate, it's pretty obvious he learned his lesson. 😉 Is he maybe posting on soccer right now? He isn't even responding to your accusations, he's not arguing with you, and he isn't insulting anyone. He posted an apology and is waiting for a resolution. He’s definitely showing he's much more mature and smarter than before.

He also used clones to insult people, spam, and post obscene (to put it politely) images on the soccer board. How else are you going to explain the existence of users with nicknames like Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, South Africa, Cameroon, and Kenya (I think I got most of them, who could possibly keep track of them all?) and, by the way, accounts like Manny Pacquiao1, Manny Pacquiao2...

You guys just need to realize that because of how he acted, he would be kicked out of any online community, not to mention in real life. Out there, with insults and threats like that, he'd get a permanent ban from life itself.

Let him face the consequences of his own actions.

I'll say it again: he had the exact opportunity you all are looking for, and he blew it.

You mentioned he finally hit adulthood in the meantime. Well, great! I guess that means it's high time he looks back, realizes exactly why he got banned, and actually takes responsibility for his actions—just like he'll need to do out there in the real world.

It’s just more of the same, isn't it? Another day, another cycle of predictable outcomes and empty rhetoric. You can try to paint it differently, but at the end of the day, the pattern remains unchanged. It’s like watching a slow leak in a tire—you know exactly where it’s headed, yet people still act surprised when they find themselves sitting on the rim. kaže:
First off, do you have any idea how many clones he’s churned out? I honestly stopped trying to keep count once we passed twenty.
On top of everything else, he was actively insulting and threatening the moderators. Football. To his great misfortune, they’ve maintained a zero-tolerance policy regarding his conduct, both before and after the permanent ban.
Thirdly, he flooded the boards, spamming almost every thread he touched until things reached a breaking point. On several occasions, he also resorted to using vulgarity and being outright insulting toward other users.
Everything went down on Reddit, where the standard community guidelines apply across the board and govern every single subreddit.
Partial bans are usually just a tool used to silence people and kill any actual discussion on a single thread. It’s a way to shut down debate rather than engage with it. As for "maminho," he’s already proven himself time and again in plenty of other arenas. Football, the Olympics, and the 2008 Euro. Even during his tenure, he struggled to maintain full control over things, even back in your neck of the woods.

I truly believe everyone understands why "Maminho" is such an unwelcome presence in most circles. However, when I look at the NASCAR subforum, it’s clear that isn't the case there. Persisting in the demand that he remains banned from that specific corner of the site doesn't actually serve anyone. The football fans aren't gaining or losing anything because he isn't even part of their discussions, whereas the NASCAR crowd is essentially being shortchanged—they're the ones who actually want him around.

I think you’re forgetting about that whole situation right after the permanent ban, when Maminho set up a clone account under a different nickname! I am absolutely thrilled to be here! I’ve been following the racing scene for ages, and there is just nothing quite like the adrenaline of a high-stakes race weekend. It truly gets my heart racing! He was posting freely on both the OS and NASCAR boards, even though anyone with half a brain could tell it was him. Even some of the football moderators were also active over on the OS side. Everything was running smoothly until that one Alonsista fan decided to drift over to the football section—acting exactly like his mama would expect—only to get slapped with a permanent ban immediately. Of course, that triggered a massive wave of bans for his next dozen or so clones, too!
So, he actually had the exact opportunity you’re advocating for—but let’s be honest, he completely blew it. And just a side note here: if we were talking about banning him from just one NASCAR forum, that would basically trigger a partial ban across almost all the others, or at least most of them. Trust me, nobody is going to do you a favor like that for a spammer who’s already been permanently banned!
Greetings to everyone!

Edward Howard2 said:Doesn't everything bolded here fall under the same category—the Football thread?🤷
That’s exactly what we're talking about right here...
It looks like you and the other guy who chimed in earlier (Ono) are just regulars from the Football board who clearly can't stand the guy. Meanwhile, everyone else jumping in is from the NASCAR section, and they’re all 100% teamed up to get maminho's permanent ban lifted.
Most of the suggestions were actually aimed at letting him post in NASCAR while keeping him banned from Football. That way, he wouldn't be bothering you or your crew at all. Since neither you nor Ono ever post in the NASCAR section anyway, you really shouldn't be losing any sleep over maminho showing up there.😉

Look, it’s not even about him being a "nuisance" to me personally. Honestly, I’ve reached a point where I can just tune stuff like that out. The real issue here is his behavior—it was downright delinquent. He was being incredibly rude and basically flouting every single rule of standard internet etiquette, common sense, and basic decency. As for the idea of banning him or unbanning him based on whether he's "relatively constructive" in one specific subforum while being a total menace everywhere else? To be blunt, I think that logic is just plain foolish.
And let’s be honest, that whole "one more shot" political strategy stopped working for Momma a long time ago!

Wait, hold on! Just to be clear, we're talking about Other Sports here—this definitely isn't football!

Joshua Newman2 said:Let me reiterate: all of this is likely true, but it belongs on the NASCAR subforum. Here, we’ve seen the entire NASCAR crew show up to ask for his return. Therefore, just unban him from NASCAR and call it a day. A permanent ban exists primarily to prevent a member from harassing others—essentially to protect the rest of the forum community. In this specific space, the community has stood united in asking for his ban to remain. Consequently, the fundamental purpose of his NASCAR ban has been undermined.

First off, do you have any idea how many clone accounts he made? I honestly stopped counting after the 20th one.
Second, he was straight-up insulting and threatening the moderators over in the Football section—who, by the way, have absolutely zero tolerance for his antics, both before and after his permanent ban.
Third, he flooded and spammed almost every single thread he touched, often using incredibly vulgar and offensive language toward other users. It was borderline pathological!
All of this happened right here on the main site, where the general community rules apply to every single subforum and every corner of the platform.
Partial bans are usually reserved for trolls who just want to derail one specific discussion thread. But this guy? He proved himself a problem time and time again across multiple sections, including Football, Tech Support, and even during the Euro 2008 discussions. He even had partial bans in your section too!
Apologies and a request to come back in Feedback & Suggestions ·
It’s just not possible.
There are users out there who received permanent bans for way, way less than what Maminho was doing, and yet nobody even thought to step in and help them. Look, I don’t have anything against Maminho personally, but I really feel like we need to establish some kind of standard threshold when it comes to this stuff. Consistency matters!

Honestly, who’s actually guaranteeing that things will change? He’s already been given plenty of opportunities, and I just don't see how "one more shot" is going to fix anything this time around. When you look at the history here, we've seen this exact same circus play out multiple times before. Every single time he was granted "one last chance" or hit with a mountain of warnings, he responded with the same old nonsense: insults, trolling, and constant spamming. It's a broken cycle.
The internet is a massive place—plenty of room for everyone! They should just go find a home somewhere else.
