Question for those on a partial ban in Feedback & Suggestions ·
That moment when you finally try to catch a few minutes of sleep after a 96-hour voluntary marathon shift, but your brain won't shut up. So, naturally, you double-check everything one last time just to be absolutely certain there isn't a single loose end left. 🙂

Larry Walker24 said:Can I get an answer here? 🙂

Of course it can. 🙂

Larry Walker24 said:I've been looking for ten years now. Nothing. Even my PDF didn't exist back when I took my partials...

The fact that you were handed a partial back then...Your PDF.It didn't even exist yet. It did. Only.
What’s on your mind? 'Connects.' With that, everything else was created later on.EurovisionThe subforum.:

At a specific point in time. Period. Not even you. 'Eurovision' You weren't there. Main subforum members - you. You haven't been around lately. member, a 'Eurovision' He hasn't posted yet. member.

Larry Walker24 said:I don't particularly care what your take on this is. (@William Cooper11) Downloaded the partial. 🙂 ...

Not a chance. 🙂

"If he's allowed to do it. (I fully endorse that decision.), Then why am I being singled out?"

That’s a far cry from being right.

Larry Walker24 said:It doesn't matter whether that PDF actually existed or not. You still failed the entire Corona assessment. Now they’ve updated it so you can finally access the skeptic PDF.

You earned your share because you were there, consistently posting. Exclusively. Something that belongs exclusively in the 'Eurovision' subforum, right?

Besides, the 'Eurovision' section was created strictly to keep the main board organized—specifically because of how serious things were globally at the time, making it easier to find actual, useful information regarding the coronavirus.

Larry Walker24 said:... it's partial; I can't see ANYTHING in that PDF. You see it, but I can't see the other PDF. That's the difference. I'm asking why you can see it and I can't...

Fine, fine. Fair enough 🙂 (noticing for the first time that you 'hardly ever complain').

U Windows Settings ('Windows' key + 'i' on your keyboard)
click 'System'
go to 'Power & Sleep'...

...under 'Sleep', set your inactivity timer (minutes; hours; never) for sleep mode.
Pick your time. If you're just listening to music, just turn off the monitor (assuming this isn't a laptop).

Regarding music playback, rendering, file conversion, and the like... you can usually prevent sleep mode within the settings of that specific active program—well, at least in most of them.

Then, fast forward another two years, I picked up a 120GB Adata SSD and cloned my Windows 10 setup onto that. Here’s how things look currently:

So, what's the move then? 🤷

"Windows 10 Now Requires a minimum of 32GB of storage space."

Maybe you and @Michelle Bennett5 should look into it.Carol Harris9 A 35 GB partition would have been plenty.

Carol Harris9 said:I’m having a bit of trouble following your logic when you suggest, "Well, just create a new partition (set the size and format it)." How exactly am I supposed to go about creating one if the shrink volume feature isn't even working for me? If you wouldn't mind, could you please elaborate on that process? It would be a huge help.
By the way, is 80 GB really considered enough for Windows 10? My notes suggest that somewhere between 60 and 100 GB is the sweet spot for smooth, everyday operation.

It’s not that I can't explain it, but the reality is that (in your specific case /limited shrink capacity/) my "suggestion" is actually quite problematic. 🤣 🙈

Give me a break...

Why not just reinstall the OS if you're that determined to have two partitions?
Do some actual research first on how to partition a drive during an OS installation.

🤷
Issues shrinking a volume on Windows 10? in IT Support ·
Just create a new partition—set your size and format it.

Besides, 240 GB isn't much room to be splitting up. And having only 80 GB on your C drive is cutting it close; you'll run out of space before you know it.
Issues shrinking a volume on Windows 10? in IT Support ·
Try running a disk defrag, though I doubt you'll see much of an improvement.

'Size of available shrink space in MB: 121000' means you're stuck with 'only about' 121 GB of actual shrinkable space. There's some locked, unmovable file sitting right on that boundary holding everything up.

On this forum (maybe just this one?) "size=1" denotes the smallest font size. A standard font is "size=2"
Higher values like 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 result in larger fonts:

Here's the reality:

If you got banned during that first, "unfiltered" phase of COVID...
...and if the reason was strictly your "alternative" perspective...
...then you should be allowed to post on the newer, "alternative" section of that subforum.

But if you messed up in some other way, then too bad...

It isn't just a "quick question" anymore; you'll need to approach any request for reinstatement with much less casualness.
And you'll likely be waiting six months, a year, or even two years before that happens (assuming the virus is playing for keeps—rather than just messing with us)..
