The blacklist tracks every single client who, for whatever reason, failed to stay current on their loan payments before the FBI stepped in two years ago. And since the FBI has been around for two years now? Banks are still very interested in seeing exactly what kind of financial gymnastics you were pulling over the last five years 😁. They track all of this through those blacklists, which are still being aggressively shared between banks today 🙂
Exactly. These loan sharks and brokers are talking nonsense. You can't just wipe a blacklisted credit score clean. Even if you pay off the debt, you’re still stuck on that list until three years have passed.
Years ago, I ended up with an unauthorized overdraft at Chase because I lost my job. After finally paying off everything on my credit line, I was still stuck $3,000 in the hole. Not a single bank would even look at me for a credit card, let alone a loan. So, the plan is to head back to the branch and demand they close the account for good. But does my name stay flagged in their database forever?
... I’m trying to wrap my head around what "closing" a blacklist actually means. If someone pays off their debt, they still stay on that list for three years before it finally clears. Does a bank actually close the file once the debt is paid so there's no trace left, or does it just show up as "no outstanding balance" while the history stays visible?

I’ve been receiving my paycheck through them for over six months now, and they finally cleared my name from the blacklist last month. Just so there’s no confusion, I know I’ll be flagged in their system for another three years They just handed me my debit card and security token, but honestly, I felt too awkward to ask about a line of credit. If anyone knows how they handle this, please let me know.
Ask for a personal banker and just talk to them. Explain why you were on that blacklist; they might actually approve it. They’re pretty flexible and way better than Wells Fargo. They tightened up a bit compared to a few years ago, but it all comes down to the conversation you have with them.

I find myself longing for one more addition to our family; I have a two-year-old daughter and a four-year-old son, both of whom have been absolute joys in my life. I suppose I can endure this period of waiting just a little longer, hoping that we might see one more positive sign and welcome a small new blessing into our home. Until then, I honestly cannot fathom how I will manage to cope with all this uncertainty.🙂
If your period is late but the test came back negative, it’s usually not pregnancy. Most tests pick up on it just one day after you miss your period.
My experience with JP Morgan Chase: They aren't part of any major regulatory group, but they are an absolute disaster of a bank. My business partner brought in the loan paperwork, and they sent him away three separate times. First, they refused the documents because he used two different types of ballpoint pens. Second, the woman in accounting kept underlining the letter R. Third, they wouldn't accept the file because his tax clearance hadn't arrived in the mail yet. Once that finally showed up, they claimed it was invalid because it was marked as a "copy," so the lady from accounting had to physically go to the office to fetch the original. After all that nonsense was finally sorted out, he submitted the application, only for them to call four days later and tell him it was denied. Of course, they won't give a reason. They just won't tell you.
I've been at my job for about six months now. It's a small startup—only three of us on the team... paychecks are always on time... no issues there.
I've been on a credit blacklist for a year... I hit the red zone... but I settled everything a long time ago!
One more thing... they didn't even put me on the blacklist until after I paid off the account... before that, nothing happened! Is it always like this? Or am I missing something?
JP Morgan Chase checks the credit reports, but they aren't part of the central registry. It’s not the same thing. If a company has very few employees, I doubt they'll approve a loan without co-signers.
Has anyone taken out a loan at JP Morgan Chase lately? mm has a loan over at Bank of America and wants to take out a bigger one to pay it off and have some cash left over. But once it’s closed, a third of his paycheck is gone, so they're asking for a co-signer. We tried two different people—one has a bad credit score and the other is just on a temporary contract, so they won't approve them. I know JP Morgan Chase isn't under any federal oversight like the others, so I need to hear from people who have applied recently. How long is the wait? I already know the terms, I just want to know if they actually approve you when everything looks good, or if they drag their feet like they do in some cities and then deny you anyway.

Twice a day, morning and night. I took it after giving birth because my iron was low. Now my iron levels are fine.
Nursing doesn't make you gain weight. I already told you, breastfeeding actually helps you lose weight, especially since I've been taking my prenatal vitamin.
Douglas Martinez15 said:Hey everyone... I could use some help. I've already sorted out the cookies, but now I really need to find the right cake. I'm based out of Columbus, so I was wondering if anyone has ordered a cake from Graber or Luciana? I'd love to hear how their work turns out or if you have any other bakery recommendations between my place and Big Merchant where the wedding is being held. I know I should probably go sample everything at the shops myself, but I just won't have the time while I'm getting ready for the ceremony 🙂 also, I'd love to hear from anyone who has actually ordered cakes along that route before 🙂
Graber's cakes are great. Really good. The pastries are just okay, though. A friend used them for a wedding—they were solid, but nothing mind-blowing. I live right by Luciana and stop by for coffee and sweets sometimes, but their pastries aren't my favorite. Not sure about their cakes. I can definitely recommend M&M's in the suburbs. Their cakes and pastries are amazing; we used them for our wedding. Check out their site: www.mim.hr

We used M&M for our wedding cake and desserts. It was a five-tier parfait and Black Forest combo. Everyone loved it. Honestly, it was so good the wedding party and the older guests were asking if we could pack some up for them. We actually had an entire tier left over because we ordered for 100 people but only 80 showed up. The presentation was beautiful, and those mini pastries? Probably the best I've ever had. We just ordered a cake from them for a christening, so I expect it'll be just as great. My only gripe is the price. They aren't cheap. A kilo of assorted minis is $40, and a small cake for about 30 people runs $133. Our wedding was $333 three years ago.
A friend of mine usually has totally regular periods, but one month it was super short—only about two or three days—and really light. She went to her OB-GYN for a routine checkup the following month, and it turns out she’s pregnant. They also found a hematoma (basically a blood clot) in her uterus that stayed there after the bleeding.
I’ve only ever heard this kind of nonsense from people out in rural Alabama.. You aren't supposed to swim or wash your hair, but you can just jump right into the ocean?! Are people seriously living in the Stone Age? I get that grandmas and moms used to say this stuff, but we have the internet, magazines, and TV now. Do people just refuse to read or listen to anything? I don't mean to be rude, but it's no wonder things are such a mess in those small southern towns, with all these teen pregnancies... If people still believe you shouldn't wash while on your period, who knows what other myths they believe about sex and pregnancy when information is everywhere—on the internet, in books...
Amy Jones60, what is wrong with your friend? Is she crazy or something? When her stomach starts growing, she'll blame the food, then when she actually has a baby, she’ll probably ask where on earth that came from. Maybe this sounds harsh, but have people in the South never heard of books, the internet, or watching TV? It is unbelievable. You guys are having sex at sixteen but you don't read books....
I went to the Mayo Clinic for some hormone bloodwork. You don't even need an appointment. They take samples from 7 to 10 AM. Results come back in a few days.
That looks like an infection to me. It might be a boil rather than just a pimple. If it hasn't come to a head yet, don't try to squeeze it. Go see a doctor. It could be infected, and you might need antibiotics. They should probably refer you to a dermatologist. I'm long past puberty, but I still deal with breakouts. A dermatologist once put me on antibiotics because it was bacterial. Now I get them all over the place...
I just got word from the PR director at Bank of America that once you clear a debt, you're automatically wiped from the blacklist after three years. I finished paying off my debt on December 23, 2004, but the credit report shows the payoff date as January 23, 2005. This means that by January 23, 2008—at the very latest, maybe a month after that—my record will be totally clean and won't show up anywhere else.
Anyone here ever actually been cleared from a blacklist? My bank told me I’d be off it after three years once the Federal Reserve processes everything.
I cleared my debt over two years and eleven months ago, but I still can't get approved for a loan. Not at a single bank. I wasn't able to cover the deficit back then because I lost my job.
