To be honest, I can't stomach following a TV series episode by episode over several seasons. Eventually, you just end up with a backlog of a hundred episodes sitting there. I also don't have the patience to go on some massive downloading spree just to binge an entire series for a week straight, sitting there five or six hours every single day. 😵 The last show I actually sat through religiously was The Sopranos. Since then, I haven't felt any connection to a series, nor have I ever forced myself to watch one. That’s why I always opt for a movie. An hour and a half, two hours, three... and that's it. Done and dusted.
Lately, the forum pages have been crawling, and I’m frequently getting hit with #503 and #504 errors. Is anyone else running into this, or is it just my connection?
I remember when I used to drag myself out of bed at dawn just to catch a Mirko fight. Nowadays, if I didn't stumble across some headline online, I wouldn't even know he was stepping into the cage... It’s just not the same anymore. It’s the same old story you see with Lindsey Vonn and downhill skiing.
SHRAPNEL tells The Story of Two veterans of The Canadian War, one American, one Mexican , Who Clash in The Appalachian Mountain wilderness. FORD is a former American Soldier Who fought on The front lines in Canada.
Since when were Americans fighting on the front lines in Canada? 🤣 And what are the odds of a Canadian being named Emil Kovač? 😬 Emil R would have been much better off.
In an accident like this, Bianchi's neck and spine definitely took a massive hit. When the impact happens, the head gets shoved violently downward into the cockpit, where there's absolutely zero room for any kind of movement.
I’ve officially run out of patience for TV series. I stick to movies now; the way modern shows drag things out over endless seasons is just exhausting > 🤣 The last series I actually sat through with any devotion was The Sopranos.
If we’re talking about IMDb ratings, it’s obvious that the younger crowd—teens and people in their early 20s, I’d say—are the ones voting most frequently. That's why some instant superhero hit that's actually just mindless junk consisting of nothing but special effects, explosions, and eye candy can rack up 150,000 to 200,000 votes in a few weeks, while true masterpieces from 30, 50, or even 70 years ago barely scrape together 20,000 to 30,000 ratings since the site first launched.
Sam Wright21 said:One can't help but wonder if Cuba might have seen more significant progress had it not been for the decades-long blockade imposed by the USA.
True enough, though people seem to forget that Cuba has been under sanctions from the U.S.—and by extension, its allies—for roughly fifty years now. Restricting the import and export of essential goods and raw materials certainly stunts any meaningful economic growth in Cuba.
But this ranking just highlights how a bunch of incompetent, corrupt bureaucrats are running the show. It’s pathetic.
NBC recently aired Dances with Wolves in its full 236-minute cut. I've watched this movie several times, but this was my first time sitting through the full version. Honestly, that 236-minute cut hits much harder than the 180-minute one.
