For a lazybones like me, doing absolutely nothing feels pretty natural. 😬 The real struggle is trying to stop my brain from racing. 😢 Since my thoughts are constantly drifting, how am I supposed to just focus on my breathing during this exercise? 🤔

It just occurred to me: I met someone on an online forum once who mentioned a meditation called "self-knowledge." Does that ring a bell for anyone? I think it involves focusing on your breath and your senses...
