I don't feel like I'm getting enough sleep, but honestly, that’s just because I’ve been staying up way too late lately. I’ve noticed that if I actually hit the hay early—like by 10 PM at the latest—I feel way more rested even if I sleep fewer hours than when I stay up until the middle of the night like I have been.
Since I have to be up for work and I tend to wind down late in the evening, I can't really push past 5 AM anymore.
In my experience, I feel my absolute best when I stick to a schedule where I'm in bed by 9 or 10 PM and up around 4 or 5 AM.
I’ve got spots all over my face and my back. 😳 Honestly, I’ve been telling myself for years that I should finally go see an aesthetician to get them lightened up, but I just haven't worked up the nerve yet. In my experience, nothing really works unless you're religiously applying SPF—otherwise, I end up completely covered in freckles during the summer 😁. Plus, in my case, it’s definitely genetic... my mom is covered in them too. 😍

General Charles E. Yeager, the legendary pilot who famously broke the sound barrier, has a cameo in this movie. He plays Fred, a bartender over at Pancin’s club, where things get pretty wild. In one scene, he’s actually seen asking some agents from Washington what they'd like to drink. 🙂
I honestly can't believe how much people seem to dislike this movie. I was totally blown away! After watching Million Dollar Baby, I genuinely thought this one was a lock for the Oscar for Best Picture. Then I sat through Aviator and realized Eastwood doesn't even come close to being on Scorsese's level.
In my opinion, this should have been the film of the year. Look, I'm not usually a fan of DiCaprio, but he is absolutely phenomenal here. He isn't exactly the type you'd cast as a smooth-talking heartthrob, but man, did he nail that manic energy. As for the women in the cast? Total letdown. Cate really shouldn't have been cast as DiCaprio's love interest; she’d probably be better suited playing his mother. Even Ava felt like a bad choice. Beyond the poor casting of the female leads, the acting just didn't stand out. Cate definitely didn't deserve an Oscar for that role.
As far as filmmaking goes, it's excellent. The direction is top-tier, and honestly, if anyone found this boring, I just don't get them. And obviously, huge props to the cinematography.
What a hell of a game!!! Both sides were playing really aggressive, attacking football, even though FC Barcelona had way more chances that they just couldn't convert (talk about bad luck). Honestly, that free kick goal by Ronaldinho was easily the highlight of the match!! 🙏 🙏 🙏

Is it a high-pitched sound, like the kind you hear on TV sometimes (specifically when there's a power surge 🤔)? Is it similar to those high frequencies they test for during an audiology exam?
It can also happen if you spend a lot of time sitting by your PC. Depending on the setup, computers often put out this constant, fairly loud hum that we just tune out without even realizing it.
