Technically, there are tools for that, but I doubt they've even been used more than a handful of times.🤣

What??? Just kidding (or so you think)

And why do you think it hasn't already gone down the drain? 🙄
I just quoted you, so go ahead and delete your post all you want. 😁

goldentrucker11 said:Just imagine if someone could actually read anyone's private messages.

Honestly, why would anyone bother reading my private messages when there are 90,000 registered users on this site?🙄)

It’s honestly kind of sad, but you’ve probably just made things worse by drawing all this attention to yourself with this thread...🙄

☕

Just imagine. Yeah, they actually read it.

Then one of the private messages from any of those 90,000 registered users actually has to be read.
Is that how it works?
If that's how it works, then why wouldn't hers be? It’s like saying "lightning won't strike a haystack."
Either yours. 🙄

Whatever, people are just making a huge deal out of nothing... 😁
Who's actually reading this? Honestly, you only have yourself to blame.

A possibility is still just a possibility...

Send me the password. ☕
I'm just staring at nothing right now, completely lost in a fog. kaže:
Go ahead. I'm listening.😛

😁 Nice catch...

There have been plenty of posts like that, but whatever... who cares at this point... ☕
Don't try to convince me that people just can't read. 🙄

I'm just wondering if anyone actually went digging through her account since she was busy logging in...
If that's the case, they'd need her password, so the mods are in the clear, haha. 🙂

goldentrucker11 said:That's exactly what I meant earlier... the little light stays on for another 15 or 20 minutes, making us think we're actually offline when we aren't...☕

Look, I was the first one to mention that...

Don't sweat it, she took one glance at the whole damn page and bailed 🙄
And now Amanda Roberts21 has gone quiet 🙂
Probably found her answer somewhere else...............

So you're saying someone actually can. Fire... smoke... all that chaos, you know how it goes...

Patrick Smith44 said:You'll find everything you need right here😁.

If you had been a little more specific, I might have actually looked into it, but this? 🙄Not really my thing.

Unless they actually logged out, as far as I know. And that's assuming they didn't check the "remember me" box or whatever.

Taylor Gonzalez79 said:This is just the usual folklore you see on this forum.😁

Sure, I mean, not every single conspiracy theory is actually a lie.😈

Whether it’s just folklore or actual fact, I didn't exactly invent this; I just wrote down what I thought was the case, so I'm not saying I'm certain.
I don't really lose any sleep over it, but my wife was asking.
Look, it didn't just come out of thin air—I’ve been sitting here reading through the threads. And while I was following along, not a single moderator bothered to actually deny anything... so, yeah. 🙄

Was this your first time logging in?
Your password seems standard enough... I'm assuming it isn't just your username or something?
Or maybe it's just a system glitch, could be that too 🙄

I'm pretty sure the mods and those higher-ups... they can read any post whenever they're bored.
... so honestly, it's probably best to just wipe your personal info... don't want to give some bored admin something to do 😉

Nicole Davis7 said:I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve found myself staring at the ceiling, thinking about that old saying: "Mother, just let me be born happy, then you can toss me straight into the trash."

Nicole Davis7, we've all been there.
Some people deal with more than others, some way more...

But just because you're climbing out of the gutter doesn't mean you can't look back and realize you actually had a pretty decent life along the way.
Maybe I have a clue or two...

Life is actually pretty great when you stop obsessing over perfection—whether it's your own shortcomings or the flaws of everyone else around you.

Perfection is a myth; being messy and imperfect is just part of being human, and honestly, it takes some serious guts to just admit that to yourself and the world.
Chris Peterson53 said:"They lived a beautiful life"—you hear people say that about someone, whether they’re still around or long gone.
Whenever I hear that phrase, it triggers this subconscious reflex to audit my own existence. And every single time, I have to tell myself: No, mine hasn't been "beautiful" by any stretch of the imagination. Not since childhood. It’s been a constant grind—survival, education, a relentless string of setbacks, living through wartime instability, the volatile highs and lows of finances, a failed marriage, and spending years looking after people who frankly didn't do me any favors. There was precious little love to go around, while the struggle and the caretaking were endless.
Despite all that, I don't walk around feeling miserable. Instead, I just feel this quiet sense of melancholy when I reflect on how much I was shortchanged. But then again—was I actually shortchanged? Or am I just being cynical?
To balance the scales, I do feel lucky. I have my kids, I have a roof over our heads, and while our lifestyle is relatively modest, we’re stable for now. We live peacefully, side-by-side.
Still, there’s this nagging little voice in the back of my head. It starts gnawing at me whenever I see people who never had to lift a finger—people who seemingly had everything handed to them on a silver platter (and I’m not just talking about money). It makes me wonder: what exactly is the intended definition of a "beautiful life"?
Is it just accepting things as they are?
Is it resigning yourself to "fate"?
Is it giving your absolute all, only to accept that others are simply doing better?
Or is it finding contentment in your own small wins, even if they look insignificant compared to everyone else's?
What do you all think about this concept of a "beautiful life"??

On this freezing morning, while the wind is whipping snow flakes around outside...
you’ve definitely given me something to chew on... 😉

As of right now, the only thing I know for sure is that a good life isn't about settling for your circumstances or playing into "fate." At least, not for me.

But what actually is..... 🤔

Roger Scott7 said:Everything mentioned above can be practiced quite easily—if you really want to master the art of being a convincing liar, that is.
One thing, however, is a bit more difficult to fake, so pay close attention to this: the tiny wrinkles that form between the eyebrows when someone moves their brow or twitches... essentially, that’s much harder to manipulate than things like eye contact or hand gestures.

So we're talking about those "life hairs" now?
The real deal...

Angela Rogers2 said:It’s all about the nuances.
Everyone judges people differently, I suppose. But when you do it this way, you’re basically leaving a massive window open for manipulation. That’s why, for example, passive-aggression just doesn't work on me. I catch onto it immediately. I can't stand those types of people, especially once they start trying to explain themselves.🙄
You don't manipulate or screw over the people you actually respect. There has to be some kind of principle involved.

Huh... honestly, that's a pretty fair point.🙂

(psssst... maybe pick a more feminine avatar next time)

Angela Rogers2 said:It depends. Sometimes you just get an itch, I guess. The real trick is figuring out if that feeling is actually forced or if it’s just some subconscious intuition kicking in.
How good you are at reading those cues really just comes down to practice. But after a while, once you start looking past what people are actually saying and pay attention to how they say it, you can learn a hell of a lot about someone without them ever explicitly telling you a thing.

... or your beard

But if I spend all my time staring at what they're doing instead of actually listening to what they're saying, maybe it's better 😉

I just don't really like the idea of someone sitting there judging me like that.

James Murphy92 said:It means you aren't being serious!

Usually, you can spot insecurity most clearly when someone is fidgeting with their fingers or tucking one thumb inside their other fist, kind of shrinking into themselves.

But honestly, my favorite kind of communication is when I’m looking at the back of someone's head and I just say, "Hey, turn around!" and they actually do. That internal command can be incredibly powerful and suggestive. You can even do it with animals (I've actually tried it and it worked!). My absolute dream form of communication is meeting someone where we can sit in silence for ages and still feel like everything has been said—that pure intuitive vibe is the strongest connection there is!🙄

I'm a woman, or at least that's what people tell me.🙂

You're being modest.
All jokes aside... you might pull that off, but only with someone truly
Special😉

@10+50, don't you think all those symbols have been so well-defined over the years
which basically gives you the freedom to tweak them or use them however you damn well please 😲

With just a little bit of effort and some actual practice.

And then there's that fake, forced smile...

But you're really going there...

If his eyes are wandering, maybe he's just about to snap.
If he's swallowing hard, maybe his throat just hurts.

And this is all supposed to be nonverbal communication: 🙂

So what does that actually mean?

Do I have big ears?
A long tongue?
Or am I just being submissive?

Gregory Turner35 said:Hey, you little devil. I’m right there with you on that whole thing about picking up on people's vibes and actually getting how they feel. For me, though, it all comes down to eye contact. Like, when I look someone straight in the eyes, I feel like I can just read their mind—know exactly what's going on in their head or how they're feeling. Some people have figured me out, though, and now they won't even look me in the eye.

And again, what exactly is so unusual or special about this?

Look, I get it—if you're already tangled up in some kind of... let's call them "unconventional" relationships, then yeah, it’s totally possible to...
If you actually bother to look him in the eye, you can read just about everything written there; you don't exactly need some special superpower to figure it out.

Aside from raw talent, you need serious training; otherwise, I don't see it going anywhere.
