No, I’m talking about the ones in the locked thread. 😉 I'm just trying to figure out if my definition of trolling is even in the same ballpark as everyone else's.
rustydrifter10 said:The first four posts come from the Archives—old entries sitting in a locked PDF that isn't active anymore, so they don't even count toward the record. That last post was just written a few hours ago. I expect the moderators will step in once they get around to reviewing it. 🙂
I realize they’re from the archives, but I flagged them before this thread was locked. Does that mean every single post in a thread being shut down just gets a free pass without any consequences!?
In this specific instance, do you personally think we're dealing with someone just trolling?
Am I misreading the situation here, or is this just textbook trolling?
And how should we interpret this bit?
One suggestion for the moderation team—could you at least send a quick PM letting me know if my report was upheld or dismissed? It would be helpful to know where things stand.
A buddy of mine just got back from a Star Trek convention in London, where he actually got to snap a photo with Shatner. Honestly, the guy was so wiped out they had to bring out a chair just for him to sit down while everyone else stood there waiting their turn for the picture. 😬
Well, after a seven-year hiatus, I’m finally back in the saddle.🙈 It took me about 25 minutes to cruise down the 3.7 miles gentle slopes from my suburban neighborhood into the heart of Downtown. I won't be heading back home until tomorrow, but honestly, I'm already feeling a little intimidated by those 3.7 miles slight inclines on the way back.. 😬
Terry Rodriguez41 said:Huge congrats to the guys, taking silver is such an incredible achievement 🙏 I have to say, those Spanish guys really played spoiler and wouldn't let us close the gap on the Danes at the end; they did their job perfectly 🤮but man, once the Danes started to crumble near the finish line, they honestly looked ready to lose. I guess it just wasn't meant to be, everything just seemed to go sideways for them today...
Karabatic for MVP, surely 😂
Exactly. The refs basically robbed us. It feels like they always find a way to screw us over just because we play better than everyone else.. 😂
Looking to the officiating as the reason for a loss is a pretty cheap move... 👍
The guys left it all out there on the court. It just wasn't our night—honestly, I'm surprised they were even able to take the floor after that absolute war they fought yesterday.. 🙏
If we had been at full strength with no injuries, or if our coach hadn't picked up two fouls in the final fifteen minutes, 🙏🙏🙏, this whole story would be written very differently..
Thanks to everyone for the replies. I didn't actually start this thread myself—it was my dear wife who kicked things off. She finally got the hang of how everything works here on the forum and decided to set up her own account, haha.. 😍
Thanks, Ultraviolet! Listen, if you happen to have a contact number for the guys in Bravo, specifically Maher or Krijan—could you pass it along? I’ve been trying to track them down, but I just can't seem to get through. Thanks much!
I’m looking for recommendations on absolutely EVERYTHING—restaurants, live music venues, churches, florists, bridal boutiques... literally just give me the full rundown! Thanks!
Honestly, this movie is fantastic. I went in with zero expectations, but I walked away genuinely impressed. The cinematography is top-tier, and that shootout at the end? It felt incredibly raw and realistic. 😎
You really need to catch this on the big screen; watching it on a TV just doesn't capture the full intensity. 👍
Gregory Walker15 said:Plus, none of them had even set foot in the stadium. 🤮
I honestly think that’s exactly what the whole movie is getting at. It isn't really about the sport itself; it's more about how a big game serves as the perfect excuse for a great time out with friends. 😬
Gregory Walker15 said:To me, this movie is just pure gold. The atmosphere is incredible... honestly, it blows *Green Street* out of the water. ☕
😲 The movie was honestly just mediocre. Now, FF? That’s a masterpiece—way more grounded and believable than GSH. In that one, you have twenty-year-olds basically beating up old men, and then you've got Amer, who looks like he’s never even been in a scrap in his life, suddenly turning into some hardened street thug. It just felt totally off to me.👎 It’s your typical Hollywood garbage. They set out to make a film about hooligans, but I’d bet anything they didn't even bother to grasp the basic rules of football.😬
The only thing they actually nailed was the wardrobe.
Man, I just love these self-appointed moralists who love to drone on about how marijuana is basically a one-way ticket to hell and a heroin addiction..😵
Sure, weed leads straight to heroin or cocaine—just like drinking Gatorade every day or (as some local study suggests) watching South Park..😬
I tend to consume this regularly, mostly because I’m not much of a drinker. If I touch alcohol, I end up feeling nauseous two days later—honestly, that’s about the worst part of the whole experience for me. 😁
I suspect some people here might actually agree with this study. Unfortunately, they’re just proving how little they really know about the subject matter... 😬
How much physical preparation is actually necessary before diving into martial arts? I’m looking specifically at something like Jiu-Jitsu (or a similar discipline), but I’m stuck wondering if I need to be in peak condition first. To be honest, I’m carrying a little extra weight 😁, though I can still knock out about 30 or 40 push-ups, and I’ve got pretty decent flexibility! Thanks 🙂
That’s actually the whole point of the movie. You won't see a single actual football match on screen—unless you count the coin toss—because the entire story is really about the culture surrounding it rather than the game itself.😉
