I’m honestly sorry it had to go down this way, but I’ve been getting flagged from pretty much everywhere regarding how you’ve been acting in the chat threads, and even some of the other moderators have reached out to me about it. Since you seem more interested in driving people away from the Recreation forum than actually contributing anything meaningful to the discussions outside of the chat, we've decided to move you over to partial access. I truly believe there are other subforums with their own dedicated chat rooms where the community might be a bit more your speed.
The Apple Watch Ultra comes with a built-in heart rate monitor, and when you look at the rest of the feature set, they’re actually pretty much neck and neck.
Maybe some other time, but for now, the partial ban stays in place. Honestly, it was earned, and looking at things right now, you just aren't active enough on the forum for me to reconsider or for another moderator to step in and vouch for you.
Nathan Hernandez said:Fair enough, I’m sure this topic has been beaten to death in a thousand different threads already.
You're right, though—you really should have just jumped into one of the existing discussions instead of starting a new one. Just pick an established thread, like the ones dedicated to training programs, and add your thoughts there.
L-Carnitine is basically useless; taking it won't actually do anything for you. It’s been scientifically proven . Most of those articles you see peddled by supplement companies are just piles of nonsense designed to push their own products.
If my math serves me right, you're looking at a 10% import duty on top of a 25% sales tax, which lands you at a total hit of about 37.5%. Honestly, it doesn't even matter which way you crunch the numbers; the end result stays pretty much the same. 🙂
Take a look at the current threads in the sub-forum index—specifically the ones covering workout routines and advice on how to pack on some muscle mass.

For anyone out there riding today—watch your step, because there's plenty of ice hiding around the corners...
The streets are mostly dry, so I haven't run into much trouble yet. 🙂
To really comes down to having a sense of rhythm; you basically just count out the beats from one to eight. If you’re just starting out, don't sweat it too much—you'll eventually develop an ear for where that first beat lands. Honestly, if you’ve ever done any kind of dance, it makes the whole process a lot more intuitive. 🙂
Andrew Wells58 said:It’s not even about that; it’s more that once I actually get some momentum going, I find it nearly impossible to swerve around the car sitting right in front of me in the crosswalk.😉
I’m especially unstoppable when I’ve got downhill speed on my side!
Well, that's exactly what brakes are designed for. 🤣
Andrew Wells58 said:Just head past MIT, take that little underpass beneath the railroad tracks, cut past where the old marshland used to be over by the botanical gardens, then swing by the science building toward the theater, and you’ll be right there.
The alternative would be taking Miramarska, but honestly, that's a bit too stressful for my liking.
Though, you could always just end up on Savska near the outskirts.
I don't know, I think Miramarska is actually great—what's with all the shade? You basically own the whole lane while you're passing through the underpass anyway, and besides, nobody can really get around you in there. Plus, you get a nice bit of momentum heading downhill. 🙂
