Saw VI: Thoughts? in Movies ·
Gerald White44 said:Just so you know, they are filming the next installment of the Saw franchise in 3D. It’s scheduled for release next October.
There is also an announcement that filming for Season 8 is starting. 🙂

From what I've heard, the movie has 19 sequels. 😲😲I think this is getting out of hand. I don't see the point.
The Underworld Saga (2003-2009) in Movies ·
All three movies were great. It's one of those rare trilogies that actually delivers. I voted for the third installment because I found the backstory regarding how the war between the vampires and the lycans kicked off to be really interesting, though I'm not saying the first two were any worse.

Every single part was phenomenal. I'm just sorry there weren't more...
The X-Men series (2000-2019) in Movies ·
Wolverine isn't a bad movie. It just feels a bit silly that the entire plot revolves solely around him and his origin story. To me, the third one was the best part.
I watched it and it’s actually a solid movie. Aside from Halloween, it’s the best film I've seen tackle this subject. I usually don't care for movies that juggle multiple storylines at once, but this worked for me. It was interesting. That little kid was the most engaging part of the whole thing. He was cute until he pulled off that mask—man, he was hideous.🤣🤣
Resident Evil series (2002-2008) in Movies ·
I haven't checked out Resident Evil: Degeneration yet. I usually find animated films lacking when it comes to this kind of subject matter, but I'll give it a look just to compare it to the live-action movies. As for the original trilogy, none of them really hit the mark for me. The acting was subpar, the action felt weak, and the zombies were more laughable than scary. The whole series was a massive disappointment. If I absolutely had to pick a favorite, I’d go with the second one because of Nemesis.

That’s the only way. If that happens, there will definitely be sequels.

I have no idea who’s going to end up killing more people. The body count has already jumped by ten 😁😁, unless Jigsaw somehow survived and is cooking up a new scheme😂😂

I think this series is great, but they’re starting to overcomplicate things now. They're making it harder than it needs to be. The first installment was definitely my favorite, though the others are still solid enough....

Agreed.
The thing that would scare me most is seeing an old man walking naked through the house in the middle of the night.😁😁😁😁😁

gentlebadger88 said:Look, if I were calling the shots, I'd make sure they stayed dead once and for all. If they ever ended up on the floor, I’d just chop them into tiny little pieces, ship every single limb to opposite ends of the United States, and bury them deep in the ground. Then you can try getting back up if you're feeling ambitious... let's see if there's a sequel after that. 😂🤣

And then Hollywood directors would just invent their sons being slaughtered, and boom—another endless pile of sequels.😂

I guess it’s because of those ridiculous scenes where they’re just trying to tear each other apart, but honestly, how do you even kill something that’s basically immortal?

Honestly, both that movie and Jason X are some of the dumbest films I've ever seen.👎

I watched this movie when I was a kid, and honestly, I couldn't sleep for nights because I was terrified Freddy would show up in my dreams🙂. Looking at various polls, most people rank Freddy as the top horror villain, right behind Michael Myers and Jason Voorhees, but at the end of the day, Freddy is still Freddy🙂

Brian Foster2 said:It sounds like you actually watched the remake, but some idiots over at CNN mislabeled it as Halloween II! This whole thread is supposed to be about the actual sequel to the film you saw on New Year's Eve.

My bad. I didn't realize. People online are genuinely crazy; they claim they're showing one movie when it's clearly something else.👎

I watched this right on New Year's Eve back in 2009. They aired it around 3 AM. My take? It wasn't anything special. Just the typical Michael Myers wandering around, butchering people like a butcher. Honestly, there isn't much anyone can do to change the outcome here, no matter how hard they try. The only thing left to do is finally kill him off and put an end to these sequels once and for all....
Iron Man 2 (2010) in Movies ·
I really loved the first one. I'm hoping the second part holds up just as well.
