Olivia Jones38 said:Hi everyone, I am looking for some advice. Has anyone dealt with similar symptoms, or does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this? :/ I am experiencing dizziness almost every single day, along with a sense of instability whether I am walking or just sitting down. I also deal with discomfort and pressure at the base of my skull, coupled with headaches that typically originate from that posterior area. My neck feels incredibly stiff, and an MRI scan revealed early degenerative changes. I have started doing Pilates, but I haven't noticed any significant improvement yet. I also go for massages which provide slight relief, but overall, I feel quite unwell. Most recently, I have noticed my hands trembling slightly, which is a new issue for me. Could this be related to my cervical spine? Does anyone know how to manage this, or has anyone experienced anything similar? Thank you. I am 27 years old; my neurological tests came back clear, except for a cyst on my pineal gland, though doctors say such a small cyst shouldn't cause these symptoms. I don't have any underlying diseases and I am not on any medication. My thyroid levels are normal. Thanks in advance!
It is most likely your cervical spine. I would recommend physical therapy, working with a physiotherapist on specific exercises, acupuncture, or swimming specifically focusing on back movements.

I am looking for a recommendation regarding... I am currently seeking recommendations for a private medical clinic and a specialized orthopedic surgeon who focuses specifically on knee procedures. If you have had any successful experiences with specialists in this field, please share your insights. (And that includes times when I might need to undergo knee surgery as well.)
I am seeking some assistance. About a month ago, my jaw began making clicking sounds and feels as though it is skipping. On several occasions, it actually locked up, causing such intense pain that I nearly lost consciousness. I have been advised to wear dental orthotics for the time being and suggested that my best course of action would be to consult with the School of Dentistry here in NYC. If anyone has dealt with similar issues or can recommend a specific specialist there, I would be very grateful for your input.
Since this is becoming quite urgent, I am reaching out here as well.
Thank you.
The following thread contains recommendations regarding this specific issue:
Harold Garcia60 said:Hello, everyone. Does anyone know of a dermatologist in Washington, D.C. where you can be seen using a referral from a primary care physician?
Nicole Newman15 said:What would that be in US Dollars?
Roughly 40 USD.
Bradley Chavez2 said:Does anyone happen to know where I can find an urgent care dermatology clinic or any other facility I could turn to? I am not originally from Chicago; I am just studying here and need to see a doctor.

Maja Cesarec is also an excellent option, as she practices there as well. Just be sure to check Ivan Golubiček's availability; he maintains a very demanding schedule traveling extensively with many of our top athletes.
Thank you. I have reviewed their website, and both professionals seem quite promising. Honestly, I really need to get myself back in shape; there are so many physical discomforts that are starting to bother me.☕
Adam Moore said:I am looking for a diagnostic neurologist in Chicago. I have been dealing with dull, constant headaches around my left temple for about a month now.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I would prefer a private practice, as the waiting times through Medicare are far too long.
I am currently searching for an orthopedic surgeon who specializes specifically in ankle injuries, whether they practice within a hospital system, in private practice, here in Chicago, or elsewhere in the US. Additionally, I am looking for a physical therapist in Chicago who avoids the cookie-cutter approach of group exercises and instead provides individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to each patient's needs.
Plibex contains very small amounts of Vitamin B per dose, which is precisely why the instructions recommend taking it multiple times throughout the day. Furthermore, it isn't intended to be a permanent fix for mucosal issues; rather, it should be taken in specific cycles whenever a clinical indication arises.
My recommendation would be to consult with a neurologist first (it will likely be necessary to obtain an opinion from a neurosurgeon as well, though the specific findings are interpreted based on the patient's individual symptoms).
Brandon Edwards36 said:I am dealing with two distinct issues.
1. The first issue involves my left knee. I experience pain specifically when putting weight on the balls of my feet—such as when getting out of bed or climbing stairs—though I feel no discomfort while walking or running. The sensation isn't deep within the knee itself, but rather at the junction where the lower part of the knee meets the bone. Who should I consult for an evaluation? Should I start with a primary care physician?
2. The second issue is leg pain that occurs when the limb is held in a flexed position for an extended period. For instance, during long drives (like heading down to Miami), I feel pain on the underside of the knee. It feels as though the tendons are being compressed or stretched at the bend of the leg. I eventually have to pull over and stretch my leg out because the pain becomes unbearable. This strictly happens while I am in the car. Should I see a specialist?
An orthopedist will be able to address both of these concerns.
Do not take cervical spine injuries lightly. Even if you are dealing with nothing more than a simple whiplash injury, it is imperative to seek proper medical treatment immediately to prevent much more severe complications down the road. A colleague of mine suffered a fall during a soccer match and struck his head; subsequently, his condition deteriorated daily. He ended up with disc herniations at two different levels pressing against his spinal cord, which necessitated emergency surgery. He was incredibly fortunate not to have been left paralyzed.
To all the women here who have experienced similar adverse reactions—I truly hope you have fully recovered and are doing well now! Does anyone know where I can arrange for patch testing regarding specific hair dye ingredients? I am looking for private clinics or specialized facilities in New York City, as my primary care physician hasn't been able to provide any helpful leads on this matter, which is why I am turning to this community for advice 🙄. Additionally, is it actually possible to achieve significant coverage for gray hair using herbal preparations? I would appreciate hearing about any plant-based products you have personally found effective for this purpose.
A colleague of mine underwent the exact same course of therapy for shoulder calcification, and she experienced steady improvement without any side effects whatsoever. It is my belief that sensations such as spatial disorientation or dizziness might actually stem from issues within the cervical spine rather than the shoulder itself.
