Also, a quick word of advice to everyone jumping into the mosh pit: if the temperature inside the venue is over 77 degrees and you’ve decided to spend the night slamming into strangers, maybe lose the sweater. It helps avoid that "someone just threw a wet sock at me" feeling when you collide with people, and it'll save you from pneumonia once you step back outside into the night. You're welcome.
