You're an adult now. Start owning your choices. Do whatever you want, as long as it actually makes you happy.
It's pretty obvious you lack any real emotional maturity. Seriously, go do some reading on self-respect and building actual confidence.
You're constantly just doing what people tell you to do, desperate for a pat on the head—even here. Go sort out that inner child situation; you aren't a kid anymore.
And hey, they were right about one thing: just enjoy the moment. If things start looking up, just pivot completely. You still have three free days a week, after all.
I finally grabbed a copy myself, right after it hit the shelves at Best Buy. It’s pretty cool how they translated everything, even the lyrics. (Not like I really need them or anything...)
But honestly? The sequel is total garbage compared to the original.
Go get your iron levels checked if you're feeling wiped out after a workout. Seriously though, take a look at your overall vitamin and mineral levels too. Don't sleep on the fruit and veggie game.
If you've been cutting calories way too hard while still crushing it in the gym, you might just be running on empty.
You can devour every self-help book on the shelf if you want. It doesn't matter. Real change has to come from deep inside. Sometimes, though, you just can't spot the red flags on your own. You can't fix what you don't see. A lot of us are walking around carrying repressed baggage and toxic habits we were basically programmed to adopt by our parents and everything around us growing up.
Once it becomes clear that talk therapy isn't cutting it, that's when you use medication to balance out the brain chemistry.
Make sure you list the movie title and the subtitle file specifically. Just fire up VLC Media Player on your computer and watch it there. Your device might just not support subtitles.

The reality is that most smokers manage to pull that off for years without getting seriously sick—especially if they aren't chain smokers, even though their intake is still way higher than what a secondhand smoker breathes in.
What does "relatively healthy" even mean here? How much do you actually know about the risks involved with smoking?
Labor laws strictly prohibit smoking at work, so why the hell are people still lighting up in woodshops or disc golf parks? Isn't that supposed to be someone's actual workplace?
Grabbed a bite outside, sitting right by that divider meant to separate the smokers from the non-smokers. Some lady who smokes starts chatting me up—she was the waitress.
Smokers hanging out by the exit, non-smokers stuck by the restrooms. Just brilliant.
She actually goes on about how we should ban overweight people from eating out, claiming they’re too much of a drain on the healthcare system because of all the obesity-related issues. I didn't have the guts to ask her how she'd feel if I bulked up a bit. (That thought hit me way later.)
