Does anyone have a recommendation for a private urologist in San Francisco?

I finally figured it out, so here it is in case anyone else is stuck:

In Disk Management on External drive 1, I just right-clicked and selected "import foreign disk," highlighted the suggested drive, and hit OK.

The system recognized it instantly, and now it shows up perfectly fine on This PC.

It’s honestly a bit bizarre; I spent way too much time digging through Google, yet somehow this specific fix managed to evade me entirely.

I pulled a hard drive out of an old desktop WD 1TB and picked up an external enclosure to turn it into a portable drive LC-35U3. Now, when I power everything up, I can clearly hear the drive spinning, which suggests the motor is fine, but once I plug it into the USB port, the system acts like nothing happened—I've already tested this on two different machines with zero luck. It doesn't even show up in Disk Management. I am certain the drive itself is perfectly functional, so I'm at a complete loss here.

Can anyone offer some insight on how to troubleshoot this mess?😉

The only options I can actually select are 800x600, 1024x768, 1152x864, 1280x1024, 1600x900, or 1920x1080.

I’m dealing with a distorted image on my monitor, and frankly, it's driving me up the wall. Everything was working perfectly fine until I had to perform a clean reinstall of Windows XP because I swapped out my hard drive, and now the screen is stuck in a stretched 4:3 aspect ratio that makes everything look absolutely hideous.

My OS is Windows XP,
my GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT
and I'm using a Dell P2414H monitor. I can't seem to get the drivers installed since there's zero support left for XP—I can't even remember if they were actually working before this mess started—so the system just treats it as a generic Plug and Play monitor.

Does anyone have any actual ideas on how to fix this?

I still have a year left on my contract (it runs through December 2015, so the hardware is technically under warranty), but when I gave them a call, they had the audacity to suggest that if I didn't physically break it myself, they’d offer me a new router at a "discounted" rate—provided I cancel my current agreement and sign on for another two years. It is absolute highway robbery and complete nonsense.

Since there is zero chance I am extending my commitment to them, can anyone recommend a decent, budget-friendly router so I can finally cut ties with these people? Ideally, I’d like to pick something up from Best Buy, as that’s the only shop in my neck of the woods.

I’m running into an issue with Excel and could really use some help here.

I need to set a cell color in column E based on what gets entered into columns A through D:

1 . . . . . no color
2 X . . . . red
3 X X . . . yellow
4 X X X . . orange
5 X X X X green

If cells like A1, B1, C1, and D1 are all empty, then E should remain blank.
However, if A2 is filled but B2, C2, and D2 stay empty, E needs to turn red, and so on.
When both A and B are filled, E should be yellow, etc.

Essentially, I want to create a single column E in a complex spreadsheet that acts as a visual progress tracker via color coding. That is my main goal. In this logic, an "X" in cell A1 marks the start of the process, B1 and C1 represent the progression, and D1 signifies completion. This is a linear sequence from A to D—you can't have D filled if A, B, and C aren't already accounted for. As those A-B-C-D fields get populated, column E should shift colors accordingly.
Is this actually doable in Excel?

Look, that assumes I already have the data points X, Y, and Z laid out in front of me enough to recognize them.

Take my current situation, for instance: I’m staring at a massive spreadsheet running from A1 down to A3600, and frankly, I haven't the slightest clue how many unique values—X, Y, Z, or whatever else is buried in there—actually exist, nor do I have any idea how many times each one decides to show up.

I’m hoping some experts here can lend me a hand with Excel.

I need to aggregate duplicate entries; specifically, I have a list in column A where certain values repeat, and column B contains a corresponding numerical value:

A1:X B1:1
A2:Y B2:5
A3:Z B3:2
A4:X B4:3
A5:Z B5:6

Ultimately, my goal is to generate a summary table that looks like this:
A1:X B1:sum of all X (1+3+...)
A2:Y B2:sum of all Y (5+...)
A3:Z B1:sum of all Z (2+6...)

To put it plainly, I am looking to identify duplicates within column A and then sum their associated values from column B. It sounds like a trivial task that should be straightforward, yet I find myself fruitlessly wrestling with it for quite some time now.🤷

I need to merge data from several different files together.
To put it simply, I have one Excel file containing two columns with specific fields:
A B
n1 4
n2 5
n3 11
n9 3

Then, in a second file, I have this:
A B
n1 3
n2 1
n3 0
n4 2

What I am actually aiming for is a single master table:
A B C
n1 4 3
n2 5 1
n3 11 0
n4 . 2
n9 3

Now, you might ask why on earth I can't just resort to a simple copy-paste job, but there is a catch.

The issue is that Column A in my first file doesn't match all the "n-values" found in the second file. My goal is to create a comprehensive third table that pulls everything together.
Basically, looking at Column A:
The first table has n1, n2, n3, n9, n46
The second table has n1, n2, n3, n4, n5, n8
And the third table needs to include n1, n2, n3, n4, n5, n8, n9, n46
The values from Column B in both initial tables should correspond to their respective "n-values" in the third table (specifically filling Columns B and C).

I've attempted to explain this as clearly as possible, though I'm fully aware how messy this sounds. I truly hope I've made my requirements understandable.

Does any one of these four shipping methods actually include a tracking number?
