Keith Moore21 said:Charlotte under 89.5 Look, it’s not like the Clippers are some legendary defensive juggernaut or anything, but I’d take this just because the home team is in a total mess—especially after losing guys like John Augustin and Henderson, who aren't even going to suit up tonight... they've been averaging a measly 75 points over their last five games, playing absolutely terrible ball, and honestly, I don't see how they do anything to the Clippers... Plus, I’d probably pair that with the Clippers +9.5 spread, maybe. Just stuck deciding which one to grab... 🤔
Why the assholes at SS pulled the team total points line for the Charlotte vs Clippers game from the menu?🙂 🙂
Bryan Adams6 said:Man, I don't even know how to describe the way the Bobcats defend the paint right now—it's honestly kind of a mess. I was looking at the numbers, and I can't help but wonder if Blake Griffin might actually go over 21.5 points given how much space they're giving up inside. I mean, I don't want to just parrot exactly what you're thinking—don't want us both hitting the same bet—but the math seems to be leaning that way. 🤣
Man, don't even worry about it—I caught that too. Honestly, I’ve been thinking about playing it, because let's be real, almost nobody in this league can actually handle Blake Griffin's position or defend the paint properly. It's kind of a mess out there. 🤣 Man, there could’ve been so many more dunks from Hercules today—I mean, seriously, why was that big guy Diaw just babysitting him? My old lady jumps higher than he does, honestly. 🤣
Charlotte under 89.5 Look, I'm not saying the Clippers are some kind of defensive juggernaut or anything—they aren't exactly elite there—but I honestly think this line hits just because the home team is in a massive hole right now. Especially after losing guys like Augustin and Henderson to injuries, who won't be suited up tonight either... I mean, they've averaged a measly 75 points over their last five games. They’re playing absolute garbage lately, and I just don't see how they can pull anything away from the Clippers... Plus, you've got Hend at +9.5 on the Clippers proc... man, now I'm torn on what to pick 🤔
Last night I went single under on Charlotte vs Chicago (183.5) 🙂 I barely managed to get my bet in just 5 or 10 minutes before tip-off—I honestly didn't have a spare second all day to actually sit down and dig through the lines...
Ronald James41 said:Yo, everyone, wake up here—can someone give me a take on whether this is actually a smart move? Russell Westbrook (-23.5+) vs Sacramento vs Oklahoma City over, plus taking Kevin Durant over 28.5 instead of Kobe Bryant 1? Since Kobe is playing against Boston today, I’m thinking that might be a pretty tough ask.
West could probably breeze past 23.5, honestly. And if you even care what I think, I ended up just betting the over on 203.5 for the Sacramento vs Oklahoma City game.😉 As for the Kobe vs Kevin Durant thing, I haven't got a clue. I never touch bets involving him or LeBron James and those guys—you just never know with them. Any one of them could drop 50 on any given night, I guess...🤷
James Taylor3 said:So I was just scrolling through nba.com checking out today's schedule... and honestly? I don't even know what the betting lines look like, but I doubt any of them are gonna tempt me into putting anything on the NBA today. Every single matchup feels kinda sketchy to me—just muddy, you know? So yeah, I think I'll just sit this one out.
Bryan Adams6 said:The absolute worst part was thinking I could bundle the NBA with everything else—everything else actually worked out fine... except for these total losers 🙂
So yeah, I'm skipping the NBA today... I'll just wake up tomorrow morning feeling peaceful, already knowing whether I won or lost 😍
Man, what a mess. Now you know for next time—never, ever mix the NBA with the rest of the slate. Way too much nonsense happens... first you hit your daily sports parlay, then you go and throw an overnight slip with nothing but NBA games on it 🤣
Bryan Adams6 said:where's Keith Moore21 at? my mom is looking for him... 🤣🤣
this time I'm gonna blame you for wrecking my parlay—because earlier this morning (check the forum logs for proof) I actually picked the LA Clippers 🤦 ,Miami 🙂 and Chicago
hell 🤣 what can I even say?! screw them, seriously—how am I supposed to nail a win when I can't even grab Cleveland, who was playing without Kyrie Irving anyway 🙈
Bradley Kern6 said:Denver is looking pretty shaky right now without Timofey Mozgov and Danilo Gallinari—it’s definitely anyone's guess how they're going to pull this off. Nen, Arron Afflalo, Rudy Fernandez I mean, honestly... Corey Brewer. I feel like a couple of guys might actually pull through here—does anyone happen to know anything more about these players that seem a bit questionable?
It looks like Boldani are probably good to go—meaning they’re likely playing... 🤷
So, James Taylor3 had something to say about this earlier— 😬
I honestly don't have the bandwidth right now to sit down and break down the whole board, so I’m just going to transcribe what I've got—starting from Play GS-OKC under 205.5 and then Granger over 18.5☕
Keith Moore21 said:in the end, the Bulls covering -8.5 was the move☕
There's probably a few other matchups I’d put money on, but this one felt like the safest bet—just a light single for me...
Routinely ☕
Not really feeling any huge offers today 🤷
Just a heads up for the future: keep an eye on Kevin Martin. For some reason, he's been taking way fewer shots lately—barely hitting 10 per game. On the flip side, Luis Scola has really found his rhythm; he's looking at about 20 shots a night and making a ton of them... at least that's how it's looked over the last two or three games... who knows how it plays out from here though. 🤷
so in the end I just went with the handicap on the Bulls -8.5 ☕
there are probably a few other bets floating around that I'd consider, but honestly, this one feels like my best bet by far—so yeah, just a simple single for me...
Just one of those pure statistical picks... I mean, we all know what kind of scorer Martin is, and let's be real, Denver isn't exactly known for having a lockdown defense—their games usually end up being high-scoring shootouts. Plus, statistically speaking, they’re pretty much the worst in the league when it comes to defending the SG position, which is exactly where Martin plays. At home, they're giving up more than 27 points to players at that position. They actually defend the paint way better than they handle perimeter shooting, which is their real Achilles' heel—they're basically bottom-tier at stopping outside shots and guarding the wing... Last game, Martin had a rough one (went 1-10 from the field), so maybe he'll finally find his rhythm today? They don't have a game tomorrow either, so there's no reason to think they'd sit him for any major rest. I'm not expecting some massive blowout where anyone's minutes get weird, so he should probably see his usual workload—around 35 minutes... It's nothing crazy, just a small play, but looking strictly at the numbers, this could definitely hit...
steelhawk12 said:But what's the deal with all those injuries hanging over the Hornets? Between J. Jack, Carl Landry, and that center Smith who took like three hits to the head last game and had to exit... Has anyone actually seen anything official saying they're definitely out, instead of just being listed as game-time decisions?
If those guys aren't playing... then I guess SAC should take this one, damn it...
