Boil up 100g of red lentils, drain them, then toss them into some onions sautéed in olive oil and water—throw in some chopped bell peppers and sweet potato if you're feeling fancy. Season it, add enough water to cover everything, and let it all soften up. Finish it off with parsley and thyme. Honestly, it's killer over some plain oatmeal (just pour it over and let it soak in).

Christian Ramirez67 said:bodybuilders swallow several grams of Vitamin C every single day just to keep their muscle mass from tanking—so I guess that explains why those guys go so heavy on the 😁 supplements. there was actually some study floating around about how synthetic Vitamin C isn't even that great for you since it's such a pain to digest... better off just squeezing a few oranges in the morning, grabbing five or six kiwis, or tossing together a green juice—you'll be set, plus your liver gets a nice little boost from all those natural antioxidants 😉instead of the chemical stuff.
Yeah, maybe I would, if my days were at least 48 hours long 😁--but they aren't .
1 large sweet potato a few carrots 3 large cups of cooked chickpeas 10-20 mushrooms olive oil chives salt/Lawry's
I toss the sweet potato into the food processor to chop it up, then sauté it in olive oil—kind of like you would with onions. Throw in some sliced carrots and the chickpeas, hit it with salt/Lawry's, add water, and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Once that's done, toss in some sliced mushrooms and cook for another 10. To get that right texture, I scoop out a few spoonfuls of the veggie mix, blend it, and stir it back in to thicken the stew. Top it off with chives—personally, I always throw in some of that Kotany chili seasoning blend. It’s also killer to drizzle a little extra olive oil over the bowl right before you eat.
Here’s a lightning-fast, refreshing zucchini medley . Perfect for the summer heat.
Grate some zucchini—or just slice it up if you're feeling lazy—and toss it into a pan with a bit of olive oil for a few minutes. Hit it with some salt and minced garlic, then let it sauté for another minute or two. After that, pour in some low-acid light yogurt and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Finish it off with some dill and black pepper. I usually pair this with some boiled turkey or chicken, chop that up, and toss it all together. 🙂
Starting a new thread here. Quick question—should I bother bringing my own photos or X-rays, or do they just handle all that on-site? How do they even nail down a diagnosis anyway? Is it just scans? MRI?
Here’s how I prep stuffed peppers without any grease or carbs (counting veggies as freebies, obviously)
I finely chop a medium-to-large onion, then toss it together with one egg and 500g of ground turkey. I throw in two small teaspoons of Lawry's, plus some chili, paprika, pepper, parsley, and basil. Mix it all up well and stuff 3-5 peppers—green, yellow, red, or even the spicy ones. Whatever’s left over, I just roll into meatballs. I dump the peppers and meatballs into a simmering sauce made from half a large tube of tomato paste (checking labels to make sure there’s zero added sugar), half a liter of water, two teaspoons of salt, and a dose of Stevia (just to kill that acidity). Sometimes I’ll crush a couple of fresh tomatoes, peel them, chop them up, and toss them in for extra nutrition. Simmer everything on low for about 45 minutes and 🙂
Look, if you just stick with it, the weight will drop. It’s a numbers game. Now you gotta decide—cut back on spending, hit the gym harder, try to do both, or just sit around and wait. A buddy once told me fat builds up in layers, and they basically need time to "re-circulate" through your system, which is why people get stuck at the same weight for weeks without moving an inch. Sounds a bit sketchy to me, but hey, 😁 Bottom line is, staying consistent pays off eventually. 👍

Depends on who you ask. 🤷
I knock back bitter black coffee whenever my blood pressure dips—which happens way too often. I don't see it doing anything to speed up weight loss (not that I'm complaining about where I'm at right now, mind you).
What’s the deal with eating multiple times a day? It makes zero sense. Plus, there aren't even any portion limits listed—how is anyone supposed to lose weight doing that?? 😕

Oh yeah, meant to tell you this earlier but totally blanked.
The absolute best way to eat broccoli—hands down—is in a creamy soup. Just boil the broccoli and cauliflower in salted, peppered water with a glug of olive oil and maybe 4 or 5 cloves of garlic. Once it's soft, pull out the garlic and half the veggies and blast them in a blender on high. Pour it back into the pot with the rest, drizzle a bit more olive oil on top, and hit it with some fresh chives and parsley.🙂
Pretty sure I've already posted this recipe somewhere else.🤔
