Don't be an idiot. Even if you think you're getting by, it isn't normal for that to be happening to you. Get yourself to a doctor immediately.
Honestly, you men... you wouldn't even show up at the doctor if you were on your deathbed.
Whatever it turns out to be, it isn't good news. Get yourself to a doctor immediately!
Go see a doctor immediately. You might be having a stroke.
Where can I pick up some sandpaper? Just the most basic kind, nothing fancy, no branding or labels on the packaging.

Beyond that, I don't see the stupidity. Jesus said, "If your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off." I'm just taking Him literally.

Fine, you think it’s rude, but I think it fits perfectly right there.
To each their own.
And that bolded part? It had me cracking up. Seriously, why all the drama over them when you've got a massive hunchback on your spine.
As if everyone else in the world is flawless and doesn't have a single imperfect body part.
For the record, my pinkies are also weirdly shaped and have double nails. Something similar to yours. And yeah, people have laughed at them before. So what? I'm certainly not cutting them off or throwing a tantrum for days over this 🙄

Have you ever just considered... I don't know, not wearing open-toed shoes if they bother you that much?
I wouldn't say my own feet are hideous or anything, but I still feel awkward showing them off in public. So, I just buy sandals that have more coverage over the toes. Problem solved. No big deal.
Honestly, going through something so extreme without a legitimate reason seems like overkill. It’s not like you can just, oh, clip them off and call it a day.

Wait, so you're actually telling me you'd rather just amputate your pinky toes and walk around with four on each foot rather than deal with them looking ugly?

I’ve got some extra time on my hands, so I might as well fill this out for you.

Any wooden table can stop a bullet if you're lucky enough
Americans don't even have a concept of the house slipper. They just stomp around their homes in shoes or sneakers, and they don't even feel bad about kicking those dirty soles up onto the couch or the recliner, even if it’s a pristine white sofa

The recipe for making gunpowder is sitting right there in any seventh-grade chemistry textbook—the kind everyone carries around like a holy relic, no matter how old they get.

Unless, of course, he's just some troll looking for attention...

If that's the case, he's doing pretty poorly...
maybe he just has—how can I put this politely?—a lower IQ.
Arthur Green said:Honestly, those hallucinations are what actually scare me... lol😢

Look, if you aren't rock-solid mentally, they can absolutely break you. And let’s be real—you aren't exactly in any position to be the one judging your own sanity.
Let’s be honest—you aren't really the type of person who would just roll over and submit to something like that. Not even close.
Look, why don't you just lay it out for us? Tell me plainly—what is it that you actually want out of this?

Arthur Green said:Can you actually swap out sleep for energy drinks? Can you really substitute rest with caffeine...?🤷👍

Of course you can't. It’s just not like that. You wouldn't say you could fix a total lack of energy caused by starvation just by shoving some food down your throat and expecting everything to be fine. It doesn't work like that.
In that case, we’re looking at a total chemical imbalance. It’s what happens when you push your brain way past its limit and refuse to give it what it actually needs to function—proper sleep. You can't just run on fumes forever without things falling apart.
Honestly, I’d suggest you actually sit down and read up on all the different molecules that get released in the brain during sleep. Without that entire chemical cocktail working in tandem, the whole system just breaks down. It can't function properly without them.
Have you ever actually looked at someone suffering from chronic insomnia? I mean, really looked at them? It’s unsettling. They look genuinely sick. It’s not that they aren't sleeping at all—they are, technically—it’s just that they never get nearly enough to actually function. It does something to your face, your eyes... it's grim. Honestly, just imagine how you'd feel if you were running on zero sleep for four days straight. You wouldn't even recognize yourself.
stormyheron4 said:I think I read somewhere that you can go weeks without food or water, but if you go without sleep, you’re basically dead after a week.

Can you let me know how everything went once you wrap up that experiment?

If they're even able to post after this😁

But seriously—if you want to know about the fallout from pulling all-nighters, just use Google. Search for "sleep deprivation" or something similar. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that hallucinations start kicking in after just three or four days. I don't know the specifics because it was ages ago, but Google is your friend. Go look it up yourself.

thanks so much

My brilliant sister ended up at the hospital because of this growth on her foot. They checked her out and told her she needs surgery, but she didn't even bother asking what was actually wrong with her.
The report says "hygroma pedis sin."
Does anyone have a clue what that actually means?
I tried searching for it online, but honestly, Google hasn't been any help at all.
Thanks in advance.
Timothy Vaughn44 said:From what I've gathered, ozone disinfection is actually quite well-established and backed by plenty of research 😁...plus, ozone is generally considered less harmful than chlorine and doesn't linger in the water nearly as much..
if the chlorine levels are truly that incredibly low, then why does my water almost look milky white whenever I pour it into a glass? If those concentrations are supposed to be so low, 😁

Let’s look at it this way... kids, you're out here trying to balance chlorine against limescale like it's some high-stakes chemistry experiment. 🙄
Do you all seriously need me to walk you through elementary chemistry?
The OP starts off claiming they can taste chlorine, then pivots to talking about limescale buildup, and then somehow circles right back to the chlorine thing again. For heaven's sake, pick a lane and stay in it. Just decide what you're actually talking about.

Timothy Vaughn44—where on earth did you read or hear that chlorine turns water white? Seriously.
Take a good, hard look at everything I just laid out above and try to figure out why your water is coming out cloudy on your own. Or do I seriously need to sit down and draw you a diagram?
I wouldn't know, but Google is your best friend if you're looking for answers
Honestly, I only clicked on this thread because I can't believe you actually put that smiley face next to the title

northerneagle said:Heh. You didn't just lose your voice; you clearly lost your hearing too from that deafening music. Honestly, you also seem to have lost any sense of judgment regarding these kinds of spots. They aren't "fun." They're just empty, shallow distractions and a one-way ticket to ruining your health. Therapy? I'd suggest just leaning into the masochism until everything finally falls apart. 😁

Now this is just plain rude.

Alright, now I’m curious too—how exactly does calcium affect the vocal cords?
