Trying to be objective here, you forgot to mention he actually had a point to be mad about. But that doesn't matter. Honestly, he should get a red because the ref clearly has no clue how to call a game.

I’ve been a member here since 2008. After 14 years, I finally got banned—not for racking up points over time, but because a single comment somehow triggered a 400-point penalty. Sure, looking at it objectively, my comment deserved a warning, but there is no way it warrants 400 points and an instant ban.

It’s obvious the moderator has zero interest in actually moderating, so they just swing between extremes. First, they lock the entire thread, then four days later they suddenly decide to hand out penalties to everyone indiscriminately, regardless of how offensive a specific comment actually was. You can't moderate by deciding a post is either "fine" or worth 400 points. There have to be nuances in between.

If a moderator doesn't have the patience for the job, they should just step down.

Ever since that massive summer run back in February 2007, I've been at every single derby in the South stands, and I can tell you: yesterday was the absolute worst cheering I've seen in all those games. Props to the guys for trying, but they clearly can't spark an atmosphere.

I walked away from the South stands feeling pretty depressed yesterday. The Kansas City Chiefs played like cowards, the chanting was pathetic, and the fan awareness is just bottom-tier.

The Bloods looked like a way more serious group than us yesterday. 🙂

The guy starts a thread, a debate breaks out, she attacks him with a condescending attitude, and by the end of the argument, he gets banned while the moderator locks the thread. If he broke the rules, she should have just given him a warning and closed the thread immediately. But no. She engages in the argument, acts arrogant, and practically baits him into getting a penalty with her condescending tone. This is probably what George Barnes25 was talking about regarding female forum members acting like moderators. First, she argues with him like a regular user, and then once she gets bored, she punishes him as a moderator.

Basically, Joshua Garcia and tominator don't have the capacity to be moderators; they just can't see it because they're too in love with themselves and their positions. It's like watching a politician who has no idea how incompetent they are, just smiling smugly during interviews.

I have nothing against them personally, but they lack any sense for moderation. I don't participate much in the University of California betting parlor discussions, but I hate it when someone behaves like this and refuses to admit they're wrong, which is why I'm joining the criticism.

Besides, isn't that rule specifically for online bets? My tickets are paid for at a physical branch, which is clearly shown in the image.
