I don't see how any of this relates to the post you're quoting here.☕
😂🤣😂
That’s a decent one, I guess.
But what about Switzerland? What kind of entity even is that?

steeleagle70, I get what you're saying, but you seem to be glossing over the fact that someone actually got hit with a 500-point penalty, right? How can anyone talk about objectivity when "insiders" only get slapped with a measly 10 points for the exact same offense? That’s the whole point here.

Eric Collins5 says:
What kind of double standards are we even talking about?

If you can't see them yourself, I'm afraid there isn't much I can do to help you. I just hope everyone else stays interested enough to easily spot the double standards, at least in the specific case I've laid out here.

I guess I just get a certain satisfaction when people following Islam get what's coming to them.
That’s what we call freedom of speech, and honestly, it should be considered completely legitimate.
What's the actual issue here?

Look, I don't have any problem with what you like or don't like; your opinion is yours, and you’ve got every right to hold it. The real issue is the double standards, but honestly, who am I even talking to?

And where exactly, pray tell, are you seeing hate speech here?

There’s a massive difference between just hating something and simply not liking it. I guess they aren't even in the same league.

Your religion hates by default, and I don't need any non-Islamic propaganda to prove it to me. Your own handbook says exactly that—actually, it practically brags about it.

If I were a Jew right now, you’d probably be labeling me an antisemite. But since this is just another case of double standards—and you've already shown me that you don't really grasp how those work—I'm afraid I'm just wasting my breath here.😳

Personally, if I were a moderator, I’d wipe out any Islamophobic posts immediately. But I wouldn't just leave them sitting there without issuing penalties, just so the people who wrote them could dodge being reported or sanctioned.

On the flip side, I’d make sure every single pro-Islamic comment got hit with the maximum number of penalty points—I might even try to stretch it a bit further just to be thorough.

☕

This is a perfect example. It’s classic hate speech mixed with double standards, claiming this whole topic actually matters instead of being just plain 🙂

Just so I'm not talking just for the sake of talking:

Nobody even bothered to reply, and I was basically begging for an answer here.

Maybe it's not too late:

I just want to know—where in the forum rules does it actually say someone gets a 500-point penalty for denying Jewish nationality?

I honestly don't get how a moderator can claim to be objective when they’re clearly playing favorites. We're talking about Power Lock, who is "moderating" the Israel-Palestine thread in a way that's frankly embarrassing. I’ve already pointed this out before, but nothing seems to change. From where I’m sitting, it looks like this moderator is actively trying to push out anyone who actually knows what they're talking about just because they hold a different opinion on this topic. For instance, the user flumen day was slapped with 500 penalty points just for denying the existence of the Jewish people. 500 😲😲😲
I mean, I doubt even Hitler would have been hit with a penalty that heavy for a single post. Unfortunately, I haven't seen flumen day around here since then, and I'd bet it's because they were fed up with the double standards. Meanwhile, Marian only got a harsh 10 points after denying the Canadian people.
So, if anyone actually cares about keeping people coming back to this forum, I think it would be pretty helpful if something was actually done about it.

Quoting the untranslated text here. I guess I got slapped with a red card for doing the exact same thing.😛
Take the walls, for instance—even today, you rarely see German cars driving there. Some people actually have a backbone.

Can you actually back that up with some facts, or are you just saying it because it happens to suit your argument right now?☕
Iran claims Bahrain! in World ·
I honestly can't help but express how much it bothers me that slybison8 refuses to even set foot in Iran. I don't think I'm the only one feeling this way about it.
No worries though, Bahrain is always here to embrace its friends from America.

It’s honestly pretty touching how much the folks over at this forum care about a distant, friendly neighbor like Bahrain.

Khadr stands out as the only guy held at Guantanamo Bay who actually went before a judge without boycotting the whole military tribunal process. Back in February 2008, the Pentagon let slip some documents by mistake, and they showed that even though Khadr was right there in the middle of the firefight, there wasn't any actual proof he was the one who tossed the grenade. To make matters worse, military officials had initially reported that one of the other surviving militants had thrown it right before he was killed.
According to Wikipedia...
A video showing the interrogation of a prisoner at the notorious Guantanamo Bay detention camp has been released for the first time, following a ruling by the Canadian Supreme Court. The footage features Canadian citizen Omar Khadr, who was interrogated and detained back in 2003 regarding the alleged killing of an American soldier in Afghanistan. At the time, Khadr was only 16 years old, and today he continues to fight these charges in Canada. In the video, Khadr appears visibly shaken, his face buried in his hands as you can hear him mutter, "Help me." He complains about being tortured, shows off his injuries, and eventually concludes that nobody gives a damn.
That's just sad.

Afghanistan - Megathread in World ·
I mean, you call this collateral damage? Don't sweat it—if things keep going like this, there will be 40 million more people in Afghanistan by 2050 than there are now. They aren't exactly facing extinction, so no need to worry.

Unbelievable.😲😲😲
Is it actually possible for people like this to just run wild on this forum without any consequences?

Of course. That's why every single Islamic government is constantly pushing for the destruction of Western nations.

🙄

Both are full of weirdness, but unlike Muslims who take the Quran literally, Jews and Christians are a bit more evolved on that front.

Right, so they're just picking and choosing which parts of the Book to actually believe in. 🤣😂

frozendrifter7 said:It could be madness, a sickness—because, frankly, I don’t think anyone truly sane and healthy can stomach killing children—vengeance, perhaps he lost a family member to a Palestinian suicide bomber on a bus or something similar, and there are plenty of other reasons. Breaking into someone's home and murdering civilians caught in the crossfire is a war crime; I agree with you there, and it absolutely deserves condemnation. But what about these terrorists and suicide bombers lugging around five or six kilos of explosives? To me, they are nothing more than criminals, yet you and people like you view them as heroes, martyrs, or freedom fighters. It sickens me—just as it sickened me two years ago when I watched the Israeli strikes on Lebanon.

How pathetic. You're using double standards. You condemn one group (rightfully so) but then start making excuses for others—saying maybe it was revenge or they were sick or whatever. If you want anyone to take you seriously as a conversationalist, you should probably apply the same rules to everyone. And hiddengardener84 is right to demand proof that anyone here actually glorifies them (specifically him); otherwise, everyone is just going to see you as a liar.
